Great place but horrible hours. By the time I need to get my dogs nails' they are always closed. This doesn't work for someone who works retail hours 6 days a week

HORRIBLE!!!!! Wish you all can see a picture of my dog! THEN I take him to the vet after and ask about dandruff that he has and the VET tells me they NEVER bathed him? LOL I paid 40 dollars for a horrible job???? please people DO NOT go there...trust me I will get my money back with a few other clients that are not happy...

We absolutely love The Ultimate Place! Kathy and her staff do an amazing job keeping our furbabies looking good. They treat our dogs as if they were their own. We highly recommend them.

I have known Kathy for years. She knows just about every client by name, treats them and their lets like family and does a thorough, gentle job on each groom. She care a for each dog as if it were her own and tries to make even the oldest dogs feel pretty and refreshed. I can't recommend her, her shop, and her employees enough.

Love this place. I have been taking my dogs for over 12 years. Reasonable prices, great haircuts and Kathy really loves dogs!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. As a matter of fact, I have told many friends about it.

We have been coming here for years. They always do a great job on our 3 large long haired dogs - they leave there happy, fluffy, and clean! It's not a hassle to get an appointment and I can count on being able to pick up my dogs when expected, usually within a couple/few hours.

My dog has his fur cut and paw-decures at this location. They take care of my baby and he always smells so good when he comes home! Great location and hours.

They do a great job grooming my dog- we've been taking her there for years! Friendly staff, reasonable prices.

I have been taking my dog here since they were at the other location. They are great with my dog *I wouldnt take her anyother place Kathy is wonderful with her. And she makes my dog feel safe .I highly recommend this grooming salon and its a good price

I have taken my dogs there a half a dozen times and have always had good luck

Dropped our dogs off for grooming before pictures with Santa. Asked that my dog (A Regal Beagle) be bathed, have his ears cleaned, and express his anal glands. We received a call that they were ready for pickup, they were informed it would be about a half hour or more due to us being at the store. "No problem". Then about 40 minutes later, another call telling us the dogs are ready.

We arrive to pickup the dogs... pay first then they bring the pups out. The little dog was not cut the way we had requested. My Beagle came out with loose hair all on his coat. I asked "what is all this?", the lady was not paying attention to my concern. I picked my pup up, upset that he had loose hair all over his dull looking coat.

Upon leaving, I called the groomer back to make sure "what I played for". I was informed that "we may have forgotten to blow your dog down after the bath". She asked if I had time to bring him back in, which I didnt.

I ended up having to have the helpful ladies in the grooming area of PetSmart get my Regal Beagle picture ready... and at no charge.

I can't understand how they could forget to blow him down. Not sure why they wouldn't want your dog to shine as he or she walks out to you. It was a mind blowing experience... but in the wrong way.
