Absolutely useless, Their dealerships can't even be bothered to pick up the phone at 3.30pm on a Thursday afternoon, no wonder they have so much unsold stock. Instead they rely on a faceless call centre and auto-answer phone system. Mercedes used to be premium, now they are just a run of the mill brand that hides behind a once- prestigious badge - I'm sure the German parent company would be appalled at the way they treat their UK customers.

I thought MB Direct would be better than my experience with Marshall Merc at Chichester and Portsmouth, but god help us they are worse. The Germans would cringe if they knew what pillocks are running UK Franchises. BMW have nothing to worry about this up (joke) market Taxi Retailer.
If the one stars could give no stars at all, they would be rated 2.5. or less. The proof is they dont reply to feedback. The motto should be 'Its hard to soar like eagles, when your a bunch of turkeys' This lot make indifference look like a target to aim for.
