AMENDED-added to review after owner contacted me, please read entire review.

Absolutely impossible to work with, payment for jobs over 4 month past due!! Countless calls sometime 10 a day, most times we get forwarded to the answering service and they say we will forward your info, abs never to be heard from again. We have been given multiple email addresses to send payment request too, not a single response, yet when they wanted services performed, they made sure to communicate perfectly. This is a horrible scam company, and all of these reviews with 5 stars on Google are fake, look them up, they haven't been paying people for years! The call center has got so fed up with me they explained that all they get is call about people requesting payment, and the occasional need for a notary. When you actually do get some one on the phone that works there they try to talk over you till you have to shout at them to have your voice heard over theirs. I was told they were emailing accounting and would be cc'ed so I could see the conversation too, which they never did. If YOU need a company to contract out your signing do not trust these crooks with you contracts, and if you're a notary please, please, please, stay away from these crooks.

after repeatedly calling weeks on end, we were finally able to get payment. Just recently I received a phone call from the owner of the company named Eli, he said that the person in charge had been doing a horrible job handling things I belive "Dai" was in charge at the time, but Dai also told me he didnt have the ability to make payment, the only person able too was in accounting (which you couldnt speak with) also of you check the google reviews youll see that Dai left a 5 star one. we all make mistakes, but I'm leaving my original review so you can see what I went through at the time, I believe the original review was left 8/xx/17 about work that had been performed in early spring on seperate occasions. Eli sounded sincere about wanting to right his wrongs, and I am willing to give business a shot with them again in the future (at this moment I still have not), being that we discussed things and made arrangements so I can better trust them in the future. When this all went down I wanted to speak with the owner, but I was unable too. He recently reached out to me and apologized, that's really the best that can be done, are they serious about cleaning up and doing the right thing only time will tell, but I'm willing to give them a chance again. They eventually did own up and pay, but I did have to put alot of effort into them paying. Hopefully everything in the future will go alot smoother.
