Splendide hotel! Very nice service and very friendly staff definitely coming bacc
Home away from home... Lovely rooms, affordable prices, friendly/helpful staff... What's not to love?
Excellent hotel in all aspects.
- Professional staff
- Strategic location
- Clean and comfortable
- Available parking
- Reasonable prices
Big thanks
You never think that you are far from your own home. Very cozy and friendly atmosphere.
Great location, friendly staff (odd bathroom set up in rooms with 2 beds...toilet is in the shower!)
Clean, cosy, friendly, and close to the American University and restaurants
I loved this hotel alot, and will definitely stay at it when I am in beirut again..
Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is very clean, neat and modern.. Only one thing i disliked which is the breakfast it needs to be real breakfast with good variety not 1 or 2 dishes only!
The suits are really good as well as the location is in the heart of Al Hamra street almost.
Far too noisy. The locks on rooms mean that only way to close the doors easily is to slam them shut when leaving the room. If super considerate you can use your key card to open lock and then close the door with a handle, but unfortunately most people aren t this considerate. So almost all night expect to be woken with a fright multiple times by a ridiculously loud bang of doors being slammed by other guests. Left absolutely exhausted after my stay here. Which is a shame as the hotel is modern, clean, great roof terrace and decent location. If management can fix the doors, this would be 5* rating as it s great value for money. So unless you re a super deep sleeper, don t stay here.
Excellent hotel, central and quiet location, clean and welcoming. The rooms are very well maintained as is the rest of the hotel - helpful and polite staff
Wi-fi can be improved in the rooms
When planing Hamra sure 309 hotel will be your one and only destination...
I had about 5 experiences in this hotel since its construction. This hotel is one of the best in Beirut. Modern, shik, beautiful rooms and so comfortable facilities. Helpful and sooo respectful staff. Housekeeping are sooo kind and friendly and they clean the room so perfect. The location is at the heart of Beirut and close to everything u mayb need. I recommand this hotel to everyone and for sure you would have the same experience
Thank you Three O Nine
Best staff ever. The only thing was not good about this place that the street was under construction which makes it hard to reach the hotel by a car. Besides the construction noise in the morning. However, the hotel is great
No words. Literally. Don't even bother going to another hotel when in Beirut. Perfect location, excellent staff, super clean and modern place. Absolutely loved it. Great breakfast as well though perhaps I would add some more options.
Good but for the fourth time I stayed... wifi coverage not good.
Very chic, friendly staff and very welcoming, wonderful view of the terrace on the 11th floor where you can have breakfast
Very clean not too big hotel. Very friendly staff. Top location
Excelent but in the map it is not correct the location. It is closer to the AUB
Nice and comfy hotel, good for a short stay.
Breakfast was average in a tiny space next to the entrance. We asked for a 1 hour later checkout, they said it was not possible, although the place was practically empty... Not cool
Great Hotel ... the location is perfect
Staff are friendly and helpful
I'll visit it whenever i hit Beirut
Highly recommended
Good location near AUB and Hamra street. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping close by. Clean and friendly service. The room is nice as well. The roof top patio is very nice with a rare view of AUB campus and the sea. Parking is available as well.
It's a very trendy and friendly hotel nearly opposite main entrance to American University of Beirut. I"d strongly recommend this hotel!!.
Good hotel with a library restaurant and gym and coffee shop
Good experience here. Clean and modern rooms. Rooms had quotes written on the walls. The roof top patio is nice and has a great view of the sea. Excellent location with all amenities at your door step. Would stay here again.
Conveniently located close to AUB, the hotel is brand new and clean. Rooms are quite big and very well equipped.
Unfortunately the hotel changed the breakfast to a non standard version of "continental"! If you want scrambled eggs for breakfast: be ready to pay for it and to wait a lot!
One small annoying issue: some guests don't know how to close their room's door " intelligently" You might get surprised by those big "bang" ...
The place is quiet and wonderful, and on the roof there are beautiful sessions, and the view is breathtaking.
Lovely view from the bar for breakfast and a drink late night
The hotel is comfortable and well equipped, very well located in one of the best neighborhoods to visit. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, I arrived very early (5am) and although they had mentioned I had to pay an extra charge for the early check-in they didn t charge me anything, it was very kind of them. I recommend this place but try to book with more than one week in advance because their prices can double if you book in short notice
Staff were very helpful. Had my wedding photoshoot in one of their rooms. Staff were very friendly.
Great service, nice rooms, food is perfect and only a 3 minute walk to the University (AUB)
Great prices for a modern and very central hotel ... The rooftop bar is absolutely a media visit: the terrace dominates the whole bay ...
5 stars for cleanliness, location and hotel staff. Definitely recommended.
Ms. Nour was very helpful with the hotel booking. Mr. Islam, the assistant, was multi-talented and the backbone behind the smooth running of the hotel.
Mr. Wael made sure we had an excellent stay. Not only he guided us with directions to nearby tourist attractions, restaurants, SIM shop, etc, he also arranged Beirut and other city tours at very reasonable charges. His drivers were professional, punctual, trustworthy, and helpful.
The breakfast was quite simple with well-baked croissants and zaatar manakish. However, the omelet was chargeable at US$4 which is quite expensive.
The only issue was that all rooms ending with '05' had an inconvenient bathroom layout as the washing closet and bath shower was opposite to each other in the same small area. But these rooms were more spacious than most of the other regular rooms.
The rooms, bathrooms, and hotel lobby was very clean and always smelled very fresh and clean all the time. The rooms had huge glass window making the room very well lighted. Although the rooms are well maintained and clean, they don't look as new as some of the photos on the internet.
The location is excellent; right opposite to AUB and walkable distance from affordable furns/restaurants.
Best hotel in lebanon.
Located in friendly neighborhood
The room service is perfect
And the most important thing ( the Wifi) is fast and perfect .
Sure thing that s I ll book again when I come back here
Walla love u guys
Great location in Hamra, breakfast is nice, staff is attentive. Rooms are minimalistic but functional. Will come back
Great Staff, comparative and helpful, the staff are among best things here, value for money but rooms need more maintenance
Ahu is more than wonderful and many people are good
Stayed in this hotel for our Beirut trip, good location in Hamra. Service is nice, rooms are ok, quite big. Nice rooftop terasse. Breakfast was not really worth it, we went to Sage next to the hotel instead and had a wonderful lebanese breakfast.
Funky little hotel in a great area. Bathrooms a little worn but still great for price.
This hotel was great and the service was amazing. We loved the rooftop patio and location and had a great time staying here. The employees here were very friendly and we were very glad that we picked this place. We would definitely return!
It's a very nice hotel nestled in the heart of Bliss street and close to all the hustle of downtown Beirut. If you're looking for that urban experience, this hotel is convenient and affordable compared to the rest in that area. However, there aren't alot of things to do in the hotel itself (No swimming pool or spa) so you should plan your activities outside
Staff & service where good but the size of the room is a bit small
Super Hotel, Amazing staff, very friendly and clean !
Lovely rooftop area with views over University and Corniche.
Not a good value for the price.
Breakfast was terrible.
Rooms are not as we would expect for the price even though it was clean and beds comfortable
Good location with an available and efficient staff. The room is spacious. The breakfast is to be reviewed because it lacks choice and taste.
Splendid rooftop amazing in the heart of buzzy hamra
Hotel three o nine is a good spot in Beirut. The district is good with many good restaurants around, not far from city centre (10mn drive) and there is a bar with a pool next to the hotel (Forty Licks Tavern). Rooms are clean and pleasant but some have toilets IN the shower, something not very comfortable... The view from the rooftop is pretty nice. However don't go there to have drinks, it's way too expensive... Better go at the Forty Licks Tavern next-door, at happy hour prices are very attractive!
Nice modern hotel. Breakfast a bit boring but the rooftop bar has amazing views!
Great boutique hotel in the university area. Clean, modern rooms with wi-fi. Friendly staff willing to chat for a while. Great location with a young vibe.
Good size rooms but gym and breakfast are disappointing. Good location though.
Clean .. Great location but breakfast is less than average
We enjoyed our stay at O'Nine Hotel ! The best hotel so far in Beyrouth !
We booked the hotel for 2:00 A. M. And shared two emails for confirmation and the hotel confirmed, but when arriving from airport so exhausted they said we "Thought"! you meant 2:00 P. M.!! This is really bad and if i could, i would put zero star
I liked its modern stile, design of rooms and wall paintings but i didn't like food!
We reserved the whole roof but random people walked in. And playimg cards was forbidden also raising the music volume wasnt allowed. So im just going to leave it there...
Great Value for money. Very good Location, cleanliness and staff friendliness.
Very helpful and friendly service. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable if you are looking to stay in hamra. Very close to all the bars, shopping streets, coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Good location, friendly staff. Decent breakfast to keep you going.
Nice and clean Hotel in the heart of Hamra bliss street, I would give it 4 stars for the cleanliness and 3 stars for the reception and gust handling as for price they could do better for more sustainable business.
Top super clean very very spacious rooms really top
Nice modern Hotel in a good location. However, bad noise insulation from the street, noisy aircon and the lack of blackout shutters in the bedroom, really doesn't give this hotel the proper justice.
Clean, good location, good service, breakfast can be improved.
A decent hotel right by AUB and many bars. The beds weren't very comfortable and the sheets were loud. The rooftop bar was cool and you could take a bottle of wine down to your room if you want to.
modern large room with good service and location is good all the things you need is around you
Fine hotel above expectations. Sure it is not a 5 * hotel and is lacking here and there, but the service is excellent and the rooms & beds are fine! Downstairs is ample seating. Good location within Hamra.
