My last posted review was removed. This Philadelphia agency's main concern is their customers at the expense of the contractors whose work is their livelihood. When asked for support, the worker is brushed off and dismissed.

I was contracted through them to do an OT eval for a homebound kiddo in Ohio. The communication was sloppy throughout and I ended up paying $16 in shipping for an assessment form that didn't make it in time simply because they did not inform me of how the lending library worked in advance. I also had all sorts of confusing encounters with the school itself as it pertained to the work they wanted me to do. It seems like this company has nice people working there but they don't seem to have it all the way together yet. I will not be taking any more contract jobs through them again. It was not worth the extra hassle on my end for what they gave on their end.

Was hired last year to work part time. At the end of the year was given no indication that I was no longer needed . This year heard nothing about the start of the school year and/or an assigned caseload. When I sent a check in email was told all students had been assigned to caseloads and there was nothing for me. I paid to renew my insurance and maintain my license but now don t have a job. #Blindsided #Unprofessional
