The Westin Grand Vancouver Review

Very nice hotel with all the expected amenities. The parking was rather expensive even with the price of the room. But I will definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel. Rooms are not too big but very comfortable. Unfortunately they have not enough elevators. We had to wait a great deal of time to get to 29th floor at every ride.

Location is great and central in Vancouver. Rooms are nice and roomy. Service was prompt and the pool and Hot tub were wonderful.

Room was so small and the hallway where the meeting rooms are located also not very roomy. Felt claustrophobic. The elevator took so long so I used the service elevator instead. I have been to other properties of Westin and usually there is someone around. There was no one around to ask for anything when the coffee cups we're out. You just had to wait cuz I didn't want to interrupt training.

Stayed overnight during renovations. The room we stayed at looked great and a nice view over Robson. Overall great experience.

Great location. Very close to the Skytrain, shopping, and stadiums. Large, clean rooms.

Great spot and the newly renovated rooms are much nicer than before, will stay again.

Great hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Towels and sheets very soft and smell nice. Rooms fair sized for area.

Pretty good sound proofing compared to other hotels in the area. Normally stay on a corporate rate so I cannot comment on actual value for money.

The friendly staff made our 18-hour stay memorable.

Small suites. Very small and very slow elevators. It's faster to use the stairs to get down even if you are on the 30th floor.

Great location. Staff was great as were the drinks at Hendricks. However there are only 2 elevators. Bad design. Plan accordingly. Long waits.

Nice hotel. Platinum SPG members treated well with nice upgrade.

Wow what can I say. I've stayed here quite a bit as a frequent bidniz traveler and multiple times they've given me complimentary upgrade to a room that is completely the same from others, except that it resides on a higher floor and makes me feel more accomplished as a human being. They keep giving me tiny bottles of body lotion that I don't use. I think it's the staff's way of complimenting me on my fair complexion. I wish they'd just ask me out already. 5 stars.

Stayed here one night while taking my girls to Playland for their birthday. Shoutout to Salina, and Meg who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. So much so that my daughters want to move in permanently. and so do I! all other staff were exceptional as well. Clean and very quite rooms considering you're downtown Vancouver. It's also conveniently located from all your shopping and attraction needs in downtown as well as in walking distance to skytrains to get out of town if desired. I highly recommend this hotel.
