We purchased a GSR unit several years ago and were not sure how to go about getting replacement headphones. When we called to inquire about options, we were told that they would be happy to send us a replacement pair. They went above and beyond to make sure they were sent quickly despite the holiday season. The process could not have been easier, and we were very impressed with their willingness to help!
The worst experience ever. Products are trash quality
We have worked with TT equipment since 1999. Our day by day dynamic requires a hevy duty and reliable hardware, and we have found it using TT systems. Their technology is robust and long lasting (child proof!). The customer support is excellent: fast, personalized and close and human as a "friend/mentor" sensation. We are in a country with important restrictions but it has never been a limit for being attended and treated like VIP, with thrust and comprehension. No matter the "size" of the requirement. Congratulations! And Thanks to all the TT staff we have interacted over the years, and today!

I've been using the ProComp 5 for nearly 8 years. It has been a great product. I'm not much of a "techie" but have had excellent assistance from the support team when needs arise. Also, their free webinars have been extremely helpful. My only regret is not having ordered the 8 channel system.

I suffer from TMJ so badly that I have destroyed my jaw joint on the left side. I have had multiple mouthguards, multiple steroid injections, Botox injections every 4 months for 3 yrs., bilateral arhrocentesis 2 times and 1 arthroscopic surgery on bilateral jaw joints with zero help. I found the Myotrac device searching online for TMJ help and ordered it. I wear the device at night while sleeping and wake up with no pain and feel refreshed. No headaches, no jaw pain, no teeth pain and teeth sensitivity. This device has changed my life. I had an issue with a short in the cable and Thought Technology immediately sent me a replacement since my device was still under warranty. During the 10 days I could not use my myotrac I immediately went back to waking with a headache, neck ache, jaw and teeth pain. I really can't express how thankful I am to Thought Technology for making an affordable treatment option for TMJ suffers.

My instructor, Frank DeGregorio, went above and beyond despite the pandemic. Frank has an engaging manner- he put me at ease, greatly optimizing my learning. This instructor held my attention during our sessions so much that I almost forgot I was learning elements related to computer science!
The course coordinator, Raymond Yust, was also extremely helpful and patient in helping me resolve some bureaucratic billing issues related challenges on my end.
Because it gave me a degree of insight into how the platform is set up, this training gave me much more acumen into how to work with the new software in ways I wouldn t be able to without the training.
This invaluable training greatly accelerated my familiarity with the platform so that I can bring the benefits of biofeedback to my patients with less hassles and delays of learning new equipment. I am very grateful for this course and would recommend it to anyone unfamiliar with the software.

I have owned a ProComp Infinity 8-channel unit from Thought Technology for almost 10 years and have put it through the paces. It is a very durable, reliable piece of equipment. The software is also easy to use and very flexible. I have always had good experiences with their customer service, and they have fixed various sensors and the hardware unit in a timely and effective manner. I highly recommend purchasing from them.
I purchased the eVu TPS first as a home trainer for my clients and second for myself. The device is small and easy to use with Bluetooth to my smartphone. Clients can send periodic reports via e-mail on their progress. When I had trouble setting up this function on my own I contacted Thought Technology and they helped me set it up immediately! Great customer service! This little biofeedback device can monitor Heart Rate Variability, Skin Conductance and finger Temperature. It also has a motion sensor and a customizable breath pacer. So much functionally for such a small device. Clearly a great value! I have been using it to monitor my meditation sessions. I can witness in real time how my physiology responds to different kinds of breathing and meditation styles.
