I had a blood test done and I'm normally nervous I didn't feel a thing there so gentle and fast at it took less than 5 minutes

Staff excellent. Swimming teaching completely works! But changing rooms looking a bit tired.

Got the warmest baby pool in our area took our little boy as soon as he was 6 mths old swim nappies and baby wetsuit he loved it

As a student, great price for pool and gym. Isn't the biggest gym but has all the basics

The Atherstone leisure complex was perfect and very clean

For a council place this is rather good. Most staff really helpful and knowledgeable. Make sure you ask for the 19.99 ultimate monthly membership as my contract is stuck on 35 per month which is still annoying!

We only use the centre for my sons swimming lessons, which they have been great for.

Good value, pool is pretty good and the some of the new updates to the venue have worked well.

Staff unfriendly towards people they don't know very well and are not in their imediate friends circle so in other words it is too clicky , they are not very helpful and the music is very annoying and loud and I find it so intrusive .

When to a party on satday night drinks are over priced and got poor choice and it is not children friendly and I would stay away from the toilet needs a good clean looks like you could catch a diseases from them

The gym is well equipped but don't expect to go for a quiet swim. The timetable is devoted to classes leaving very little time for the public swim; which means it's packed at peak times.

Son has private swimming lessons here.

Small but that's the nice thing about it. Over 50's swimming gets full could do will lanes e.g. slow ,fast etc but I can't complain . Lovely and warm . Price debatable unless your a resident or over 60

Friendly staff great gym plenty of parking also a good location the only thing is the free waigt's room is small

Fair in price. Lots of classes and things to do with the kids.

Excellent customer service from the lifeguards. Always friendly and happy to help. Greet you as you walk into the pool area. Excellent customer service.

Hit and miss with customer service at reception, depending on who checks you in.
No greeting or eye contact from the older ladies on the desk. Usually talking amongst themselves.
Reception could learn a lot about customer service from the pool staff.
Alot more eye contact and interaction needed.

Favourite swimming baths. Plenty of family changing rooms, never too busy and free parking.

Lovely facilities, my daughter has swimming lessons there and also we used their facilities for birthday parties and everyone has been very helpful and accommodating.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The changes made to the timetable and set up since 2018 have improved the facilities. As of today (march 2020) some kit such as the popular spinning bikes are in need of replacement which is the only thing preventing five stars.

Dedicated family changing area is excellent but it needs both a pen and a changing table in each cubicle to be completely useful.

It's a great place when it's working fully but pool wasn't very warm heating probs 2 week s before mens showers were not working no hot water

Small leisure complex that has two pools and a small gym.
Offers various classes. Carpark can become full quite quickly at lesson times.

Local leisure centre with ample parking. Swimming pool is reasonably priced and its gym is popular, their website details times and events. No diving board or slides at the pool, but it is clean and free from trouble. Plenty of free parking outside.
