Good place and very famous among the business parties..great place to conduct sessions with small crowd nearly 150 audience can be managed with there auditorium.conditions are ok.maintanance services are going well.i was there for few times.

The Hive is a good event venue, as long as it doesn't rain. Sound of rain hitting the metal roof drowns out everything.

Amazing event hosting place by MAS. For the mas events and also they accept reservations for public events under their Terms and condition. I'm blown away by seen it first time.very spacious, unique architecture never scene in here sri lanka place like this. Nearly 200 to 220 people can seated at one time. But you can also ask for more spare chairs if you need.And also you not allowed to display any pramotional materials in the premises yours sponsors or event accounting theirs rules. If your planning to reserve this place for your event make sure you have submitted the event plan and full document at least ten working days before the event day, because of theirs huge management company structure approval take longer time than you thing and its hude pain in ass to wait for. Staff is working there very friendly and helpful.

It has ample space for a meetup. The only issue is there aran any tables for a workshop. But the space is perfect for a session. Kept really well and clean. Very satisfied with the ambiance as well as the facilities. Kudos MAS for finding this out for people.
