The stay in the capital city was very successful for us.
The warm and professional service of the Ibis Stare Miasto hotel contributed to this to a large extent.
Despite the difficult epidemic period for all of us, the atmosphere in the hotel is joyful and the staff is full of energy and very helpful. It is also very safe in terms of preventing the spread of the virus.
The hotel is conveniently located, practically centrally, but everyone can count on peace and quiet here.
The affordable price is a plus.
I heartily recommend to everyone traveling to the capital for business and private purposes :-)

Let's stay overnight, but we couldn't accept it. Because the administrator did not use the computer.We went with the child 4m. was about 3hrs. morning.

Great ibis hotel with great breakfasts and great rooms. The hotel is located in a pair of tram or trolleybus (who prefers what) from the old city. We went to the New Year and surprised round-the-clock operation of urban transport. The hotel has wonderful breakfasts, although do not deprive yourself of the pleasure to visit a couple of numerous cafes, restaurants, each of which has its own unique charm and unmatched cuisine - in general, the Poles are wonderful cooked. Have a good time at the Ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto.

Nice upbeat place with decent rooms. All the staff I have been in contact with, where nice and smiling and able to help me.

Nice location, good communication, very close to bus stop. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Breakfasts are very tasty, many different options to choose from. Prices are also ok, as for capital city. Staff speaks both in polish and english fluently.

The stay from April 18-19, 2019 is a joke from the Ibis Stare Miasto hotel in Warsaw !!! On arrival, the card for my room did not work and some gentleman - I dare say that the man from the renovation and renovation works opened the door for me with his card, ensuring that everything will work as it should within 30 minutes. After two hours (I visited the Palace of Culture and Science), my room card still didn't open the door !!! After four !!! FOUR !!! visiting the reception desk and waiting about 30 minutes, the same gentleman "conservator" opened the door to my room. On the way to the room I found out that the TV does not work and "they do their best to make it work" but it does not work (and probably will not work today) !!! It is before 10 pm and as I am traveling alone, I have no choice but to write the truth about this hotel and go to sleep !!!
He travels a lot but I have not seen such a nativity scene before !!! And no one else, but that NOBODY came through the throat the word SORRY !!!

Room was clean, with very comfortable bed. A good selection of multilingual channels was available. Perfect location for visiting the Old Town, within walking distance to a major shopping centre. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choices including fresh fruit, apple pie, cerial and continental buffet.

Great location, not far from the center. The entrance to the parking lot is poorly marked and terribly expensive. It is more profitable to put a car in the area if it will travel during the day. Tidy rooms and 3 * standard, nothing more. Medium breakfasts. Scrambled eggs made of powder, at least that's how it looked and tasted. For this price breakfast is inadequate.

Generally, the rooms are clean and tidy. There is no satiety of the place but for the location and prices the seat is very decent. Breakfast for the duration of the opinion costs PLN 34 but at this price we have a full option to choose from: warm dishes such as scrambled eggs with or without cherries, fried sausage, cereals with milk fruits, cakes, coffee, drinks of all kinds, syrups etc ...
The location really impresses, everything is close and especially to the Old Town and the Vistula River.
A hotel on the plus side although silicones in the bathrooms would require replacement in some cases.

Good service, the location is a bit north of the centrum so it's all good and nice to get to everywhere. The rooms are really nice too, no complaints here.

Minimal sized rooms, buying online early is worth it ...

Everything in the best order - standard adequate to the price, clean and nice, friendly service, tasty and rich breakfasts (although due to the pandemic there is no buffet, everyone can eat it). For this good location, bus and tram stops right next to the hotel, and a few minutes walk to the metro. An additional attraction is the immediate vicinity of the Polonia stadium.

This is a great place to stay in Warsaw. The reasonable price includes a huge breakfast, comfortable lobby and bar area (with good burgers) and very attentive staff that took care of our every need, from calling a cab to wake up calls. Everything you need fifteen to twenty minutes walk through a charming neighborhood to Old Town square.

They do not care for pigeons imprisoned behind the brood. Shame.

It is one of the best breakfasts you can have in Warsaw. The fresh strawberry and apple mousse are the best on the menu. When it comes to the rooms, it is classic standard Ibis quality with basic facilities. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is not very close to the city center. Also to travel with public transport from the airport is a bit tricky.

Dobral hotel location. A drawback is a poorly designed underground car park and too high parking fees. You can not pay for the car park at the barrier, because the fee cancels the reception desk.? Conference hall without enough sockets to connect the laptop adapter. General positive impression, however, as a conference venue, the hotel should eliminate described disabilities.

Crumpled curtains, not very clean room, bad smell, generally uninteresting. I don't think I will come here again.

The hotel is clean but we arrived and in the room there was neither a fridge nor a kettle nor any additional comfort, which for the price is the minimum you would expect. We arrived from a very tired day and the room was freezing and we put on the hot air (or so we thought) and a strange noise began to come out of the device, they changed the room but we could not regulate the air. We slept cold and badly without being given any solution or compensation.

I only used breakfast, big choice, very tasty. price PLN 42 / person for persons from outside.

A great hotel for a family.
I can recommend the Ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto hotel with a clear conscience. We had a room with an extra bed for a child. Cleanliness at a very high level. The shower had a non-slip floor, which is very important when bathing a child. There is a children's corner on the ground floor, the receptionist gave us a hotel coloring book, so you can see that the hotel is prepared for tiny guests. On the 3rd floor there is a free ironing room.
Breakfast very tasty, we had a choice: scrambled eggs, sausages, hot mushrooms, several types of breakfast cereals, vegetables, fruit, cold cuts, cheese, salads, honey, bread and so on.

Its cheap But if you need a hotel in Warszaw its a good choice . Its clean , has a friendly staff and you get what you pay for.

It's nice and pleasant. Prices are not high for Warsaw. Breakfast buffet included in the price. Tasty food.

A good hotel, in a convenient location. Purely in the rooms, and in the restaurant food without reservations. A big plus for a long open bar in the lobby.

Cool place, very good location (especially if someone uses public transport), but the room was a bit cold (unfortunately I found the coldest in Warsaw), and heating did not work ... + continuous battle with a magnetic card to open the door to the room;) but for one night, I can recommend;)

Hotel in a good location in the Old Town. The rooms are older and renovated. Food good, no fireworks.

Everything is great. Place, location, breakfast, bar with restaurant on site. Opposite the stadium with access to the swimming pool. Everyone will find something for himself. I recommend.

The rooms facing the street, receiving the sun most of the day, are very hot and the air conditioning does not turn on in spring. I was very hot. Otherwise, it is comfortable and with a good breakfast.
