To begin with I am rating this Center one star because I know I cannot give it zero Stars. This is supposed to be a place where a patient and doctor can work together, clearly that is not the case. He is willing to work by himself and to hell with the patient. I think the worst thing that an MD can say to his patient is ""if you are not satisfied with what I am doing you can leave or you can always Dr shop"!!!!!! This quote has been said every 3 months beginning approximately 14 months ago. He was very unwilling to listen, he would ask specific questions about health and we would explain to him that it had gotten worse, but I truly think it went in one ear and out the other. I am thankful that I had an advocate there that heard every word so that it cannot be denied. There was a time when I would have given this Center a 5-star rating as it truly was a great place to go, but has seriously gone downhill. Knowing that doctor shopping is illegal, he has given us permission to go out and do it. It should be known that a contract had been drawn up between the doctor and the patient and has been followed for well over 14 months to the "T". Not once has the contract ever been broken. All that was really needed was for the MD to really listen and to have some compassion for the patient.

I seriously get the impression that this MD didn't want us as patients, and never did from the beginning. Patients can feel when they're not wanted.

I truly miss two MD's that had worked there, one of those MD's had brought me into this world and was my doctor up until he retired and passed away, another MD took over his practice and she was extremely wonderful until she retired. I miss these two doctors very much as they cared and they actually listened, it was so nice and comfortable that we could work as a team, patient and MD together. I know now that in this day and age that it is no longer possible.
