Top notch hardware but also top notch service. Extremely helpful and friendly staff throughout.

Good food, big housing, good service, beautiful scenery!

Our party of four stayed at The Upper House from 20 to 24 November 2019. The service and customer experience from The Upper House Team was exceptional in all respects. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfasts exceptional, the ambience and decor outstanding, the cocktail bar spectacular. Thank you Patrick Tai and the broader team for making my partners milestone birthday a great one. And good luck Hong Kong - you are a magnificent city with an energy and vibrancy that is hard if not impossible to match the world over.

We visited the Upper House for our second trip to Hong Kong. The cocktails were amazing usual!
The staff were friendly and the ambience amazing.

Amazing style and design. Spacious, interesting and relaxing.

We were told that the Upper House is the best hotel in Hongkong, so we booked 3 nights there January 2020.
Indeed perfectly located and the most stunning view, if you like to look into the nature and the green mountains...
The staff was also very(!) attentive and charming. Perhaps the room could need here and there beautification work (the wooden floor creaks and the bed frame is a bit used) but in general the hotel is stylish and minimal decorated what we like.

A pitty is has no pool, even if you can use the pool from the hotels around gratis..

However, we would return to the Upper House and can highly reccomend it!

Hands Down - this Hotel is a Must Stay if you are in Hong Kong - pure luxury in the heart of a vibrating city!

We stayed for two nights at Upperhouse Hong Kong and we think we found our new most favorite place in Asia. We are still overwhelmed by the hospitality and the luxury in every detail of this hotel. If you want to experience true luxury combined with privacy and care you should definitely think about to stay at Upperhouse.

If you are just looking for a nice view over Hong Kong, you should check out the restaurant and enjoy a Sauvignon with a cheese plate at the cafe gray bar in the 50th floor with a breathtaking view by day or by night.

We wish we could turn back the time but we will definitely come back soon!
