too long waiting for service and customer service is poor

Staff friendly and helpful. Has a reasonable range.

Great service and advice with great selection of tools.

Not satisfied with the quality of products or services provided. Inefficient and shows no interest in doing business or looking after customers. I would suggest they also train their employees on how to use an indicator when driving especially when you have your company logo plastered all over the vehicle. Just shows how careless you are and no consideration to others not only on the road but probably when it comes to service as well.

Amazing place, to buy bolts if you don't know what size you need

Every bolt I've needed they had it can't fault them also the team knows what your after and will help you all the way won't just pass you on like other companies

Great place. I've been a customer for years and they have always delivered. The price of their hardware is very competitive and certainly a lot better than the likes of Bunnings and Mitre 10.

Good customer service with staff approaching me and asking if I needed any help, not the other way round. They didn't ask for minimum spend of $25 like Konnect did, that's just ridiculous, I was just after two sets of nuts and bolts. Would recommend WDS.

Been dealing with this company for many years and I have to say Frank's Knowledge and service is amazing and Phil's after hour service is great, overall a great bunch of guys working there. If only there were more companies out there that provided the same, a lot can be learnt!
