The Wytefort, Kochi Review

Visited the restaurant for buffet lunch. Good place to have food with family, friends and colleagues.

Though a bit dated, good location on the Highway, and a good restaurant.

Very un hygienic. I checked in and called staff for room AC, bedsheets horrible. Imagine ,i saw a twin pair of lizards in room. Wrong food order was given twice. All the staff and manager said was SORRY.

Very comfortable rooms, and good service. Next to the highway for easy connectivity. Good breakfast menu, also has a spa and swimming pool

The affordability for the middle class customer. Friendly staff. But, food to improve in terms of nutrition, varieties and taste.

Staff need to be way more pleasant than what they are now.

They look frustrated and thoroughly bored.

Just because the hotel's name has the word 'Fort' in it, the staff need not behave like enemy soldiers.

They have a 24 hour check-out and that's the only reason to stay there if you're on a late evening flight to and from Cochin.

Average facilities in executive rooms. Buffet dinner was very good. Provides complimentary breakfast with quite a lot of tasty dishes.

Had a buffet there yesterday.
It is not that much great compared to our previous visit 3yrs before.
Also seating arrangements look dull.

Had lunch Buffet during Easter. The food was really nice. Very good dessert and sallad section.

Food was not so great in quality. They didn't have naan or roti for the afternoon buffet.
