Hands down TheBestNotary I have ever used.

I was really excited to utilize the the services of TheBestNotary. Eli and his team are life savers. This was clearly the easiest, most convenient and stress free service when it comes to notaries. Lets be honest here. Some people like myself simply don't have the time to run around and get signatures and drive to the apostille in Sacramento. Cost wise it is a great deal. They come to you and just get the job done. Their communication is great and let you know exactly when you will get the docs back all signed. Their process clearly saved me time, money and headache. Also, my wife was really impressed of the quality of service they provide.

The staff is very professional, friendly and responsive. The team is very focused on the needs of the customer as well as the notaries. They go above and beyond to be on time, thoughtful, and responsive. They are very relationship based, wanting to ensure that everyone has a good experience. Especially helpful if you are short on time and need someone to help you out on short notice. I highly recommend!

I am a notary public and I've been working for Eli and his company TBN for the last two years now. I must say if I could give them 6 stars I certainly would because first of all they pay me well and in a timely fashion. Their staff like the husband and wife team of Marion and Precious Domingo is both professional and friendly. And they have very sophisticated clients who appreciate my work and never give me a hard time. However, towards the latter half of last year they encountered some financial setback and had to stretch my payments. Knowing that these are good guys, I gladly accepted their offer and thank God they survived and are back on their feet again. It's now business as usual and payment is on time once more. So I would suggest to my fellow notaries not to write nasty reviews and hurt a good business which is struggling to survive. Give them a break! Who knows may be one of these days we would be in similar difficult situation and do we want people to throw stones at us while we are drowning?

Horrible company to work with! They do not pay in 30-45 days like they say it s more like 3+ months. Do not work for them.

Absolutely impossible to work with, payment for jobs over 4 month past due!! Countless calls sometime 10 a day, most times we get forwarded to the answering service and they say we will forward your info, abs never to be heard from again. We have been given multiple email addresses to send payment request too, not a single response, yet when they wanted services performed, they made sure to communicate perfectly. This is a horrible scam company, and all of these reviews with 5 stars on Google are fake, look them up, they haven't been paying people for years! The call center has got so fed up with me they explained that all they get is call about people requesting payment, and the occasional need for a notary. When you actually do get some one on the phone that works there they try to talk over you till you have to shout at them to have your voice heard over theirs. I was told they were emailing accounting and would be cc'ed so I could see the conversation too, which they never did. If YOU need a company to contract out your signing do not trust these crooks with you contracts, and if you're a notary please, please, please, stay away from these crooks.

after repeatedly calling weeks on end, we were finally able to get payment. Just recently I received a phone call from the owner of the company named Eli, he said that the person in charge had been doing a horrible job handling things I belive "Dai" was in charge at the time, but Dai also told me he didnt have the ability to make payment, the only person able too was in accounting (which you couldnt speak with) also of you check the google reviews youll see that Dai left a 5 star one. we all make mistakes, but I'm leaving my original review so you can see what I went through at the time, I believe the original review was left 8/xx/17 about work that had been performed in early spring on seperate occasions. Eli sounded sincere about wanting to right his wrongs, and I am willing to give business a shot with them again in the future (at this moment I still have not), being that we discussed things and made arrangements so I can better trust them in the future. When this all went down I wanted to speak with the owner, but I was unable too. He recently reached out to me and apologized, that's really the best that can be done, are they serious about cleaning up and doing the right thing only time will tell, but I'm willing to give them a chance again. They eventually did own up and pay, but I did have to put alot of effort into them paying. Hopefully everything in the future will go alot smoother.

Very disappointed in their customer service. My firm has used this firm several times in the past with good success. This most recent experience however was beyond unprofessional and very disappointing. A notary s function by law is to verify the identity of the signer through proper identification and by simple questions and observation be assured that the signer is aware of what they are signing. Their job is NOT to interpret the documents and evaluate their content or question the client with invasive and inappropriate questions. This made our client uncomfortable and alarmed as to the notary s intent. I will NEVER use this company not recommend them to anyone!
