We were helping my daughter with her own first car purchase...and we warned her how terrible car shopping can be...but after we went to Southeast Car Agency and were helped by Tom, Bob, Steve, Chase and John, she thought we were crazy...it was not bad at all! No hassle or pressure from salesmen and we were able to get more car for our $$ at Southeast Car Agency. Went this past weekend to look at a car at SE. After test driving the car I went to another dealership just to keep my options open, but ended right back at SE. The staff at SE were nice and were not pushy at all. Justin and Mr. Tidwell were awesome in my car buying process. I was in and out of the dealership in literally 1 hour. We have purchased two vehicles from SE Car Agency and are most pleased with both purchases, even though the Lexus RX 300 and the Nissan Quest were without a jack and both came with only one key.
Overall, we liked the service and both vehicles have been extremely reliable (trouble free). We still have the 2006 Quest, and after nearly 13 years, still no problems. We sold the RX300 and bought an almost new Lexus RX350 from that Big Off Lease Dealer in Palm Beach County. What a mistake! So many problems with that RX350! We are regretting not buying another vehicle from SE Car Agency in Gainesville.
Went in morning to look for car to buy and by 1pm was done. Great car, so far, and excellent customer service. Did not realize I would find such a terrific deal. Also did not realize they have excellent reputation in Gainesville. I should have gone there first instead of wasting time. I would highly recommend them.
I was a little thrown off by this agency at first because of how laid back they are. I went in expecting to fight and negotiate my way out with the car I wanted. Instead, it was the complete opposite! They re laid back (don t talk much) and you re in and out within the hour believe it or not (so long as you know what you want because they re not gonna show you)
All in all, the car I walked away with looked brand new, no issues so far and was cleaned beyond perfection. They really make the cars feel brand new! Highly recommend them over going to an actual dealership. Having financing secured made the whole process run smoothly, though I m sure it would run smooth if you did it there as well.

SECOND TO NONE!!! I recently bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma XSPX from Southeast Car Agency. This is one of the very few dealerships that will make you and upfront, honest no pressure deal. Everything was fast and easy. They had exactly what I wanted and made the entire process very comfortable and didn't try to wiggle in any hidden fees. I drove off the lot after a thorough explanation of how the financing would work and a beautiful new truck. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Justin and Dayton. They are true masters of their craft and my next vehicle will deffinatly be another purchase from Southeast.
My purchase of the Chevy Silverado was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I was literally driving out of the lot with my newly purchased car in 90 minutes from arrival. I was treated fairly on my trade in and with courtesy on the car selection process. Even got to test Drive the vehicle with no salesman in the car!
Just left this lot. Will never go back. We originally were working with Chase and then when it was time to make a deal new salesperson comes out. Wanted to give us about $7000 less for 2014 Dodge ram then what trade in value was on kkb. And then wanted to charge us $400 less then what a brand new car would be for the same model car with 11000 miles on it. I would be careful. They said to us if your car doesn't have a manufacutes warranty they don't really want to deal with your car and would only give you auction price for it. Maybe tell that to people upfront and not waste my time.

Nice prices, what you see in your vehicle is actually what it is. Most vehicles have lower milage than other places. No pressure to purchase. Research the vehicles online before going because no one is going to give you any info about them other then milage. You're pretty much your own salesman and they do the paperwork.
An overall great experience as I was shown the vehicles I was interested in looking at, given the keys to test drive, and periodically the sales rep would interact with us to answer any questions. Once we decided on the vehicle I was quickly given a finance rep and off I went. I will be back for sure (and I live 1.5 hours away so that also tell you how good the experience was).
I had done quite a bit of searching and they definitely had the best base price on the used vehicle for which I was looking. Additionally, with no dealer fees (something you never see), the overall price was great. Service was superb: there was no hard sell which made shopping so much more comfortable, they had no problem with my taking it to my mechanic and they answered all questions thoroughly and honestly. They are even ordering matching paint and will touch up the 2 very small scratches in the paint. I can't address my satisfaction with the car itself since I've only owned it for 3 days, but it handled quite nicely on my trip home from Gainesville, so, so far, so good. I'd be happy to update my review after having owned it for a few months. At this juncture, though, I highly recommend SE Car Agency.

This is the second time I have purchased from them. First time was easy this one was not. Purchased current year model, there were no car mats and only one key. Now over a week since I picked up the car and they forgot to have me sign something.
First time buying a car, and this will be my go to place as long as I live in Florida. I tried going to a well reviewed place where I live and was disappointed with the quality and fees: most cars on the lot had bald tires that they'd replace "at cost" on top of a dealer fee. Southeast Car Agency is a several hour drive away from me, but it was a breath of fresh air. The quality was higher (newer tires, oil recently changed, cleaned and obvious signs of upkeep) and the base prices similar (cheaper after factoring in the lack of fees). I dealt primarily with Niko/Nico (sp?) and couldn't recommend him more highly, but everyone involved made the process smooth and efficient.
The staff was not invasive, they give you a list of cars with price. When I asked them for test drive of several vehicles they had them ready to go within minutes. I didn't purchase a vehicle today, but it will be this week.
Best car buying experience ever. No questions asked test-drives by yourself without a salesman. No haggling low price is the only way we buy cars. Also, we timed it and it only took 45 minutes from start to finish to drive off with a fantastic low mileage car.

We'd heard only good things from our friends, but our experience lived up to the hype. When you visit the lot, you're handed a clipboard of all the vehicles available, then you're told the cars are open for your perusal. You're then permitted to wander and study at your leisure without a smarmy salesman dogging your every move. They didn't even interrogate us for information beforehand (or ever)! When we found one to test drive, they slapped a tag on and said to take it for a spin. It was so easy, such a relief from the new dealership hoopla. Very much recommended.

Went to SE Cars with 2 specific cars in mind. The salesman said they were not in stock, but he would look out for them. He took our names & phone#. I sent him printouts of the cars, being flexible with the colors. Never heard from him again. If he couldn't get anything close to what we wanted, at least take 3 minutes, call us & let us know. We found what we wanted, elsewhere.
Next time, If I am open to any car (which I doubt) I'll check out SE Cars to see what's on the lot. More probable, I will have a specific car in mind. I'd still check out SE Cars. If not in stock, I'd go elsewhere.
The radio commercials make it seem that there is no pressure to sell you a car. In my case, there wasn't even an effort to sell us car.

This was the 7th car we have purchased from Southeast Car Agency. We really don t go anywhere else because they always have a good selection of cars and they don t bother you while you shop. If you ask for their opinion, they will give it to you...but not to try to sway you one way or another.
This particular time, it was time to purchase our daughter a new car and, though we originally went in to test drive a cute little Mini Cooper Hardtop 4 DR, she ultimately decided on an Audi A3 and absolutely loves it! The process was quick and painless. They gave us a fair trade for her Nissan, we qualified for a great rate, and in less than an hour from start to finish, she drove off the lot in her new car she aptly names Audri!
