Great doctors. Attentive, really listen to you. As with most doctor's office, it can be hard to get an appointment with your preferred doctor on short notice.

Dr. Jeffrey haddock is one of the best doctors I have ever had in actually he is only my second doctor I have ever had. With that said it is my doctor that guess where I'm coming from and understands me and cares for me on the other hand his nurse is a complete nuisance and does not give to schitts about you. She is very unprofessional in her job and should find another one. I do not know how Jeff deals with this.

There is a reason I have been a patient here for more than a decade. They have a tough job catering to the wide range of medical needs for patients of all creeds, and I have only observed excellent service. Some providers do the minimum to get the job done. These guys get the job done, but with an emphasis on compassion - and - empathy. Highly recommended.

Love going to Thomas Chittenden and my Doctors Nurse Ilene is very nice and seeing her tomorrow for my back and then she'll have my doctor come in and ask me questions about why I came in there and I'll tell him that I huet my back doing something and that I need to have xrays taken to see exactly what I did to my back and then have the girls that do the xrays fax them over to Appletree bay Physical therapy so then my physical therapist Beth Bowen has a better idea of what's going on with my back

Get ready for your prescriptions to never get filled, phone calls to be ignored, and communication to be at a first grade level. My doctor is 5 stars and just fantastic! so that is by no means a problem. It s just Every other month there is an issue with this place and now I don t have a valuable medication before a week long vacation. I d give 0 stars if I could

To begin with I am rating this Center one star because I know I cannot give it zero Stars. This is supposed to be a place where a patient and doctor can work together, clearly that is not the case. He is willing to work by himself and to hell with the patient. I think the worst thing that an MD can say to his patient is ""if you are not satisfied with what I am doing you can leave or you can always Dr shop"!!!!!! This quote has been said every 3 months beginning approximately 14 months ago. He was very unwilling to listen, he would ask specific questions about health and we would explain to him that it had gotten worse, but I truly think it went in one ear and out the other. I am thankful that I had an advocate there that heard every word so that it cannot be denied. There was a time when I would have given this Center a 5-star rating as it truly was a great place to go, but has seriously gone downhill. Knowing that doctor shopping is illegal, he has given us permission to go out and do it. It should be known that a contract had been drawn up between the doctor and the patient and has been followed for well over 14 months to the "T". Not once has the contract ever been broken. All that was really needed was for the MD to really listen and to have some compassion for the patient.

I seriously get the impression that this MD didn't want us as patients, and never did from the beginning. Patients can feel when they're not wanted.

I truly miss two MD's that had worked there, one of those MD's had brought me into this world and was my doctor up until he retired and passed away, another MD took over his practice and she was extremely wonderful until she retired. I miss these two doctors very much as they cared and they actually listened, it was so nice and comfortable that we could work as a team, patient and MD together. I know now that in this day and age that it is no longer possible.

Been going there for several years under the care of Dr Haddock. Always professional, always a quick turn around in the waiting room, reasonable cost

They make you comfortable there! Which I feel is important when you are under the weather.

Worst company I have every been to. Doesn't charge your insurance properly... Dr is currently under investigation for over prescribing opiates.
