When you find a excellent product, within your budget, with great customer service, why not repeat it. This is my second kitchen, hopefully my last, if not I would use RTA again.

Ordered Pre Assembled cabinets and half the cabinets showed up with damage, one cabinet was incorrect. It took 6 weeks to get the first shipment, now we are waiting another 6 weeks for replacements. Customer service is responsive but not helpful expediting the cabinets. I would avoid the RTA Store in the future. We also ordered form RTA Cabinet Store, they showed up with lots of packaging and no damage and in 2 weeks. Future projects we are buying local and hiring a painter.

I called there and spoke to a Katlyn, she seemed very agitated & almost sarcastic. I was just asking basic questions about the quality on a set of cabinets. She is definitely not a people's person. Simple advice... don't be in customer service if you don't like people! SMH..

This company is a joke wasted a of my time working on a quote for countertops that originally came in a number that I found kind of strangely low. I worked with the rep and asked them several times if everything was right on the order and they reassured me that everything in the price was correct I asked dozens of questions,o asked them ri go over it again and again and again to make sure it was right. I was all ready to make the purchase until a random email from another person from the company came to me asking me to go over details. Once I did they then sent me a new quote for the same products that was over double the price they initially quoted me for which I was shocked by because it was actually more than what most people listed for an over double what they quoted me. When I asked the rep why that was they said that they made a mistake and inverted two of the numbers in the price per square foot of the countertops which resulted in the error period when I looked at the price per square foot from the previous order to the new one they weren't even close to the same number so it would be impossible for that to be the case. When I brought this up to them they repeatedly ignored the fact that the numbers weren't accurate and that couldn't have possibly happened and essentially told me to kick rocks when I asked them to honor their quote they essentially told me that the quote is not a guarantee and that it was a mistake made by them and yet refused to honor their mistake or show any integrity as a business and offer me at least some form of discount to be closer to the price that they initially quoted me. I will never do business with the company that a can't even enter a number into the computer properly B won't honor a mistake that they make c what kind of quality work would they provide if they don't even have folks that are competent enough to key numbers into a computer. Edit. You didn't contact me right away about the issue. I brought it up several times with no concern for your mistake. Not to mention you didn't profusely apologize. You said we made a mistake mistakes happen and didn't offer any type of resolution whatso ever. You basically told me to shop elsewhere for a better deal or take the price. Not to mention. You didn't make a mistake once. You have me 3 different prices for one stone and 2 for another. That's not a mistake. That's neglect and carelessness.
Designer (Chrissy) has been most accommodating with all of the adjustments we have made, I would recommend them any day!
I just completed my order today so I haven't received my cabinets yet. I drove 1.5 hours to visit the office in Hopewell Junction so I could see the cabinets and make sure this was a legit company. Vanessa was so friendly and helpful, I never felt rushed and she explained the differences in the cabinet brands/shipping times...etc. Actually, everyone I encountered in the office were very professional and friendly. One of the ladies I communicated with on the chat even took pictures of cabinets in the showroom and moved them side by side so I could see the colors next to each other. Once I decided on a few cabinet styles I liked, Lorine reached out to me and worked on my kitchen design. She was so patient :) Since I have never purchased from The RTA Store I wanted pricing on 4 or 5 cabinet styles before making my final decision. Thank you Lorine for all of the back and forth with me and for such a quick turnaround time. So far it has been a real pleasure working with The RTA Store. I hope I am as impressed with shipping/delivery/quality of cabinets once I receive them.
Update: The cabinets arrived on the early side of the shipping estimate timeline and that was perfect for me. All pieces were received and none of the cabinets were damaged. The instructions that come with these cabinets are useless and YouTube saved the day. Those instructions were perfect! Overall I am very happy with the price/service/quality of cabinets at this price range!

The designer I dealt with (Mike), was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He provided very detailed renderings throughout the process and joined us for a conference call to discuss final details. There has been zero pressure to purchase anything. I highly recommend ordering the door samples, as this really gives the best color vision and comparisons. It also allowed us a chance to examine the product quality, and it was outstanding! We are very confident that all the materials will be of the same quality and excited to receive and install our new bathroom vanities. Thanks Mike for a pleasurable experience.
Would not ever use this company again. The designer messed up the design. Ended up with the wrong measurements for the cabinets. It looks terrible. They offered no solution to fix it. They offered no solution for drawer fronts. At our expense we sent back two cabinets that were not needed and they said they were 'damaged' in transit and they will not accept the return. Stay away! Pay the extra money to go through a kitchen design company.

As far as the design process, the RTA Store is great. Katie with the design team was really helpful. As an experienced homeowner with a lot of various construction under my belt, each new project is a learning experience. Katie made that easy by highlighting the installation quirks before we made the order. We were able to get all the little bits and pieces that I would never have thought of added to the order for a smooth installation.

Last year my wife and I bought our first home together to raise a family. It was a real fixer upper. We chose The RTA Store because it was not expensive as a custom kitchen but much better quality than a very popular Swedish blue store which I actually really love.
Attached is a before and after picture. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the RTA Store products and their punctual delivery to meet our very tight renovation schedule.
Fast-forward one year. I was a goof and tried to soak grill parts in a seedling starter tray. That tray has small holes for drainage which I didn't realize. I put the tray full of water on the counter and 20 minutes later completely soaked the kitchen cabinets. The cabinets received water damage and so disappointed our new kitchen was now "broken".
I contacted RTA Store for replacement parts and Karissa went above and beyond to get us the parts. The parts are scheduled to arrive less than a week from when the damage was done! That is what I call amazing service and so hard to find these days.
Thank you RTA and Karissa! Our kitchen is back!

Our experience with RTA has been fantastic. Our designer, Aleah, was so patient and helpful. We received our cabinet a week ago and we are more than impressed with the quality. We only had one cabinet with some minor damage. We completed the damage report, attached pictures and Brenda with customer care was so accommodating. We should receive our replacement parts to repair our cabinet in a few days. I cannot say enough about the service we have received from The RTA Store. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for quality cabinets at an amazing price to check it out. I cannot wait until my new kitchen is finished. We will be back when it is time to remodel our master bath.
Had a great experience ordering cabinets for a built-in office desk. I am terrible at visualizing what the finished product will look like and Katie with the design team was great. We went back and forth on different ideas and designs until we found the perfect one. Would highly recommend.

We bought several cabinets for large renovation project. Although some of cabinets were damaged during shipping Customer Service was great. As i am doing project myself there was quite a lapse of time between placing order and some of my realizations and they still stood behind product.

Cabinets basically have no instruction, and they are really hard to get straightened bc all the predrilled holes are not right. Not impressed with the money I spent and what I have now. It says You don t have to use glue for them but that s a lie bc the dovetails suck and my drawers keep falling apart and one fell completely apart, dropped and got messed up. Definitely use wood glue if you do get them.
This was such an easy process. WE loved Jennifer. She held my hand through the entire process.

Elizabeth our designer was always available and quick to change a design. The customer service I received really made the decision for me to go with The RTA store. We remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and purchased are cabinets from these folks. We had a few that were damaged but they were gracious and quick to send out replacement panels. For the price and the quality we were very well pleased.
Was disappointed that even with spending 1700 on supplemental cabinets for our kitchen we were not able to order two doors that we needed to complete our project. Instead we had to purchase an entire new cabinet. The whole idea of buying from RTA was so we didn t have to waste the cabinets already in our kitchen. So between the unnecessary cabinet we had to order and the $299 shipping since we didn t qualify for free shipping, I m left with the disappointment that we had to spend nearly $600 unnecessary. Not sure I ll recommend people supplement with your cabinets for a remodel. It ends up being almost as expensive as putting in all new cabinets, assembled and installed from a more reasonable retailer. Sigh... oh well

They have a horrible return policy. Make sure if you buy anything you plan on keeping it. I bought some cabinets to redo my kitchen and once the kitchen was finished tried to return the items I did not use that were still new in the box and they rejected the return. I had another items that got damaged in shipping and luckily I met all the criteria to get that replaced But with so much criteria to meet it seemed as if they did not want to do that as well. I really felt like through each separate interaction with them that they were just trying to find reasons not to make it right. I would say buyer beware. The other cabinets stores online have much better customer service and I understands what it means to treat your customers right.

Update- cabinets now installed. I ordered a vanity cabinet which I assembled and installed as it. I also ordered a 12 deep cabinet, which I cut down to 6 deep prior to assembly. I wanted to speak about cutting down the depth of the cabinet. The way the cabinets are designed, any wall cabinet can be cut down in depth if desired with a table saw. After cutting the sides, top and bottom, I assembled per instructions. Worked very well.
The cabinets are designed to be easily assembled. The joints that you assemble are pretty loose fitting, though designed to look good . Because of the fits, I glued the joints and used the assembly clips provided.
Overall, this cabinet is not the same quality as a common assembled cabinet you buy with plywood boxes. It is better than the ones with particle board boxes. I would recommend the cabinets for an above than average DIYer.

Fright shipping and cabinets were good. However having to pay almost 20 dollars in shipping for one filler piece that weighs about a pound is ridiculous.
The experience of ordering the cabinets was great. Since then, we've had them in our kitchen for almost two years and they are fantastic. We also added them to our pantry. I will never buy a cabinet from anywhere else again. They are high quality, customizable, and they look better than 99% of cabinets out there.
