How far they ve fallen. Poorly run company. Used to be great

What s shocking and unbelievable Is that Topps is one of the longest running card companies. I m extremely disappointed in waiting months and months for my Topps Project 2020 cards as they claim due to COVID-19 they cannot meet the supply but yet they re taking people s money and making them wait almost 2 months or more for their product. I have placed my order in June it is now August, This is totally unfair as I can clearly see them promoting more cards on social media and continuously selling cards on their website. Not only is this terrible business it s really sad that you cannot get a hold of a customer rep to save your life. Never again will I use this company or their services. I do not recommend purchase of anything from this company especially if the item has to be delivered.

A complete joke of a company, I've seen and worked for smaller organizations with that operate better than Topps, in a much more timely manner. This was intended to be a gift for my sister and I figured order 3 weeks before her B-Day, there would be no issues. I ordered 1 card from Topps' website on 01/22/2021 and now almost an entire month later, I'm receiving tracking notifications. I emailed customer support about my concerns and the only information they could provide me was a discount code for my next purchase (which will not happen) and "We expect your order to ship by 02/08/2021" per the update I received YESTERDAY (02/16/2021), my order just started in transit.

This place is awesome! Whenever I go in I feel welcomed and not pressured into buying anything! Everything I have ever gotten here has been great quality and very special to me!! Looking for sport memorabilia??? Look no more! Keep it guys!! See you soon!!

Opened a box of topps series 1 didn t get a hit even tho I was guaranteed one. spent 2 hours on the phone for them to send me a $1 relic shipped in the wrong size toploader. Extremely disappointed.

One, the listing in google made it seem there s a shop of some kind here. There isn t.

Two, the listing on google says they re open on a Saturday. They re not.

I m glad they lost the NFL.

Don't buy from this company. I've spent thousands of dollars purchasing product from Topps. Two very expensive baseball card boxes were never shipped, no one answers their phones (I've been on hold for over an hour on several occasions just to be disconnected) or responds to emails and as it stands and I'm out $600. This is a disgrace for a once proud brand of trading cards.

BUYER BEWARE!
I bought over $10,000 worth of Topps baseball cards and I spent countless hours sorting them out by player and I put them into binders nice and neat and that cost me about $600 and then come to find out that 95% of them are WORTHLESS! The same scumbags who own the card shops I bought them from are the ones who are telling me this! Then the couple of cards that are maybe halfway decent come to find out there also worthless because the cards aren t centered properly! Can you believe these guys their worth millions of dollars and they can t even cut the cards properly but they can sell them for outrageous prices though! TOPPS IS A TOTAL SCAM!
