Elizabeth at TCC is incredibly patient and helpful with website questions and before that came online, in ordering a 1/4 share. Very responsive and kind. She went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with my order of steaks for our Xmas dinner. Can't say enough good about the customer service, ease of purchase/pick-up and genuine care about TCC products!

Update: Our Xmas steaks were superb! The flavor of the beef was fantastic and the 5 adults all thought it was the best steak we d had in recent memory. Even my oldest daughter, a very picky eater, had two helpings of steak, which never happens. Thank you for raising such quality beef for us to enjoy!

We are excited for our 1/4 beef that s off at the butcher now. I was excited to source local beef that I could be confident in how it was raised, cared for, and harvested. I was surprised at the level of communication and information about my share, keeping me in touch with where my meat is every step of the way. Amazing company with solid and transparent processes. I just purchased the Freezer Filler Bundle on the website. It was so easy! I purchased exactly what I needed in under 2 minutes! The pictures help if you are not knowledgable about the different cuts of meat. The owners are great so don't hesitate to ask questions. I am excited for the dinners that are ahead of us!

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we are we found TCC! We have purchased beef before but both times have not been good experiences. With the flavor or the butcher's work. So Lisa found TCC online and we decided to give them a try. With TCC we could buy several different cuts and hamburger to make sure we liked the flavor of the beef. Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with. We met her and her crew in Boise so I didn't have to go all the way to the Ranch. The flavor was wonderful! The cuts were great. And as I said Elizabeth was so easy to work with. This time we decided we would buy a whole beef from TCC. WOW! We filled the freezer shelves, freezer door with hamburger, our garage refrigerator freezer section and put hamburger in our kitchen freezer! Guess what's for dinner? Lol! Wakefield Meats was our butcher choice. They did a great job too. :-) Thank you Thomas Cattle Company!

I have been buying TCC Beef for several years now. Their quality of product is top tier, better than the best store bought beef. High-end restaurant quality right in our home freezer. Another huge benefit is knowing where our food comes from and the care and details they put into their product. I highly recommend everyone to buy from TCC.

This is by far the best beef we have ever had! The flavor is outstanding and it is amazingly tender.

We tried TCC for our Christmas tri tip and let me tell you YUM! It was a beautiful piece of meat and tasted absolutely delicious! TCC was so easy to communicate with, it was our first order so I had a few questions. Sure enough they were answered super fast and so so kind. We chose to pick up our tri tip at the meat pick up and it was super easy . We will definitely be ordering again!!

We purchased one of the first boxes of direct shipped beef and it was one of the best decisions of my life. We are not far from TCC geographically and it feels great to support a family ranch in our area. And man, is that beef amazing. You will not find beef with the flavor and texture of ranch raised in the grocery store, and TCC beef is the best ranch direct meat we've ever eaten. Elizabeth is so great to work with and the product is incredible. You will not be sorry to purchase from them, either from one of their local drop offs or via the mail.
