Beware Receiving they close at 1 o'clock i got Here 12:10pm soon as when I back up to Door24 they start unloading. you can park overnight

The departments do not communicate well or work together. Nor does the company have a sense of urgency. There are some troopers, but overall not completely pleased with their drive!

Printing-Average.
Example: Each chapter heading had a 22% grey tint box on the page top third. There were approximately 9+ chapters. When printed, the tint box of each chapter varied 5-8% darker or lighter from each other.

Communication-Subpar.
Example 1: TS provided an expected ship date of the completed book. I was never informed that they didn t meet the deadline. I found out the book didn t ship and wasn t yet printed when I called the day it was supposed to ship to get an ETA.

Example 2: A printing cost change was attached to my shipment notification prior to shipping. My representative claimed it was an additional cost for bleeds. I should have been informed of this update when TS received and reviewed the initial files and before they started production. I ve been designing brochures and books for more than 30 years and understand to include bleeds and other information that will affect the printing costs when requesting an estimate. I asked to see my original estimate request and was informed it has been purged from the system.

I usually don t like to write negative reviews, but the bad service I received from this company Is unfathomable. After the admitting to all the mistakes they made with my order which are too many to list on here, they promised me a partial refund, of course, it was only a promise nothing more. After calling them every day to get answers, they decided to block my number and occasionally answered my emails, still promising me the refund. It s been over two months since then, and I am still waiting.

This is a great place to work and they are part or going green. The people here are polite and respectful. Very clean environment.
