Great place & great vibe to drink & smoke hookah! The bartenders are very friendly & provide amazing service. Enjoyed my experience & will go back!

Solid service. Solid bartenders...they never disappoint when I'm in DC.

By far the worse experience I've had in the District. I came there with my friends for happy hour and the hostess/waitress was rude and displayed such an attitude that completely killed the positive vibe we originally came in with. The chef was an hour late so we couldn't order food. When we finally could order food, we waited over an hour only to be told that something was broken so they couldn't make the food.

I wanted to speak to the manager about the poor service, but unfortunately the person wasn't there. I was looking forward to enjoying this place as it was my first time there and ready to spend a considerable amount of money. Instead my friends and I were left starving and dealing with a server with a poor attitude that completely killed the mood.

Thankfully, we went to another spot a few doors down that provided amazing service, great food and drinks, and great vibe! So happy we decided to go elsewhere, and I recommend others do the same. Vivid Lounge your service and overall establishment was a complete disappointment.

I work in the customer service industry so I normally don t take many things personally when it comes from servers. But the service here was absolutely terrible. What could have been a great end to a night with friends went down from the service we received here. We arrived the last 40 mins or so that this place was open. We ordered hookah and would ve loved to have ordered drinks. Tamiko insisted that the 7 of us remain at the bar and not use the empty couch that was not reserved or in use. With it being a large group that seating arrangement would ve been much better. While I understand the reasoning the approach was handled all wrong. In my opinion, she could ve compromised by saying you can use the couch as long as you purchase drinks. Completely understandable and something we already intended to do. But she would rather be rude, lose money, and create unnecessary tension. There are proper ways to handle customer service situations and she failed miserably. I d highly suggest customer service training for this establishment. The guy working the bar was obviously pretty new but he was cool.

Stumbled in here looking for a nice place for the bathroom, ended up staying and having a blast. The bartender was great, friendly and inviting. The bar is kind of intimate so we ended making friends with almost everyone at the bar. Good times, fun night

This is my new DL spot great environment for fun people great place to watch all the games especially if you are a OHIO State buckeye fan! Great drinks smoking tasty Hooka

Awesome music !!! The DJ is amazing!

They need more space for dancing and partying. There is tables on the way, and you can t walk or dance anywhere.
Hookah is good.
Drinks are good and the bartenders are fast and friendly.
