Dr. Blake and his staff are top notch and very professional. They have the latest technology to reduce the time, stress, and, yes, pain that can be associated with visits to the dentist. I have never had a bad experience during a visit, whether it was for a simple cleaning or a more complex dental procedure. I highly recommend using this dentist.

Dr. Blake is the only dentist and dentist office that I will use for my dental work. No one else is allowed to work on my teeth now that I have experienced the expertise and care from his office. I fly from Florida and Wisconsin to have Dr. Blake and his hygienists do any dental work. Dr. Blake has fixed other dentists mistakes and has given me the most beautiful white and natural smile. I have been to dentists with great reputations, who would tell me my teeth were looking great, yet I knew there were imperfections and a variety of slightly different color tones in my teeth. When I went to Dr. Blake he immediately saw and mentioned everything that I thought was an issue without my saying a word about my thoughts. He worked magic with my smile and for a very reasonable cost. My friends tend to continually comment on how beautiful my teeth look and ask how I get them to look this nice. My family members also have Dr. Blake their dental care. Dr. Blake and his team are exemplary!
Dr. Blake and his team are amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. The dental hygienists, receptionists, and Dr. Blake are all very approachable, and genuinely concerned about your concerns and needs, and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the work done. He is also very straight forward with you, and if there is work that does not need to be done immediately, he lets you know and does not push unnecessary work on you.

You won't find a better dentist or staff. They are conservative and don't push you to fix things that don't need fixing. They were also sensitive to me being nervous.The staff also helped me understand questions I had about billing. I hope I die before Dr. Blake does! ha ha
I have been a patient of Dr. Blake since his arrival in Santa Barbara. Since then, I have been completely satisfied with the care that he and his office staff have provided, in terms of availability, at times in emergency status, and with the state of the art dental procedures he has provided. I learned early on that he is a perfectionist, taking the time to complete crown fittings perfectly. His office staff is well trained, first rate in customer service and friendliness.My sister, who is a special needs client, also loves her visits with Jasmine for cleanings, and Hattie does a great job with my semi annual visits.

I had my first visit with Dr. Blake last week and I was very impressed! Dr. Blake was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He took his time, he was very thorough, and his prices were very reasonable. Hattie was my hygienist and gave me the best cleaning of my life. She was also very nice and fun to talk with. Hope was great, as she scheduled my appointment to my convenience, she made me very comfortable doing my X-rays, and she handled all of my insurance and billing, and was very professional and personable. The office is kept very clean with a comfortable ambience and they included free bottled water and very good coffee. I highly recommend Dr. Blake and his entire team, as they run a first rate operation!

Our family has been fortunate to have Dr. Blake as our dentist for about ten years. Plenty of time to run into any "issues" that could arise in the long-term care of our teeth. But there hasn't been a single problem. We are in awe of his skill, his use of the VERY latest technology, and his chair-side manner. His staff is caring, accurate and professional (we LOVE his dental hygienist!). His facilities are spotless. And his costs are in line with what is expected in Santa Barbara. We hesitate to say too many good things about Dr. Blake for fear of his getting too busy. But we can't help ourselves. He's the tops.

I've been seeing Dr. Blake and his staff for over a year now. From the first appointment they have been very kind and attentitive to my needs. The office is comfortable and has a nice vibe. They have blankets if you get cold during an appointment. I recently had fillings and he made it a close to painless process. It was also incredibly fast. I had 3 done in an hour. They offer many reminders for appointments which is the best. I have not missed one appointment.

Great Customer Service! The customer service at Dr. Blake s office really is great; however, if they recommend that you have dental work done, you should get a second opinion (or at the very least, ask if the procedure is necessary). On a recent visit, I thought I was going in for a routine cleaning but ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a procedure that I didn t ask for and wasn t necessary. They should do a better job of informing customers of the cost of procedures beforehand and explaining their options.

Dr. Blake is an artist in his field. His restorations are perfection, and while he provides suggestions conservatively, if you desire cosmetic dentistry- it will be of the highest standard and beautiful beyond your perception. He is meticulous but timely, straight forward but kind, thorough and extremely thoughtful. To the residents of Santa Barbara, I say take advantage of his presence. My experiences in New York City have reminded me not only of his unparalleled skill, but how fair his pricing is. If you're not going to this office, you don't know what you're missing. Each one of Thomas Blake's staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Blake and his staff both do a super thorough job, and although his services might be pricier than other dentist's, it's well worth getting the job done right. Very clean space. During the dental exam, he was much more thorough than my previous dentist and I learned a lot about what was going on in my mouth.
I can tell you the dentist office is my least favorite place to go in general, however, Dr. Blake and team have made it a great experience each time I go. When I moved to Santa Barbara 2 years ago, I asked around and Dr. Blake's name continually came up as the best, nicest and most trustworthy around! He saved my tooth with minimal intervention. I have continued to be a patient of his ever since. I was referred to Dr. Blake s office after a dental cleaning by another provider. The office is very clean and staff are well informed regarding prevention actions in regards to the Covid 19 virus. I was concerned regarding inflammation I was still experiencing after the dental cleaning by another provider. Blake put me at ease, and stated my gums were healing and gave other helpful suggestions for my mouth to heal. Staff were helpful in assisting me throughout and was impressed with their professionalism.

Dr. Blake and staff is nice but the pain he causes in the chair pulling your lips so far it really really hurts. It was like he enjoyed giving pain. Next they take exrays charge you for them then send you to another specialist and charge again, what a scam they have going! Then they said that the insurance covered a certain percent while I paid up front everytime for everything I owed. Next they say well the insurance is not covering what they said they were which would be fine but they would have never have let me go without making me pay up front. So I did not pay this rip off dentist and they sent me to collections. I curse them everytime I drive by their office and will tell everyone I know that they are for the only rich people who don't care about being ripped off! I am a business man and I can assure you you won't be treated like this with me! what a waste of my time!
