The doctor ordered hospice care for our aunt and we were truly blessed by a referral (from Belinda at A Place for Mom) to VNA Hospice & Palliative Care of Southern California in Claremont, CA. I am writing this letter which is long over due. Last year my Mom
was in VNA hospice service. I have to say VNA provided great service .
Then at late 2016, my Mom discharged from the hospice and under home health, still received great services.
When my Mom was under hospice service, there were few times the
situation was critical.As a family member, I did not know how to handle, however, the nurse was always came to the house within a short time.
The case manager (nurse) was Levi ,among others.
Then after transfer to home health, Malkit is the case manager, a great person.
There was few times, my Mom,s Foley catheter had some problems, the concerned personnel even came to the house in wee hours.
Overall, I would highly recommend VNA to anyone who is in need.
