The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis before and after ...

The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis before and after school program is a complete joke. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. They have been over charging for both before and after school care even though my son just attends before school care. When I asked for a refund, they said they can't do that before that is what he was signed up for. HES NEVER ATTENDED after school care. When you ask to speak to someone if authority, they transfer you to voicemail and no one ever responds. This has happened for 2 years now! I want answers! Who is heck oversees this scam?!
