The primary focus of this resort is to serve as a timeshare. Beyond that, the rate, suggested $200/night is far fetched. There are other places around with better amenities where you can stay.

Best resort in all of New England. We've been coming back time after time for the past 25 years. Now our grandchildren are enjoying the same beauty our children enjoyed.

Gorgeous gardens in the summer. Awesome skiing in the winter. Fantastic foliage and hikes in the Fall. Even in mud-season (Spring), I love getting away for a few days to do some cycling and get some hill climbing in.

Our first room had a funky smell and even after we tried to air it out, it was just too much. The front desk was apologetic & promptly reassigned us. The 2nd room was perfect. CAREFUL: The "free breakfast" is very misleading. Although it shows a coffee cup icon next to the words (which means only coffee/tea is complimentary) the words FREE BREAKFAST should be removed from the list of amenities. Definitely get the lobster roll at Matty B's - it is loaded with lobster meat! We'd stay here again, but next time we will bring food to make breakfast & use the grill to save money.

Came here for a skiing weekend, the location is spot on right next to the attitash slopes, and not far from other attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious with a kitchen and a table, but the beds were less than ideal with a pullout couch and a wall bed. The amenities were so so, we enjoyed the outdoor hottub but the inside pool area was not tidy and the sauna and steam room were not functioning. We still had a good time!

It s almost 5 pm. Room still not ready. Check in time is supposedly 4. Same for many other customers. Didn t offer any initial compensation. Manager Marcus only threatened me telling me to find another hotel which are all booked. Worst hotel experience ever. Rude.

Was not impressed with people not watching there kids at all. Small kids in hot tub outside and inside no adults around were left with teenagers to busy doing their own thing than watch the young ones they were in charge with. French fries under the bed, got a piece of glass in my foot from people before us. Maintenance and house keeping to busy on the phones out side buildings. Deck boards worn out. Then their was the kids on bikes riding around cars not looking and no helmets.

When booking we were offered motel,, hotel, or condo suite accommodations. Because of the high prices we chose the middle ground and opted for a hotel style room. It turned out to be an oversized broom closet which does not come with house cleaning.
The room was tiny and the mattress was old with sheets probably just as old as the mattress. The fitted sheet was stretched and dried out to the point where it does not stay on the bed. Wallpaper was peeling throughout the entire room, and there was a hole in the bathroom door. The main door to the room is crooked and has to be forcefully opened and closed. There was no chair to sit in and no suitcase stand.
Apparently the less expensive Attitash motel comes with housekeeping but the hotel/condo units do not. We were told by the staff that it was our fault that the service was bad because we were there for Columbus Day weekend and we shouldn t expect good service.
The water pressure in the shower was as strong as a high pressure washer. Not necessarily a bad thing but it almost hurt to shower.
We were in building 6 room R2.
Frank the manager did finally just get back to me after numerous voicemails to him. He has taken a total of 40% off our bill which is better but still no way worth what we paid.
I would not go there again.

Good place to stay, but the staff didn't give us any info on where the amenities were located. We didn't realize untill the day we checked out there was a hot tub right next to our building, instead of having to drive all the way to the main office building.

This is a great place to vacation any season. We own a week during the summer. But you can go for a weekend getaway. It's just a few short miles from the Outlet stores in No. Conway. All the White My. attractions are within easy driving distance.

The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is bc the indoor pool had either gravel dirt or crumbling cement covering the floor of the pool, it didn't effect me to much bc I like floating and swimming but my fiance spent his time in the pool with his feet on the floor of it and actually sliced his foot on whatever was all over the bottom of the pool... this prevented us from being able to go in the pool or jacuzzi again for fear of staff infection...
Check in was easy
Check out was even easier
Theres a great trail behind the hotel to get down to the Saco river but MAKE SURE you have water shoes to wear in the water. I come from a place of beaches and have never worn water shoes... i was not prepared! It is extremely difficult and painful even to walk in the river at all without water shoes (we bought some the next day, made a WORLD of a difference!). We spent the first 3 nights in a basic room, which we loved. Access to grills is a huge bonus! We spent the 4th night in a suite, which was GREAT! This is definitely my preferred place to stay when in North Conway!
Customer service was great, food at the on site restaurant was not really even "okay" but we had some awesome meals at some great steak houses and diners in downtown north conway.
Highly recommend!

Liked the resort and the location. Just after getting out from the car to go into the cottage saw a bear running towards the garbage. Really liked the fact that the details provided in Attitask resort room covers such things as well. The only thing which we did not like was we booked apartment for 3 families and we got 3 seperate rooms on 3 floors (though they were joined by a common door)

As a returning guest here, I was very disappointed with my stay this time around. We checked in at about 4:30pm & were given keys to a room, only to find that the room had not been cleaned yet. So they moved us to another room, it had a balcony that was covered with a mountain of snow/ice, if there was ever a fire forget about having a 2nd exit. The fireplace wouldn't turn on. Also I went to blowdry my daughter's hair & it started sparking & smelled like something burning. But to really top it off we pulled out the sofa bed for the kids to sleep on & there was a big urine stain on the bed bug cover. They sent maids to the room with new bedding stuff but the maid said they would bring a new bed bug cover or maybe even a new mattress in the morning but they never came to the room at all the next day. Another thing I wasn't happy with was that at check-in I was told there would be sleigh rides on Sunday & Monday from 6:00-9:00 & that you buy the tickets at the front desk, well on Monday at 7:15 I went to buy tickets & was told the guy just left cause there wasn't any tickets bought, but I was never told that you had to buy them in advance or I would've so I had 2 sad kids that were really looking forward to it. Last but not least I know they got a ton of snow in their area but they did a really poor job on the parking lots/walkways of the resort. It seems like between maids & maintenance workers that they're understaffed or are just slacking. The last time I stayed here I enjoyed it & highly recommended it to people but not now, & I don't think I'll stay here again after this last visit.

Just got back from an off season fall trip at Attitash resort. Stayed six nights, and used it at a base for day trips around the White mountains.
Super friendly and informative staff. Will definitely stay there again when we came back to the area.

Rooms are very nice and spacious. Seems like most have kitchenettes. Not bad location for being directly across the street from the mountain and main lifts. There is a tunnel you can walk through to get across so you don't have to cross the street with your ski gear and kids. Unfortunately no breakfast or room service.. Summit hotel on the mountain would be a better choice if price allows for it..

Terrible. Ceilings are paper thin and it s a crapshoot if you have good neighbors. It has been an ongoing issue for many years, but this year, the tenants above were up all night, and them simply walking around sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in. The police were called (not by us), but no change. When we inquired about moving rooms, we were told tough luck and to call the police if there are issues. We are now cutting our vacation short to stay somewhere else and it s very doubtful we ll be back. Very, very disappointed in how owners are treated here. Especially after my family has owned for over 25 years. Great area, but terrible rooms and terrible customer service. I highly discourage ever becoming an owner here.

We stayed at the Attitash motel, but came here for a 90 minute time share presentation. My partner and I were both going on the notion that we were just going to listen and at the end say no thank you. Well the pitch sounded so good & the unit they showed us was absolutely stunning, hubby started actually thinking about it. At the end of pitch, we attempted to Google RCI before signing anything and couldn't find 1 good review. Salesman can be pretty brash and off putting. For less then $100, we got a nice weekend get away. Used both pools. The inside one was quite cold in the beginning of June. But still a lovely place all in all.

The rooms look nothing like the photos. Very dirty. The amenities are touch and go. The indoor hot tub is ice cold, and the staff is not very helpful. Extremely dated. Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Flickering lights. Just very poorly maintained. Expected much more based on their advertising. If you stay there, do it for the location. That is the only redeemable quality. We left early.

I had the worst experience with this company. I received a call that I had won a free stay here for my SO and I. I has to make $100 deposit for the reservation, which I though was sketchy, btu I went for it anywaty. I was so excited and when the date came I found out that we were actually staying in the Attitash Motel. This was less exciting, but still cool- free trip. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. We had to agree to a tour in as that was part of the original agreement. We went to the tour office. The staff was incredibly rude to us. We provided out IDs and the front desk girl confirmed that we were 25 as that was the age you had to be. After filling out more forms (we were just trying to get this tour over with) the front desk lady said we weren't qualified as we had to be 26. I pointed out that earlier she said 25 and she said she was just confused. We spoke to the manager who seemed unmoved and I think assumed we didn't have the money/ resources to invest in whatever they were trying to sell us on as we were so young. They didn't give us the tour as we were "unqualified" and charged us that $100 fee because of that. I never lied on my contest submission form, so I felt really ripped off as they knew our ages months in advance. I felt like I was being scammed and that is the worst feeling. Would never ever come to anything owned by this group because of this awful experience.

We've stayed here a few times and there are varying qualities of units depending on which building you're in. Some buildings are old and need sprucing up, while others are brand new and beautiful. The common amenities are on the older side, although still enjoyable. There's a nice indoor pool / outdoor hot tub open in the winter. One big downside for us was lack of shuttle bus to the mountain. You can easily walk to Attitash from some units, but others are almost a half mile away.

If you stay in the Suites it's great! (The hotel rooms are not good tho.)
The suites are timeshare condos that they rent out. They are on the same location, but set in the rear and have gas fireplaces, hot tubs and near the outdoor pool. We also like being right across the street from the Attitash Logue and water slides.

LEAD IN THE DRINKING WATER. We were pleased with our stay however I was shocked when after a few days we noticed an obscure print out stating the water was unsafe. At the very latest the resort should have water filters in each suite. Traveling with young children you don't think to pack drinking water.
Also the playgrounds had poison ivy. I understand it will unavoidably be on the property however the resort should maintain the areas where children will be especially since families choose a resort that's kid friendly.
Overall we were satisfied for the price but i might think twice about staying again due to the lead in the water. That's just ridiculous.

This place is terrible, never coming here again. Hot tub outside is broken again, spider webs in bathrooms, dirty place overall. We have been here twice, came back this year thinking they would spend some money to improve the facilities but no.

Bed folds out of wall hard as a rock. The comforter they offer looks like something you'd find in your good will bag you been meaning to donate for five years. Pillows are $3 Walmart fabric cotton balls with drool stains. Found long brown hairs all over bed and pillow. And the bathroom oh lord. Looks like someone had a pube plucking party. And not to mention the unprofessional construction going on around the building I'm in. Tools, scraps, and trash all around the entrance.

Green Mold all around the indoor pool railings and all over the floor.
Once I saw that I was disgusted and disappointed.
Hopefully y all take this as motivation to clean and disinfect the pool area!! ASAP!!!!
