shipping and duty fees are hidden - customer service is awful!

I called to find out if they had a certain product in stock. We're renovating our bathrooms and I wanted a specific type of vanity. They were the only ones that had it in stock and even allowed us to do a no-contact pick up the same day. The vanity is gorgeous and great quality and I can't say enough about their customer service!

Not what we were thinking it would be. Thought it would be a large showroom of bathroom items but it is a European bath type center with very small sinks and countertops. Unfortunately not helpful for us.

We bought a sink and vanity set from TheBathOutlet.com. When we received the vanity, it had a long crack in the side of it. We absolutely loved the look and quality of the vanity otherwise! When we contacted TheBathOutlet, they were fully responsive and did everything to help us get a replacement vanity at no charge to us. The crack occurred during shipping and was no one's fault but they took full responsibility and their customer service agents were the best I've dealt with in a very long time! I would definitely buy from this website again!

I recently purchased a few bathroom accessory sets for my new house and I couldn't be more pleased! From start to finish, The Bath Outlet provided me with top notch service. Delivery was extremely fast and their customer service representatives were very helpful and informative. The products are also excellent and are exactly what I was looking for. The customer service is second to none. Charlie couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It was a little tricky to find but well worth the effort. Great selection and quality.

Available at lower prices from other sellers and they would not do a price match. One of the items was being shipped to a wrong address, had to call to correct it and wait for over a week to get this delivery. Service needs to improve.

Ordered double faucet sink from Bathoutlet for my PreSchool and i am extremely satisfied with it. It also arrived as stated and didn't delay at all. I will recommend BathOutlet to my friends and family.

This store has no way to track it's inventory. It may say it's in stock. It may say next day delivery. But it's not really true. In fact, both cases turned out to be false after making a purchase. Terrible, unreliable service for anyone with a schedule.

Seems like my Scarabeo sink arrived almost as soon as I hung up the phone. Seriously, it took longer to unpack it, than it took to get here. Packing was seriously amazing and a puzzle - why aren't they using these techniques for football helmets? Lots fewer injuries. Once it was unpacked, we were again very pleased with the quality and finish of the product. I'm sure we'll come back to you for more - in 40 years or so - in the meantime we will share our happiness with everyone. One more thing - I had a few questions about mounting and hardware. Your sales staff was very helpful even going beyond my questions to explain helpful options. Please thank him for me.

Before buying a whole bunch of faucets and valves for a bathroom renovation, I checked the reviews and was surprised to see a bad review for the customer service. In my opinion, the customer service is really good. I had a (small) problem with a missing part and Maureen did an outstanding job with explanations, ordering a part and shipping it. As for their prices, I did not really compare because they had the design we wanted and as long as it appeared to be a decent market price, it was OK for us. Shipping? Very quick. Overall, we are very happy with this retailer.

Go anywhere else!!! Run!!!! Awful customer service. A dreadful ripoff experience.
