Catering services was satsifatory ...overall performance good

Went to Ramees and this showed up in my review list, so

Went for the buffet. Food was average. . The service was below par. They didn't even bother to refill the dishes. This at peak lunch time (1 pm - 2pm )

Gone for a seminar in Wyte fort.
the employees are not considering visitors to help them.its an old style hotel need more to improve.

I have been a patron for around 15 years. I have always found the buffet a great value for money.

From my experience, wyte fort is a budget friendly 3 hotel with well furnished luxurious rooms and vast varieties of cuisine.. it's the best among the others to stay...

Very attractive food items, but swimming pool is below the rank

Was one of the best hotels in bypass at a time. Now lost the charm, and become an average hotel to stay with in the locality.

Good tasty food with good accessible location and really budgeted menu.

Went for a coffee but didn't have a coffeeshop. The restuarant guys were very nice made a coffee but unfortunately wasn't the best coffee

A good hotel to stay for business.
The location is a little far away from the city - M G Road, Fort Kochi and other places. But its bang on the high way and can be used as a transit option when moving on to other places from kochi.
Its an old property, a little past its prime and needs a bit of a makeover or tidying up. The foyers and passages are a little dimly lit for my taste and smell of cigarette smoke at times.
The staff is courteous, warm and welcoming.
The breakfast was decent - good food and varieties on offer.
Rooms too come across as a little run down. But they've maintained reasonably well.
Would stay for a night here and there, for the price they are offering.

The hotel was clean and spacious. The hotel Ramees in the hotel is a must try. The malabar paratha and beef is to die for.

I visited Ramees. Food is great. They have some unique dishes which are worth a try. Beef bellary rice is a must try.

Rooms needs maintenance.. Not much choice for breakfast.

It was extremely good hotel. Air conditioned Rooms excellent with a bathtub and dood also good . Lobby and hotel spacious . Gym , swimming pool available

The rates are on par with much better properties in the vicinity like the Le Meridian and the Crowne Plaza. The restaurant in the basement is quite good though
