Excellent luxury hotel accommodation for old soldiers

Fantastic prices and facilities in the heart of the westend. Highly recommended

Cleanest place I ve ever stayed. Meals were second to none. Made a point of returning to eat and spend evenings at the club. Very welcoming staff.

A haven of calm and beauty for veterans and family. This is what customer service and attention to detail means. Nothing too much trouble.

Visited here for a conference. Venue is a bit dated. Big screen in the main hall.

Not a Member but had a pleasant lunch there with one.

Not sure if one can "walk in" without being or being with
a member. Food and service were good, but I was there
early and I am not sure what it would be like when they
got busier (which looked as though they were going to)

Located near marble arch , oxford street , hyde park edgware road , great place to stay and easy access to shopping areas . Helpful staff , well kept rooms , comfortable , safe .
Nice bar comfy seating , good place to receive friends for a drink.
Restaurant provides theme dinners on certain nights.

Fantastic from door staff Jay and the other guys to bar staff and the receptionist go out of there way.all great value rooms clean and lovely. long walk from Euston station LOL thanks for taking our photos and you made my wife's day complete after coming back from the Queens garden party. This is the one advantage we ex-Forces people have, bought for us by Mr Churchill, so we'd have somewhere at which to let out hair down in London - or have a civilised stay in the metropolis. But it's now become more like a hotel and advertises packages to get people staying at prices which are pretty much same these days as "normal" hotels in the area. But I ran a couple of fun parties there, for which the staff were really friendly, and everyone else totally supportive of merriment.

Great value, lovely rooms and so easy to get to. Staff are great and a deal with a local car park helps

RE: Victory Services Club
What happened at the entrance of Victory Services Club at 18:20, 11th Aug was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. When two young kids (boy and girl) were desperate for toilet in the car passing the club, I stopped and gently asked the staff at entrance if we can borrow the loo, the Caucasian guy refused rudely with your kids could pee on the drain over there , followed with finger pointing at a rain draining on the side of public road. Thank you very much for giving such FANTASTIC suggestion in front of children. It would be even better if your staff could perhaps show us how do it next time.
It is understandable the club is for members only, who served for Armed Forces. Those members have the values and ethos of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence, there won t be any doubt they would show great sympathy when anyone needs help.
What a shame the club employee has different value and showed profile of arrogance, discriminatory and inurbane to women and children. Perhaps that is that guy s outlook of world, and he doesn t mind or maybe encourage his children to pee on the public road, like primitive man, GREAT! Wish you good luck with your employee in the future.

Attended a Regimental Service annual dinner and cuisine was 5 star roast beef. Venue comfortable and posh!

First visit to this well established club and I was impressed. Great facilities, nice food and lounges. I attended a half day event in a super auditorium.

Hotel for serving/ex service personnel and families next to marble arch/Oxford street, great restaurant, lovely en suite room with full facilities, spotlessly clean, would recommend.

Dated. The building looks awful from the outside and whilst some bits have been modernised inside, it needs more work.

The VSC is an excellent club which provides a professional, welcoming and friendly experience. The Club has an excellent standard provided by a wonderful team. It s also a club one can go to alone and feel comfortable and at home. I ve taken many friends who are not HM Forces and they love it. Accommodation standard is good too with reasonably spacious rooms. Food is delicious with good variety. If you ve not been to the Club - you should! The VSC has undertaken a Covid audit to make it safe.

It's a club and hotel belonging to the Queen Elizabeth mostly for the army and members only

Had 3 nights at the VSC over Remembrance weekend. Friendly welcoming staff. Great food.

Excellent Armed Forces Accommodation. From Australia with the family for Xmas/NY period. Close proximity to everything touristy. Staff more than happy to help. Great breakfasts and bar ! Can't wait to book next stay

The cheapest and best hotel you can get in central London. Military members only. Never fully booked. We we able to book an extra room on new year's Eve

Lovely members only hotel hidden very near Hyde Park. The hotel offers simple private rooms for a cost effective stay. Similar in some respects to a hostel, bathroom/toilet facilities my be ensuite or a short trip down the hall. Included in room cost is a fantastic hot and cold breakfast in a well serviced dining room. The only short coming for VSC is the shortage of available street parking (or any parking in the immediate area). The nearest parking is at the Q-park. VSC will validate your parking ticket, dropping the garage fare by 50%.

The staff are tremendously helpful and friendly. The club is an excellent facility to have access to in central London.

Their wonderful front of house staff are just so helpful and welcoming. The food and rooms, the bar area are all excellent.

Exceptional standard of customer service and cleanliness. A hidden tranquil treasure in one of the most busiest areas in central London. Wonderful that existing and ex members of the Armed Services can use the fabulous facilities.

Victoria Club I have not visited before but I hear it

Lovely hotel in the centre of London. 2 minute walk from Oxford street which is perfect for shoppers. Excellent caring staff who attend to your needs, welcome you and help you carry your luggage. Spacious rooms, good selection of biscuits and teas. The bar is nice, although brunch options were limited for me.

Very good location and very nice affordable rooms.

My favorite place to stay in London .A lot of remodeling and modernisation completed.We love the club bar to finish the day !

The best of everything in London . service, food accommodation, staff. I treasure my membership.

All the Staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient. Needs are anticipated in a non intrusive way. The bar is a great place for a drink, a sandwich etc and to chill out. The grill serves delicious food with a few good veggie choices on the menu. Prices very reasonable for London. If you are seeing music at Hyde Park or the Royal Albert Hall, it is ideal.

My wife and I have stayed at the club on several ocations and we have received the very best of attention from all the staff and this can not be faulted, we have also stayed at several different hotels in London and found that (A) the service was not as good and (B) the costs were higher and the value for money was left wanting.
I promote the club to all my ex-service friend's and will continue to do so.

Extremely warm welcome from reception thru to the restaurant team. Wonderfully comfortable and thoroughly clean room, delicious food at the restaurant (the breakfast in particular is superb!) & a lovely, inviting atmosphere. Very much looking forward to staying in the future.

It s been over a decade since I last stayed. A transformation of epic proportions. Really smart and clean rooms which are very quiet. The food is outstanding and service better. It felt like I was in the smartest WOs and Sgts Mess again. Well done VCS. I m converted back to you and joined as a member.
