an old hotel, with a complete facilities, there's an awesome shopping center nearby

The place is luxurious, good, the kids club is big. Very recommendation for family holiday, just love service to local people is a little different from strangers. Hopefully in the future it's no longer so

Why is parking so far away that parking is so troublesome

Pool is lovely,nice location 10 min walk to bali collection nice to having kids playing around the beaches...amazing breakfast!

Staff are incredibly friendly, I get so excited about breakfast I can barely sleep, the room is clean, air conditioning is fantastic, gym has great music.

Westin has always been my favourite hotel in the SPG Member Brands. The Westin in Bali has very friendly staffs. I actually booked the hotel on the wrong date and it was a non-refundable rate. But they were willing to accept the mistake I made and help me change my booking date. Upon check-in I was given an upgrade as I am a platinum member. They had apparently upgraded me to the ocean view suite. It was a really pleasant stay there. The beach in Westin is really nice with nice amenities such as the dream bed which let you enjoy the beach and the sun. Highly recommended hotel here!

There are many Chinese guests on the breakfast menu, so there are many Chinese menus such as fried rice, fried noodles, and towjang.

The place is not neat because part of the development process. Blind at least good at all

Good service, but breakfast seems to be rich, but the quality is rough; the swimming pool is very fun, but the water quality is very poor.

5 star hotel in the Nusa Dua area of Bali. Modern Balinese atmosphere. The hotel is directly opposite the beach, and has very complete facilities, from salt water pools to pool tables.

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua itself had plenty to offer. The place and property was big. A long walk to the room. So much to do. I felt quite weighed down. One was the guilt of not having done much in the past few days and knowing that we weren t going to this day either.

Funny that everybody and their mother (pun intended) on Hong Kong Moms talks only about staying in luxury resort, and here I was, feeling overwhelmed. Jeez!

But, it was for the child and his love for water and his birthday. It was deciding between either a water park or a fancypants hotel. I chose a hotel that offered water fun. This one had just one slide but the child had a ball.

He kept asking for a present and I told him that the hotel and the experience was his present but he didn t agree.

Mama, can I take it with me back to Hong Kong? No. Then it s not a good present. I don t like it.

I couldn t stop guffawing and he couldn t stop crying. Real tears.

Anyway, we went to the room, changed into pool costumes the child and the hubster. I went along to sip on a grand cocktail.

Lunch was at their beachfront Indonesian restaurant Ikan after some playtime in the pool.

Post lunch, we tried to convince the child to go for some playtime in their play area monitored by sitters and aunties, while we went to check out their high tea.

And I m sorry to say but it was such a disappointment. Only tea and coffee in the included beverages, others were paid! I missed Eastern Oriental in Penang which had so much to offer. Other things included pastries, small canapes. Overall, it felt really meh. Maybe because I d been to Eastern Oriental s first and this one just didn t hold a candle.

One of the 5 star hotels in the Nusa Dua tourist area. The facilities at this hotel are all premium rooms, restaurant, convention center and other facilities.

We had a small conference at this hotel, so we stayed here. All the participants felt relaxed and I think the results were achieved.

Went with the children there and it was a great spot to be without crowds and breakfast included. Nusa Dua is what I'd call whitewashed so don't expect to feel like you're in Bali here just another pristine Beach area.

Westin is the biggest cleanest freindliest most well organised hotel with the best service , the casual staff are exellent and well supervised ....i would like to recommend " Windu " he is most polite and helpful with exellent attitude speaks very good english ,i think he would be an asset to the hotels future and reccomend him completely.......all staff are exellent friendly beautiful people

The Westin is just like any Westin from the States. The first impression walking into their lobby brought back memories of living in the States. It felt precisely like an American hotel. Compared to other hotels in Bali, I don t think it tries to incorporate much of Balinese or Indonesian artwork/design, which stands out from the crowd.

Hung out at the pool area, which was pretty busy on a weekend afternoon. Many families and kids filled the area so if you re looking for a quiet paradise, the pool area isn t for you. There was a ping pong table and badminton for visitors to enjoy, free of charge.

A family would appreciate their activity offerings.

Absolutely love this place! Sweet and friendly staff, made sure I had abundant vegetarian options for breakfast! Clean luxurious rooms, beach is right here don't need to leave the hotel, and always has moon beads and lighting no matter what time!

Hotel ini paling cocok untuk tipe family dengan anak anak kecil.

Karena ketika register anak anak akan diberikan tumbler untuk diisi minuman free flow selama menginap di hotel dari drink station yang tersedia di area hotel. Biasanya ada sekitar 3-4 drink station yang dapat dipakai untuk mengisi tumbler tersebut.

Oh ya cobain juga makan di preggo italian resto nya ya , pizza nya enak banget.

Pantai nya juga bagus dan berada di dekat the laguna hotel serta sofitel nusa dua.

Fasiltas yang lain ada tennis table juga cuma sayangnya peralatan sudah harus diganti sebetulnya sih.

Oh ya mereka baru renov untuk kids club.
Kids club mereka adalah yang terbaik di Bali
Karena besar dan lengkap banget.
Untuk aktivitas di kids club juga seru seru ada wall climbing dan fishing. Atau mau coba balinese dance juga bisa. Kadang malah bisa bikin layang layang dan nantinya diterbangin di area pantai. Udah pasti hotel ini jadi impian orang tua dan anak anak karena anak anak sibuk di kids club dan orang tua bisa bersantai di area kolam renang atau pun di kamar.

Oh ya walaupun sudah cukup tua tetapi kamarnya updated banget dan luas. Dan bathtub sudah model standing bathtub menghadap ke balcony.

Roomy conference room. Fit half a thousand students-high school students and their relatives and friends. We were at STP Bali graduation.

Meh. Tired. Tiny rooms (for Bali). Not that clean. Very average pool area. Fairly good buffet breakfast.
Food and drinks are HUGELY overpriced but that s typical of Nusa Dua and Westins/Marriott hotels.

The spa is amazing. Overpriced of course, but it s worth the money and guests receive discounts. You never should pay more than morning price in Bali, even at international hotel chains. (Good for me, good for you!)
