Large places but like being cared for
the building for the ballroom is old, the air conditioner is less cold for a big event
service ok

The Weston Resort hosted a conference and they did a great job! Lunch was good, the venue itself was very clean and the service was good.

Westin Nusa Dua Bali always has own charm, nice & need hotel!

A complete resort but in which it does not lack detail. Very clean and careful. In front of the beach it has a huge pool with a slide for the little ones and a cave with a waterfall. The service is excellent and the attention superb. Several restaurants with quality and varied food. The rooms are spacious, with beds xl, bathroom with shower and bathtub, closets with large capacity, living room with sofa and a small terrace. It has a complete gym. Highly recommended to go with the family

Lovely clean beach and very good for the kids. Wonderful views and a perfect getaway for everyone. The swimmin pool with the waterfall was gr8. Will come back soon next time with my kids.

I was staying at the Sofitel but came in for dinner one evening at Prego Restaurant. This was a modern space, roomy and clean and the service was prompt and courteous. The pizza and pasta dishes were well presented and tasted just as good as they looked. It was so good that I went back another day for lunch and received the same great service and food. The views of the garden were very nice and Prego has its own separate entrance if you are arriving by taxi.

Great stay with kids loving it. We stayed in deluxe pool terrace room 1604.
Everything was perfect. Will come back here again.
Room was a bit old but they keep it shiny and the staffs were having great hospitality and services. Just a suggestion to provide a towel rack in the terrace that would be excellent.

I love this hotel s restaurant they have a good food, good service.
Their private beach is good, it will be great if i can see life guard or any safety things around.

Great resorts for family. The front desk staff Ms.Indah and assistant front office manager Mr.Wayan Geria is very helpful assisting us with the problem we had in our room. We really enjoy staying in Westin nusa dua and definitely will come back to westin again when we visit bali. Choose the premium room. Food in Ikan and Seasonal Tastes Restaurant is superb.

The 5 stars hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali. Alike any other hotels in Nusa Dua, it has private beach for the guests who want sunbathing, swimming or just enjoying the beach view. It also has swimming pool and bbq-grill station pool side for you to have fun at night

The hotel is designed in balinese authentic ambience, dominated with elements of wood, bamboo, rock, green & water.
The room is quite homy, even though the space isn t wide enough for 5 stars hotel.

They serve various kinds of breakfast dishes, from salad to asian & western main courses. The taste is also very delicious.

One thing that need to be improved is the availability of the staffs on duty in any aisle. Because the hotel area is so vast, so if the guests have a trouble (like key blocked or anything) they difficult to find the hotel staffs and must come to the front desk which far enough from the rooms

Good, the food is pretty good, the staff is ready to pour drinks. But it feels a bit dusty in some parts until I finally wash my hands.

Amazing hotel with private beach. Great facilities, excellent breakfast. Good for families, has a kids club. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Good spa facilities.

Really beautiful hotel but they practice discrimination here. Some staff are good some are waiting for tip. Some staff there if they know its other nationality but not Asian, smile like an idiot but if its Asian they dont even greeted you

Can the owner of an establishment delete a bad review? Because im sure i gave 1 star for a purpose, and i would have written it, but now my review is blank. Here goes. Im a member of SPG but for this particular hotel which i stayed for 5-6 days, the airconditioning was not working. The technicians and manager came a few times, and they still cant get hold of the problem. It became an unpleasant christmas holiday for me and my family.

Room phone is not working after check in even register a complain but no use. Guest complain must be answered promptly.. room wise it is very clean well mannered maintained

Staff and accommodations were exceptional. The reason why I give it a 4 instead of 5 is the food and drinks are way too expensive and the bikes were not serviced(flat tires and squeaky brakes)

Was told upon check in there is Compulsory New Year Charge per person. Have paid for my hotel stay from 27th Dec to 2nd January through Expedia.

This hotel is located in the ITDC area facing directly towards Nusa Dua beach. This hotel is quite comfortable and reasonable price for the Marriot branch hotel. The room rate includes breakfast for 2 people. The staff here are also quite friendly and help us during our stay at this hotel.

It's a lovely hotel with very hospitable staff. The beach is a 2 minute walk from virtually every room and they have gazebos on the beach to overlook the ocean. The pool is nice too. Regarding food, breakfast was included for our room and it was quite a nice spread, though we had a little difficult time getting good vegetarian food for lunch and dinner. Though many restaurants and options are available. All in all, clearly a 5 star stay! \m/
