Worst hotel experience in my life. Hotel management forces you to go out of the hotel for eating your stuff and don't you eat in your rooms. Never seen such a hotel with these types of practises. Better search more hotels.

not allowing food inside us weird and security is rude.

Good rooms, good food, good place to drink including the coffee shop. Reduced one star because my guests complained that their room smelled funny and mouldy and had to change room in the middle of the night.

Great place. Near to airport and metro station. Truly an ecotel as it claims to be.

Location is easily accessible, services are good & staffs are very helpful and polite . There have some mobile network issue it's difficult to get proper internet connection on your mobile network.

Bad experience of a 5 star hotel,not at all courteous,was harassed everyday for some reason or other during my 4 days stay.

Was a friend's party, excellent arrangements and good food..

Good Hotel to stay near by airport. Very decently maintained rooms. Very nice breakfast option.
Staff was prompt and polite.
Just the rooms have old type AC and bed. But at the pricing in the area. Not at all a bad choice to rest after days tour.

Well behaved Hotel staff, proximity to airport.....

A run down 5 star hotel. Only advantage is proximity to Domestic Airport but better options available close by. The food is mediocre and palatable.

The AC kept making disturbing tuk-tuk noise! That, too, at a five star place! Silly.

Rooms are good but the maintenance has fallen compared to 4 years ago. Other aspects are fine. Right next to airport.

My stay had been so comfortable only because of Mr. Umar who had checked us in on 28/03/2019. My only request was for a room with a different view than usual, and he was more than happy to help me with the same. I was very very satisfied and had a very comfortable stay. I cannot thank you enough. Your service was excellent. Thank you once again :)

Worst hospitality service I have ever come across in my life. The staff is so rude and arrogant. The roof top hotel sucks big time. After keeping us wait for 40 mins, if you are being told the dish cannot be made, you can understand their dictionary meaning of customer service. Also, the coupons which they offer on various websites is misleading.

Great little hidden spot right next to the domestic terminal in Mumbai.

Mumbai's only Ecotel hotel, Ethnic Indian look, crowded, you could miss it if you aren't looking out for it although it's close to the domestic terminal, isn't really a luxury hotel by international standards. Doesn't have movement sensing bathroom and restroom fittings , surprising for an Ecotel, buffet is so so. Tiny coffee shop.

Nice hotel with proximity to airport being a big plus. Check out Nehru road in case you want to have something local to eat.
The staff is nice and the rooms are well maintained.

Great halls. I attended a conference there and breakfast and lunch both were awesome. The hall wasn't spacious enough and they have mysterious corridors. Bit they have personal cab services where all the cabs are of Lavender color! Pretty interesting know?

Best thing about the hotel is you can view the take off of Airplanes from Terrace restaurant. Banquet Hall is another best thing for small meetings, conferences etc...

Noting like this place ...it was my desire to take my friend here...offcourse no doubt about ambiance it was awsm and excellent . We walked in cake shop needless to say pastries and puffs were yummy. Plz go ahead guys visit this place ...

If you are looking for a place close by domestic airport, orchid hotel is a good option anytime. Staffs are very well behaved,friendly, very co-operative. Rooms were neat and clean. Overall service given by hotel was very satisfactory. I would suggest you should must take their South Indian breakfast. I have attached South Indian breakfast platter for reference.

Nice place ... the buffet breakfast and dinner was really great. Hotel is good only they were not able to provide the room quickly and had to seat for at least an hour in lobby area after a long flight.
