The staff are so friendly and welcoming here. New to the area and this place made the process for establishing a new doctor smooth and extremely easy. Dr. Quinn is absolutely amazing! She truly cares about her patients. Thank you!
WARNING: Take your business elsewhere. Not only is my NP always condescending, but the office will do everything in their power to avoid problems.
I was shamed for not wanting STD testing, and Dr. Kratzert pushes it on me multiple times until I say yes, claiming it is super quick and easy. She does not tell me, however, that there is a chance the test will not be covered by my insurance and I am billed $150 for the test. I have called the office THREE SEPARATE TIMES trying to file a complaint and have repeatedly been told the office manager will call me back, however no one has ever called me back. This office is highly unprofessional and Dr. Kratzert needs to respect her patients wishes without pressure/be upfront about potential costs.
I absolutely love Women's Wellness Place..I was seeing Dr. Cohen who was great until I became pregnant. At that time i was transferred to Dr. Quinn. She was great my entire pregnancy. She is knowledgeable, she cares and she tells you everything you need to know. All the staff are fantastic and make your experience the welcoming. I will continue to recommend this office.
After years of seeing an obgyn that was not satisfying my needs I decided to switch to Womens wellness, today was my first visit. I was seen by a wonderful nurse who was very friendly and outgoing, then I saw Dr. Dulpe. She was very friendly and got to the concern of mine and confirmed what I have been feeling. She is amazing! She explained my procedure that I m having done very well. I never had a doctor explain what they are going to do! Thank you to the women s wellness place!!
I love going to see my OB there they have the best doctor's and nurses they are so polite and professional very caring. I used to hate going to see my old ob doctor's appointment I don't care how much experience a male doctor has he can't tell me how I should feel or tell me what other people feel because they are not me and we are all not the same but I just prefer a women doctor because she
I have been unhappy with a lot of the midwives and OBs in the area but this place is different (love that it's only female practitioners), and in my opinion it's the best. I love Dr. Buseck, she is very personable and truly cares, she helped me through a traumatic experience with a miscarriage that ended up with me in the hospital. She is kind, very intelligent, and is transparent with all of the risks associated with any procedure or symptom. I have also had a good experience with Dr. Hornis. The nurse Kiri is excellent, she is smart, thoughtful and kind. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Extremely nice doctors Nurses and staff! I feel very welcome and comfortable. I have a high risk twin pregnancy and the drs keep a close eye on it. I feel as if I m in great hands!
Just started going here, was referred by a friend. Staff was able to get me in within reasonable time, saw me right away though it seemed rather busy, and the provider was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. All of my concerns were addressed. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
Everyone was very nice and upbeat. I did have an issue of a nurse telling me I couldn t leave before giving a urine sample, but my doctor gave me a call to express her concern and to correct the behavior which I really appreciated. After speaking with her, I m feeling much more optimistic about future visits.
Negative reviews on NP are spot on.
NP is very condescending and I always felt she never took my inquiries seriously. I also was never seen by a doctor and there was always a trainee doing my Pap smears. I felt horrible every time I left.
One time I received a $250 ultrasound bill (with good insurance). When I raised an issue about it , the charge mysteriously was never billed to me again even for the same procedure.
