Located at premium Nusa Dua area and has its own private beach. no wave so every family member can play on the beach. Building looks aged but well maintained. I love classic hotel like this. The staff are friendly n fast respond. Since its parking lot quite far, they provide vallet service.
My daughter loves westin because they treat kids better. They really welcomes kids to stay. After check in, your kid will get water bottle and wristband. With that wristband, kid will give 50% discount for additional breakfast, and get unlimited gelato everyday at 12-2 pm. They also have kids club with scheduled fun activites.
I got comfy and clean room near pool and beach. One thing that made me uncomfy was the bed smell. It was peed smell. Because this is family hotel, i understand sometimes baby or toddler peed on the bed. Thats why housekeeping staff must check the bed regularly. That night i couldnt sleep because of that smell. So the morning after i told to housekeeping staff and she resolved it.
In westin you can find some restaurants and bars : Ikan, prego, by the water , hamabe, velada, seasonal tastes, the lobby bar and lounge.
There are 3 swimming pools. Near prego, main pool and salt water pool near lobby. In main pool, it has slide and pool bar. Depth variation in main pool about 1m-1.8m. Lifeguard always standby. If you want less crowd, go to prego pool. U can relax and swim there.
We had breakfast in seasonal tastes. Yummy food. Wide variety from indian, chinese, western food etc. I still remember their noodle station and vegetable springroll.
Overall we really satisfied and will come back soon
