The resort itself it very BEAUTIFUL. For the price of the room per night you would think they would be queen beds. Were only a full, The beds in the rooms suck, the pillows suck, we asked for an extra blanket and we got a WET blanket. When we booked we listed 3 people in the room, we had 1 coffee cup in the room had to call for more. Only had 2 towels in the room, again had to call for more. The fridge in the room was hot. The floors were dirty, Need to be steamed cleaned more often.
The pools were well maintained, the bar service was good, Servers weren't very friendly, the drinks were overly priced and the quality was VERY POOR. for a $12.00 Margarita you would think it would be better tasting, is wasn't. Very Limited room service for food. Was way over priced.
With this resort covering a Large outdoor area, they treat Smokers like second rate citizens with very limited areas to smoke. without hiking a huge distance to smoke.
They do offer a shuttle to you room, or anywhere you want to go. Our drivers were great.
Just not what was expected with this being a 5 STAR RESORT. Will NOT be booking again.
