The Y of Greater Indianapolis Review

Used to be my favorite YMCA , but I'm never returning with my family again ! We usually go everyday Monday through Friday .. My brother has autism and he loves to play in open gym , OPEN GYM CLOSES AT 5pm & we were the first people at the court AT 4pm .. A employee that is not on the clock decides he wants to play a full game w his friends even though we are already using half the court .. So they start there full game while we are on the court without saying anything to us , they start running down to our side of the court screaming at us to move and get off the court .. for him to be an employee and not a regular member i find this VERY disrespectful! matter of fact he is the DIRECTOR of personal training named Taj!! When i tell supervisors they apologize but don't say anything to him , he still upstairs running his full game after kicking us off at court we were on first .. How fair ?

The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis before and after school program is a complete joke. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. They have been over charging for both before and after school care even though my son just attends before school care. When I asked for a refund, they said they can't do that before that is what he was signed up for. HES NEVER ATTENDED after school care. When you ask to speak to someone if authority, they transfer you to voicemail and no one ever responds. This has happened for 2 years now! I want answers! Who is heck oversees this scam?!

Small, but it gets the job done. Always feel welcomed. Much better then the Hendricks Avon location

This is my second favorite place on the planet...next to home...theres peace/ support/ friendly smiles/ & always a positive experience!!!!
