Wonderful beach, extremely kids friendly and you can Kite Surf there!

Because every time I ask for service faster
When the key is lost and there is an error even though it is the fault of the hotel itself
But when they complain they help faster and better
I was comfortable staying there with my children in law & grandchildren

Great for kids, kids meal the same at each restaurant. Kids pools awesome and water slide empties into the swimup bar, genius. Kids club amazing, ask for baby sitter for under four, 50k per hour! Loved our time here definitely come back.

Amazing Service. Fantastic location. Our room was the suite which was large and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was great with large selection and super friendly staff. Love the beach and the pool. Downside? The hotel is rather business like and at certain times you get many people wearing suits talking business and they tend to be very serious while we were happy. And skip the Japanese restaurant!

Love the settings. Nusa Dua is one of the best hotels area.
Though it is an old hotel but it still best experience.

Staff were very kind and smiling all the time. The room service was also quite spot on everyday. Their beach was also nice and smiling staff to service you drinks. Quite happy with the experience we had in this hotel. Would recommend to friends

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The service is really outstanding. The site where the hotel is located is amazing. The beach is really cool and the swimming pool is warm, large, clean and it opens early. The infrastructure of the hotel is very good. It is a really cool place. I loved it!

It's not a brand new hotel, but it's very well maintained, so it doesn't feel very old. I was very kind and satisfied, and the kids club and activity program was good. The premium room is a bit far from the main lobby and the kids' club, so it's a bit far from the resort. If you have children who eat little by little, I recommend the Italian restaurant Prego Kids Mill. Saemum service fee including kids pizza 42000 rupiah (about 3500 won) and take about 10 minutes, takeout is pretty good to the box .. It is good for children looking for something to eat again after two or three hours. Please refer to the picture for the size of the kids pizza. We are a family with no interest in shopping, so we don't go to Bali collections (I like Nusa Dua but not here), but I recommend the Italian restaurant for breakfast, and it's only three days away. It is a family-friendly resort. If you are a member of the Marriott family, you will be given a free bucket of water for your child and a pink bracelet.

Nice beach but room/hotel is a bit dated. Time to refurbish.

Very nice place to relax, a little bit rich price wise for Bali but if you are staying at a resort in Nusa dua, doesn't look like you really have a choice. Would definitely come back

This is heaven for all of us!! The kids love the facilities: the swimming pool, the kids club, the beach and the sands. Eventhough the hotel is an old building, I can tell you that it is well maintained!!
The room was spacious, the bathroom was amazing too. The hotel has its private beach, so it is only a walk to the beach and you can feel the soft and clean sands anytime you want. At anytime you feel like walking around the areas, there is the pathway that connect few hotels around the neighborhood too. You can walk, bike or jog.

It is in the middle of Nusa Dua beach and the ocean view is wonderful.
A flat tier is available for 1 day free access to the Dream Bed and a 1-hour bicycle pass for Gold members.
The water slide is currently in repair and can not be used. I needed confirmation in advance, but I did not expect it at all. Only the children can ride the slides, but this also seems difficult for the time being.

Very nice place, in the area of hospitality and neatly arranged place.

Staffs are very very helpful. Nice rooms. They also have several restaurants inside.

very much appreciated for the service. Even during this COVID pandemic Westin keeps the service at their best while keeping the health protocol as well. I know the hotel suffers a lot but it's truly something that you don't lower the service standard, awesome. btw, thanks so much for the room upgrade. surely I'm staying in westin again next time I travel to Bali.

Had bugs biting me in 2 beds, kept changing rooms, left with a fungal ear infection from the pool water being unclean. Expected better from a westin

Friendly, professional staff and clean spacious rooms. We don't have anything negative to say. The food was wonderful in every restaurant and the buffet breakfast would suit even the fairest of eaters. Wide beachfront accommodation with lots of beach seating and cool refreshing ocean right at the front. 4 pools to choose from including children's area with waterside and shallow pool in the shade. An adults only salt water pool and mixed use pool close to the ocean. Another pool hidden away near the Italian restaurant as well.
Drinks were more affordable at happy hour and plenty of spots to relax with a drink by the ocean. Overall a wonderful holiday. Thank you, we will be back.

Super friendly staff. Food lovely. Right on the beach, plenty of trees & shade. Really secure & safe. If you are looking for quiet this is the place. No nite life!! The only draw back it's Aussie prices. To get cheap clothes & nite life you need to go to Kuta. For a cheap massage leave the resort's & head into Nusa dua (Not Bali Collection).

Great resort for a relaxing holiday. Right on the beach. Has 4 great restaurants plus a poolside snack menu with service.

Everything you need in one spot. We loved the massages.

The building is clean and nice but the bad dishes are not recommended.

Consisting of several rooms, one of the rooms that we use is a meeting room, very spacious with a capacity of + - 1000 people. Two months ago we were graduated in this room. And this area is very close to water blow.

Hotel B5 but how come all of the public toilets have no hose for the pockets to go to defecate, what do you say to the hotels of Caucasians all what !!! On the cloth you only use tissue!

Located at premium Nusa Dua area and has its own private beach. no wave so every family member can play on the beach. Building looks aged but well maintained. I love classic hotel like this. The staff are friendly n fast respond. Since its parking lot quite far, they provide vallet service.
My daughter loves westin because they treat kids better. They really welcomes kids to stay. After check in, your kid will get water bottle and wristband. With that wristband, kid will give 50% discount for additional breakfast, and get unlimited gelato everyday at 12-2 pm. They also have kids club with scheduled fun activites.
I got comfy and clean room near pool and beach. One thing that made me uncomfy was the bed smell. It was peed smell. Because this is family hotel, i understand sometimes baby or toddler peed on the bed. Thats why housekeeping staff must check the bed regularly. That night i couldnt sleep because of that smell. So the morning after i told to housekeeping staff and she resolved it.
In westin you can find some restaurants and bars : Ikan, prego, by the water , hamabe, velada, seasonal tastes, the lobby bar and lounge.
There are 3 swimming pools. Near prego, main pool and salt water pool near lobby. In main pool, it has slide and pool bar. Depth variation in main pool about 1m-1.8m. Lifeguard always standby. If you want less crowd, go to prego pool. U can relax and swim there.
We had breakfast in seasonal tastes. Yummy food. Wide variety from indian, chinese, western food etc. I still remember their noodle station and vegetable springroll.
Overall we really satisfied and will come back soon

Lautnya bersih dan indah. Kalau belanja agak susah karena jauh utk keluar, kantong musti tebel.

Enjoy the place so much, clean, beautiful view, yummy foods, very helpful services and one thing that i'll never be forgotten is when the waiters make a dummy kong from a towel...i am amazed, that's funny, cute, thank you so much!

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is a 5 star hotel in the elite area of Bali. Hotels are located in strategic locations, with unique hotel designs ... having 3 types of swimming pools that are very cool and there are also cool restaurants and cafes ... and have private beach with clean white sand ... good waves ... and beach chairs with different and unique designs ... make you feel at home in this hotel and don't want to leave the hotel ... at night there is also a barbeque on the beach ... the location of the hotel is also close to shopping and a collection of eating places called "Bali Collection" there are Sogo and there are restaurants such as duck edge sawah etc ... nuances of outdoor dining places (if for local tourists it is quite hot, if you like it) local is expensive ... where can you order online transportation anyway ... as long as it's smooth?
