Excellent hotel staff available and smiling..paintable cleanliness..cadre very nice.

In front of the hotel is the famous "Guda" beach. There are many good restaurants around the pool. Spa, restaurants are on the roof. Looking out to the invincible sea view.

We stay for 2 nights at this beach front hotel. I was indeed a mistake in providing a room when I reserved for twin but got queen size beds. Yet, the staff, namely Tesya, promises to recover this problem. The food is great the atmosphere is also awesome

Great location, very nice environment, beautiful view from the top of the hotel. However disappointed by the room: air conditioning impossible to adjust, stains on the pillow and mold on the ceiling, no desk and incidentally no sanitary bag. Just as the breakfast buffet is quite poor.

One of the favorite hotels when in the Kuta area, Bali. I recommend this starred hotel. The Mercure has no doubt, with its location directly opposite the Kuta beach. From the pool area, we can immediately enjoy the view of Kuta beach. While watching the sunset? Ooo certainly can. Walking distance to Hard Rock Kuta, Kuta Beach, and Beachwalk Mall.

Budget hotel. Poor room condition. But doesn't matter cause I will do the outdoor activities.

Location of this hotel is convenient, it's near shopping malls, restaurants and Kuta beach is just across the road.

Too noisy street. Sea across the road. The pool upstairs is pretty.
Massage is unreasonably expensive. A bunch of restaurants around. Surf School in the hotel on the 1st floor. The rooms are small. The staff is moderately friendly. Well, definitely not bad here.

The hotel is only 20 meters away from Kuta Beach Bali. Suitable for those of you who want to enjoy the beauty of Kuta beach. Around it there are many cheap culinary places to reach. When you want to go to the beach, just cross the road and enter through the beach door. Enter the beach area free of charge. One of my favorite hotels ...ice and cozy ... unfortunately the breakfast is not balanced with the comfort of the room. As far as I know the mercure group is delicious, how do you cook it ...

Room is alright, floor doesn't seems clean but barrable. Small bathroom but expected.

If you stay in this hotel probably for the convenient sake anyway, so as long as you are not facing the beach you won't be getting a lot of noise pollution especially during weekends.

The hotel is located on the beach of Kuta so that it is strategically located. Choose a room overlooking Kuta beach so from inside the room can enjoy the sunset beach of Kuta is so beautiful. The rooms are quite good with matching arrangements. The service of the hotel staff is kind and friendly. Internet access is also easy. Staying here can sleep soundly because the atmosphere is comfortable. The swimming pool is quite good and comfortable. The hotel is also close to shopping.

not bad. There is a restaurant on the 3rd floor with beautiful views. there is a very good 3rd floor swimming pool, right when you swim in the afternoon while watching the sunset. there is also a hangout where there is a tree like a finished tree house. exciting.

Get to the beach of Kuta, look for a good meal near the place, always crowded with tourists and the breakfast menu is delicious

The mattress is comfortable, the amenities are quite complete. The choice of food at breakfast is quite complete, ranging from appetizers, main and desserts. Tali is more dominant in Indonesian cuisine

Nice hotel in kuta beach. Just in front the beach. Close to beachwalk mall. However, the room is a bit small, but the view from 4th floor is amazing.

Location was ideal and conveinent Hotel is opposite Kuta Beach, next to Hard Rock Cafe only a few minutes walkaway from the Kuta Maharajah Shopping Mall and the new Sheraton Mall. Great views from from Restaurant and infinity pool on level 4. The rooms are small but adequate for price. When booking make sure you ask for newly renovated room and breakfast deal with room.

Hotel 4 lt with views of Kuta beach (some rooms), hotel facilities are good, clean rooms with balconies for smoking, service is ok and friendly.

Best location, in front of famous Kuta Beach. But it has very small room, small breakfast area... I wont recommend for long stays, 1 night would be okay. Should look for other hotels.
