Karen is an amazing physical therapist. I had a problem with my shoulder and arm, with tingling and radiating pain going down the arm. Karen identified trigger points and a treatment plan that got to the root of the problem in short order. Karen gives a full hour treatment, which is pretty amazing from what I've heard from other people who have had physical therapy in the past. I felt her fee was very reasonable based on her service level. She also uses pilates as part of her rehabilitation and gives you exercises to do at home. If you do what she says, you'll get the results! I highly recommend Karen and Body Dynamic.
