The resort was not bad depending on the room you are given. Everything was a bit far from eachother but the pool was great! I lost someone at the hotel tho and they have yet to give me details on if it was found or not. They asked me to use a 3rd party website, i lost a childhood bear that i bring everywhere with me and when i emailed the hotel they directed me to a 3rd party site, i had to call the hotel and they said they don t think they found anything, this was very very important to me and i hope i hear back from them soon.

I had heard amazing things about the Westin La Paloma Resort and I am pleased to report that it did not disappoint! I attended a conference here for work and was so pleased! The staff, at all levels, is exceptional! From the front desk, to the bell staff, to housekeeping and everyone else I ran into... The rooms are huge and immaculate. The grounds and pool areas are top notch. Highly recommended! I will be returning with my family in the future.

Sad.. This place did not impress this time.... We stay at the Westin La Paloma about once a year as we are Tucson residents. The pool was disgusting. It had a grime on the tile and all the handles that hadn't been cleaned in months. Also, the filters must have been broken since there were bugs everywhere. Also.. the security guard at the pool entrance would not allow my wife to bring in her water.. made her open up her container... smelled it.. and made us dump it out. The room was great..

The resort itself it very BEAUTIFUL. For the price of the room per night you would think they would be queen beds. Were only a full, The beds in the rooms suck, the pillows suck, we asked for an extra blanket and we got a WET blanket. When we booked we listed 3 people in the room, we had 1 coffee cup in the room had to call for more. Only had 2 towels in the room, again had to call for more. The fridge in the room was hot. The floors were dirty, Need to be steamed cleaned more often.
The pools were well maintained, the bar service was good, Servers weren't very friendly, the drinks were overly priced and the quality was VERY POOR. for a $12.00 Margarita you would think it would be better tasting, is wasn't. Very Limited room service for food. Was way over priced.
With this resort covering a Large outdoor area, they treat Smokers like second rate citizens with very limited areas to smoke. without hiking a huge distance to smoke.
They do offer a shuttle to you room, or anywhere you want to go. Our drivers were great.
Just not what was expected with this being a 5 STAR RESORT. Will NOT be booking again.

This is a huge resort. Excellent customer service. I requested a robe and it came within 15 minutes. The pools are gorgeous and spacious. The pool was not heated and pretty cold. It was nice to order food by the pool though. The rooms had just what you needed. It was quite and very comfortable. I would love to return.

It's a nice resort. Course it can be a trek to get to the room but they have carts to help you get there if needed! Room service is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Gone for business and enjoyed the restaurant with outdoor dining.

I am conflicted about this resort. The grounds of this property are spectacular. Well cared for and immaculate. The staff is always attentive and solicitous. The hotel itself needs attention. Some of the umbrellas around the pool needed replacing as did some of the pool towels which were torn. The shower head in our room wasn't working properly because it was so calcified. Stucco was peeling off the exterior wall in one of the walkways. The ice machine didn't work on our floor. The sink in the women's bathroom at the pool had no water pressure to speak of while my husband told me the pressure in the men's room was off the charts.
I'm guessing the pandemic is making it difficult to retain staff. I know summer is off season and it's just us locals but we paid a fair amount to stay. I'd like to see this resort return to the reputation it has acquired.

Gorgeous resort with views of the Catalina Mountains. They have a beautiful pool area, patios, plenty of places to hang out around a fire or table. Several restaurants on site. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The staff is really friendly.

Wonderful in so many ways. Big rooms, great views, helpful staff, good food, nice pools.

Room was ok. Did not have a microwave.
The Azul restaurant and bar was awesome! I do believe the Bartender named Doug was awesome!
