A phenomenal gym! Been a member for 6 months now and since then they have introduced a lot of new classes (spin, circuits, running etc.) and updated their older ones which help me use all the space and equipment! I was on ClassPass before and this is all I need now. They ve just opened the Yard and it s a super space to train with the instructors. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The changing rooms are always clean and I ve never had to wait for a shower.

Love this gym since day one. Joined over 7 months ago and in my opinion it is the best gym in London. Very spacious, they always invest in new equipment and maintenance, staff at reception and even management always smile and greet you! Comparing to few gym chains I was member before, only here I feel the value for my money.
By far the best gym I've used. Great facility, great location, great staff and a diverse and very talented set of PTs providing both individual and group training.
The greatest compliment I can pay, considering the location at the heart of corporate London is this does not feel like a corporate gym at all.
Dylan from the fitness team was very friendly and really helpful I needed some advice and tips as wasn t too sure what I was doing and he took the time to explain everything show me a few bits and talk to me about what classes would be ideal
This is one of the best gyms I ve ever been to - I ve been a member for a couple of years now and don t think the service at my previous gyms comes anywhere close. The amount of equipment and machines is amazing, there is equipment to work every part of your body and several of each meaning you rarely have to queue, unlike most other gyms I have been a member of. It has recently changed its name to Third Space and at first I assumed that being part of a group of other clubs, standards would be compromised, however, far from it. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my membership at no cost to allow me to use all the other clubs in the group. This was unexpected and I am delighted. Have been to use their club in Tower Bridge this is smaller but just as well equipped. The atmosphere at both clubs is positive and staff are always happy to help. The only negative comment I have is that on a couple of occasions recently the changing rooms weren t as clean as previously. I complained about this to the assistant manager, who was extremely helpful and dealt with it straight away. I would highly recommend this club.
The best gym in London so far! It's been three years I'm in UK and I've tried a couple of gyms and I can confirm this is the best! Classes are amazing and good timetable for people who still want to enjoy classes after work! You can be sure even on busy day that you'll always have free equipments and/or space in mind and body area to do your workouts. Definitely recommend it!
Great gym if you could call it that. It really is more than that. Best equiped and biggest I've seen. Great classes. On a pricy side and gets busy during typical "gym peak hours" due to location, but well worth it.
I love this club! I've been in the fitness industry for 20 years and the staff at this club are everything a fitness professional should be! The staff from Reception to the gym floor are engaged, upbeat and truly motivational, in the genuine meaning of the word.
I often arrive at the club a bit depleted and need motivation for my workout, and the energy in this place is like a real pulse.
I left and joined a cheaper venue to save money three years ago and lasted two weeks before coming back.
I just need to make sure I try some of the classes, as these seem popular and I never make time!
The ambience is perfect and stimulates a good work out. Staff and Trianers are very competent and professional. Excellent health and safety standards especially with the current situation. definately recommend.
Expensive, but worth it if getting in shape is a priority for you. Within 3 weeks I saw real progress and am excited to go to the gym (almost) every day, even if just for some light yoga and the steam room. Good variety of classes which are fun, challenging, and not intimidating - teachers always allow for modifications, ask about injuries, etc. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Lucie is doing an amazing job addressing any concerns or requests for Prem Plus members! Her personality shines through whenever you interact with her.
Excellent facilities for weight training and a great class schedule, but marred by the complete lack of gym etiquette. Weights are always left on the barbells, dumbbells are scattered all around, most people don't even put towels on the More
The best massage I've had in a long time. I have physiological issues and Alex was very knowledgable and did a lot to help my pain. The service and ability to book at short notice made up for the marginal addition in cost. Overall a great experience!
The functional training space ("The Yard") is one of the best I've seen. I could happily spend hours playing and training here. Only downside is I didn't love the class I tried, The Yard Circuit. I prefer a class that delves deeply into technique, I found this class demanded a high effort of too many highly skilled movements. I can't wait to come back and train alone!
I ve been a member of third space for years but today was my first day at Canary Wharf. This is by far the best out of all their gyms. The space, the classes, the pool, staff, cleanliness.....everything ticks the box. I love that they have the steam and sauna in the changing rooms. No need to carry your swimsuit to relax which is a big plus.
Good facilities and classes. However, carpet is stained and quite smelly! Clearly not being cleaned regularly. The facilities are normally very crowded and therefore proper maintenance is required. From reading previous reviews this appears to be a repeat issue yet little had been done to improve it. I also had issue with Rihanah who was quite rude and abrupt on the phone and certainly not complimenting the gym! This is not in anyway a cheap club and quality customer service should be a given!
Fabulous gym with amazing amenities, classrooms are to the highest standards, the classes are tailored very well and the vibe is super fun! It makes me motivated to go everyday!
I have been a member for over 4 years and love it here. But the problem for me over the past months is the spin classes. The standard of classes was always high but last year they introduced something called 'joy ride' (heard of it? nope, me neither!) Basically it's dancing around on the bike. They also changed a lot the hardcore/freestyle spin to 'revs & reps'. Basically lifting tiny weights half way through the class while on the spin bike. I am not saying there shoudn't be some classes like this, but to have them overtake the spin timetable and remove some of the best classes and replace with classes that clearly are not really proper spin. Even some of their best instructors resigned from the spin timetable as they didn't want to teach those type of classes. The standard of the replacement instructors is not great either. So many people complained about the classes yet they didn't remove reps and joy ride from the timetable. The best cycle class left is the Saturday morning 10.15am taught by Dairina. Hopefully they will add back some of the hardcore spin classes for the spring timetable and tone down these gimmick classes. . I have been hughly disappointed in ThirdSpace for this reason.
I have been a member of the gym for the last three years. They offer a great variety of classes at different times which accommodates everyone s busy schedule! I have been to many gyms during the years but the instructors (both PT and classes) here are great, knowledgeable and genuinely wanting their clients to perform and improve! I have been working with Alfie and he is really tuned into my goals and tailors my workouts for my abilities and needs and not just having a template workout program. That is all training is about! Classes are challenging. I have been to these cycle only studios and believe me Channah s classes are harder and better! Great facIlities and friendly staff.
My most favorite place for swimming, yoga, dance, relax, pampering, metime etc. in London. Excellent facilities and customer service. Wide range of classes, never too busy.
I have been a member of Reebok / Third Space for the past 13yrs. Superb equipment always updated. The best in studio classes including Cycle/Spin Deepwork and Yoga Classes. The best trainers and friendly helpful staff.
Great to be back after the lockdown! I'm impressed with all the safety measures that Third Space has taken: infrared cameras, a booking system limiting the number of members at any one time, sanitizers everywhere! I'm very happy to be able to enjoy my favourite classes and workouts in a safe environment :)
Third space has an excellent array of equipment which suit all needs regardless of speciality. I have personally been impressed by the friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the facility.
I don't normally write reviews, but felt I had to write one, as love this gym and staff there, who are constantly thinking of how they can deliver more for members.
Recently had a great refurbishment, with the Yard and now doing further improvements to ensure they are always at the cutting edge of fitness.
Keep up the good work, David, Amelia, Cris and the countless other amazing staff members at Third Space!
Been a member of some pretty impressive gyms over the last 20 years, but this place tops them ALL! I felt like I was entering a 5 Star Hotel coming out of the lift and being greeted by someone in the lobby who swiftly directed me to the concierge. Words are hard to describe this venue!
Experience with this gym has been wonderful.Me and my wife both joined the gym 4 months back and we are totally loving it. The facilities such as the changing room, toilets, showers are really clean and nicely doe. The Gym is donned with the best equipments and we love the classes that run.The Swimming pool is clean and big enough to accomodate the crowd. My wife is a fan of Yoga and Zumba classes and never misses a chance to attend them.
All in all, this is the perfect gym - absolutely no complaints about it.
I get to the gym and a member of staff says they are be out by 5 past five to get ready now I m waiting around at 5pm not seeing anybody near the claiming wall so I then go to the reception so say what is going on.
I spoke to Amelia Kirk and she explained that the claiming induction doesn t start till 6:10pm. I then said to her that I have had to take leave from work to attend at 5pm.
I then told her that a lady in the reception told me just yesterday that the induction starts at 5:10pm.
Amelia then said that I could go for a swim or use the gym upstairs etc but I told Amelia I m not very well and I ve only come today just for this induction and I didn t want to miss it.
I found this whole situation very patronising and felt like she just wanted to get rid of me.
She then said the women (who told me to come at 5:10pm) is on her break and will be back shortly. Literally 2 seconds later the same women who told me to come at 10 past five came to the reception.
I then confronted her and said why you told me to come at ten past five. She denied it and said that no I asked you to come at 6:15pm.
Two issues here. 1) I thought that person was on her break? Is this a lie or do they think I am stupid? 2) The person at reception lied to me in front of Amelia or told me the wrong time yesterday.
I m not a bitter person weather someone lied or I have misunderstood is not the issue but this questions the integrity of the Staff that are hired at Third Space.
I understand these things happen but I would appreciate honesty.
After I had the claiming induction I then went to approach this same women who gave me the wrong time the day before yesterday in reception and asked how do I put in a complaint.
She said what do you want to complain about I said about the service.
She just stood there shell shocked and wouldn t say a word.
This made me just walks away from the situation because I didn t want to get into another argument again when all I wanted to do was maybe talk to somebody face to face about this situation about what had occurred.
My issue is not with time or money wasted anymore I m beyond that now. My issue is with the unprofessionalism.
I was also angry at the fact that they don t send email reminders on the day.
Seems like Third Space only want your money and will not give a little service in return.
This whole situation has been very embarrassing for me and Third Space but I would say it looks more unprofessional on your end then my end.
If someone has paid with their hard earned money for an induction surely they should be able to get a simple reminder on the day? I found this absolutely ridiculous.
Had I missed the induction I would have been really angry because I didn t get a reminder on the day but luckily I am responsible had it not been one of my best weeks and if my head was everywhere then I could have easily had missed the induction.
Superb gym. Everything you need and more. As a single girl working out I feel this is a super safe and not intimidating environment to work out in for any section of the gym you want to use . There is lots of staff around to help if you need it and feels spacious . They have all the machines , weights and other equipment you can desire or need . Best times to go are off peak times if you can as it s pretty busy at peak times. Location is perfect too as has underground parking or a tube that goes directly into the gym through a covered mall
A bit on the more pricey side but good value for money. Membership consultants are very helpful as much as the academy members on the floor. Classes are great, very tough but entertaining. And the climbing wall is a huge advantage, 15 m!
Hands down best gym I have been to. The copious amount of space is in stark contrast to other clubs in the city, it has innumerous facilities with squat racks as far as the eye can see. Top notch facilities with huge variety, staff are really friendly, it's always a pleasure to workout at this club. Awesome.
The gym space is huge and very well equipped, there a lots of classes to choose from and there is no need for pre-booking - which is a huge bonus, the instructors are very well prepared and everyone is nice and friendly.
Best gym I ve ever been a member of. Has everything you could possibly need in a gym and more. Changing facilities are lovely (and always spotless), all the classes are brilliant, there s so much choice so no matter what mood you re in or what kind of work out you want, there s always something to suit. Plus the staff are always friendly and helpful. Have been a member for 2 years and plan to remain a member for many more!
Avoid as much as possible: rude staff who will seem agreeable when they are making the sale but regress to robotic personalities if you ever have issues. If you have to join, make sure you read the terms and conditions thoroughly because the policy has so many hidden little clauses to keep you paying even after you terminate your contract with notice. Read all the other critical reviews as well (and ignore the majority of the seemingly manufactured positive ones).
This is a brilliant gym, it's hard to find a reason not to go! There are so many choices of classes and the trainers are welcoming, fun and motivated. The facilities are also fantastic, always clean and a every machine you can imagine.
This is the best investment I have made Third Space is a way of life, whereby you have instant access to the best experienced personal trainers, health nutrionist. The experience is phenomenal and breathtaking
As a new member who has not trained properly for a while I was able to adapt very quickly to a wide variety of classes, within a week I had engaged several trainers in different classes
The ambience and aura of the club is a good vibe and exclusive for all I m enjoying seeing the immediate results of my membership Pretty Dope Experience
I was shown around by Funch who was extremely helpful and was excellent in explaining the gym, its facilities and talking through what having a membership at the gym would be like. I would recommend asking for him should you be considering joining this gym.
First rate facilities and classes. As a Canary Wharf worker it is not only convenient but something I look forward to on my lunch hour. Spa facilities are also very good. Look it isn't cheap but you definitely get what you pay for here. Staff couldn't be more friendly, special mention to Tomas Boda who made my joining experience a pleasure.
What an amazing gym. I ve never walked into a gym like this anywhere in the world. With a climbing wall, basketball court, 100's of classes of all types, what more could you ask for?
I love training at Third Space because the place is very large, well equipped and the number of classes is excellent. You have everything you need all in one place. The facilities are 1st class and the staff are friendly, helpful and make your visit very comfortable. Can highly recommend it.
World class training facilities in the heart of the Wharf. Much more than a gym. I like that they are always innovating and investing and upgrading facilities such as the Yard. A great range of classes with top calibre instructors, not generic L/M classes that are ubiquitous elsewhere. Behind the scenes a great ops team keep the place spotlessly clean and everything working. They know they are No1 and work hard to keep it that way. The right ethos, worth the premium.
Quite simply the best health club I've belonged to. I make use of a number of different types of classes and can't fault their inspirational trainers. The free weights area also provides a great sense of space to enjoy a workout.
Thanks Violetta in the reception desk on a Saturday evening around closing time. You were very helpful and knowledgeable in treating my hypoglycemic attack that hit me unsually as I m very careful with my blood sugar levels. I feel very safe working out surrounded by skilled staff who jump in on the right moment. This place ticks all boxes by far and again huge thank you Violetta, my lifesaver !
I've been a member of the Reebok for 6 years, I've been a member that long, because it's an excellent gym. Great equipment, great classes, good swimming pool and nice sauna/steam rooms.
Unfortunately on the downside, the gym is massively oversubscribed. On a busy session, there could be anything from 500 - 1000 people in the gym, seriously this place is like Piccadilly circus at rush hour. Recently I've seriously considered leaving the Reebok, it's almost impossible to keep you heart rate up whilst using the weight machines, such is the long weight for some machines. In a gym of 100,000 square foot, at times, I've not even been able to find a mat or even just a space on the floor to do some exercises, let alone a machine to get on. I'm not exaggerating, that's just what the Reebok is like, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday evenings. If you're happy to persevere with your workout in the face of adversity on these nights, you can get to the end of your workout, but it's hard work.
The gym is not inexpensive, but it s by far the best investment I ve made in my own health over the past year. The facilities, classes and swimming pool are outstanding, and I d happily move into the changing rooms - more like a boutique hotel than a gym. The staff are always friendly and helpful - it s a joy to attend.
The amount of space in this gym is unbelievable. I have never once seen it packed. The busiest it gets is one person per bench, squat rack or machine on the busiest machines.
There are a lot of classes and around midday each day there is a massive circuit that about 40+ people usually attend
The men's changing rooms are not busy 80% of the time and are quite clean. There is a slight strange smell though. There are moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, fresh towels and cotton buds all provided.
The showers, steam room, sauna and swimming are of high quality and always clean.
There is also a boxing ring, which not free to use and quite a large open space with punch bags
Third Space is an exceptional Gym brand with the best facilities and classes that I have personally used. The staff are very helpful and professional at all the studios. I recommend them highly. Keep up the great work Third Space.
Amazing facilities, offering the best classes, which are run by the best personal trainers! PTs are great at understand everyone s abilities and bringing out true potential, very motivating and encouraging!
This gym is great! Its spacious so even when its busy it doesn't feel crowded. The two type of sauna and steam room is a great addition to its already fantastic changing room. Easy to take the classes and everyone is very nice. Rory one of the personal trainer deserves special mention who was flexible when I couldn't make my appointment and set up a great workout when we met.
Outstanding gym, no other way to describe Third Space Canary Wharf. I can't think of another fitness club where working out is such a pleasure, and not a chore. Excellent facilities (CrossFit yard, pool, combat zone, yoga/pilates area), top-quality and countless classes to choose from, best-in-class equipment, spotless changing rooms and courtesy of staff.
But what truly makes Third Space stand out from the crowd is the quality of its trainers. People like Mike Davis (Combat), Andy MacAulay (CrossFit), Alex Rennie (CrossFit) and Suzan Altay (Yoga) to mention a few, are top-notch professionals in their respective disciplines, providing valueless coaching and a constant encouragement to push you beyond your limits.
Last but not least, a thank you to Third Space management for their ongoing efforts to provide a super safe environment to exercise in these unprecedented times without compromising the level of services the clubs is renowned for.
The best gym in Canary Wharf, I have tried multiple gyms and I always compared them back to Third Space. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly but the best thing are the facilities itself. You never really have to wait to get a machine or bench. Great quality, great service and great staff! If you are looking to join ask for Abz, he helped from the beginning and always gives exceptional service throughout.
I have been a member since it was the Reebok Club and this gym just keeps getting better and better. Loving the monochromatic Yard area (the old basketball court) - it s a huge multi level lifting/weights training space. Third Space have made such great use of what was an under-utilised space in the gym. The changing rooms have also had a slight bit of a revival, but they ve always been lovely - plenty of space and showers. The rolletic machines for post workout are great.
I've joined third space mainly due to location and the quality of gym. Composed of three large floors, it's easy to find out that 5 different classes going on simultaneously. The gym constantly keeps up-to-date with its facility, which makes it even better. It's worth trying various classes to find out what's right for you and adopt your own way of working-out.
Amazing variety of classes, at all times, for all levels, and all inclusive. I love attending the gym now, thanks to Third Space :) It is well equipped, with great services and machinery! Super happy 10/10 would recommend. You definitely get what you pay for
Really great fitness club. I am not a fitness fanatic and always felt quite intimidated by classes and getting fit. However all the instructors here were really friendly and encouraging even when I went to classes that were beyond my ability. Club isn't too busy and could always get into the classes I wanted to. Front desk staff are friendly and nice too. I think there's something for everyone whether you are a serious gym addict or someone who is starting out on a fitness journey!
The gym was great when I joined many years ago when i twas Reebok Gym - it didn't have too many people, classes were good and not too busy meaning you got adequate attention
Over the last 2 years, the gym has gotten much busier than it was when I joined despite extortionate price increases, to a point where at peak times there is often a wait for equipment and showers. Classes are oversubscribed and many instructors do nothing to send away people who aren't booked onto the class meaning extremely busy classes with inadequate physical space.
The management will cite the 'improvements' made to justify this fee increase but even their promises are not kept but they still want more fees each year. Last year they said that they would put Dyson hair dryers in the changing rooms but this promise has not been kept, a year later they haven't appeared. Also the showers at the changing room are starting to look rough on the edges.
I have discussed the issue of too many people at classes with management and front desk staff but no changes there, Zumba, Yoga and pilates classes are so full that you have to be careful not to pump in to others. Which does happen from time to time. I think it is dangerous that they pack so many people in these classes. In Yoga classes you practically have the feet of the person in front of you on your face!
I highly recommend Third Space Canary Wharf. The group classes are great and there is more than enough equipment. The staff are always pleasant and the trainers are excellent and incredibly motivating. A small negative is the changing rooms get overcrowded. Give it a go, you will love it!
I cannot rate Third Space highly enough. I have spent years in mediocre gyms getting ready for work in the morning and never feeling great when I leave. Then comes Third Space! The equipment is always clean and available, the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, the classes are expertly led and the changing rooms are heavenly! I now love going to the gym and even find myself spending hours there on a weekend enjoying a class and the sauna and steam room...oh did I mention the cowshed products!
Outstanding gym with a high quality of standard in equipment and cleanliness. Offers a full range of classes as part of membership with what has to be some of the best trainers in the city. The space is massive with a wide variety of equipment, as well as a combat zone, hi-tech cycle studio, large gymnasium, pool, climbing wall, and sauna/steam rooms.
The very best things about Reebok Canary Wharf are the yoga and meditation classes. Instructors do not come any better than David and Sharon. Reebok is in the process of renovating the locker/dressing areas. I'm not thrilled with the "improvements", but it definitely needed a facelift. Hopefully they will get the lighting balanced so that you can actually see when drying hair or doing makeup. Fitness areas are very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. It is a busy place with lots of classes and machines. Unfortunately the fitness instructors keep the music at dangerously loud decibels. Bring earplugs if you want to do a spinning class.
I absolutely love this gym. I started training here a couple of years ago and it's by far the best gym in London. I'll be moving to West London soon, and I'm already sad I wont find a gym as good as this one ): I really hope one day they'll open a Thirdspace West just like the Canary Wharf location.
Best gym I have ever been to in London. Amazing facilities, clean, bright, great atmosphere. The sheer size and range of equipment, heavy weights and experienced staff are unlike anywhere else. It's pricey but you get what you pay for. Amazing spa, friendly helpful reception and a helpful sales team. My joining was handled by Rosie who was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, professional and even helped me with some referalls(for which I got free gifts). If your serious about your fitness, love gym and want to be in amazing shape, this is the place for you. If you want to sit on your phone go elsewhere ;)
Best gym group in London. I joined third space in Canary Wharf few months ago and I just upgraded to the group membership just to have access to all the gyms. Super vanguard gyms, you will find every type of equipment, also the one you didn t know exist :-). The spaces are very clean, and the staff is very helpful. PT are super professional and ready to support you to reach your goal. Some people are concerned about the prices, on this note I would say what you pay is what you get .
Amazing gym. One of the best I've ever trained at. Amazing equipment to use as I'm a fitness pro and I get the best out of my workouts. Clean changing rooms. Helpful staff. The yard is top quality. I never wanna leave l. Big love to my home gym Canary Wharf.
