Avoid these, they have a good professional front but in reality they are careless arrogant and couldn t be more unprofessional. Trying to work for these is a nightmare from getting confirmed for jobs to have the agency cancel them without telling you, leaving you to turn up looking like an idiot and out of pocket. To make it worse they follow this by having no apology and blaming you while blatantly lying to your face. Literally the only agency I ever worked for that I have actually ended up with less money that I started with. Final words ... rediculous..

Good agency, Paul and Sarah helped me to get a job in few days and l have been working for them since September 2019. They are always concerned about our job and they are always there when you need them or when you have any questions.

Gave Thornbaker a call just under 2 weeks ago, on a Tuesday lunchtime,, within 15mins called back by Sarah,, really polite and professional,, told me everything I needed to know, work and hours sorted out for me with in no time, now working away at a local bakery,, Thanks a million

Not good! Worst agency i have worked for. Made to feel i had to stay past my contracted working hours by a very rude, unprofessional member of staff from the nottingham branc so i stayed and worked overtime but didnt get paid for it! Ive spoken to the office several times about it and i still havnt been paid. I strongly advise you steer clear of this recruitment agency.

Waste of time agency was rushed in to register for a job and given 3 different start dates and still no start. Why can't these places just tell you the position is filled instead of wasting my time clown's. Also the staff are swearing and cussing in the office while I was on my interview very unprofessional
