The gym facilities and classes at the Reebok Sport...

The gym facilities and classes at the Reebok Sports Club are world class and these facilities deserve top marks. The changing room staffs are extremely helpful and do a fantastic job at keeping the ladies facilities immaculate. The personal trainers are also very friendly and always on hand to give advice and instruction on the equipment or your technique.

Sadly, I had to deduct two points because of the on-going issues in the pool. This gym is not for anyone who swims seriously. The pool has clear directional signs showing the direction members should swim, however, there is apparently an unwritten policy that allows members to swim in any direction when the lanes are either empty or have two people swimming in them. This unwritten policy results in frequent crashes or interrupted swims by members asking you to stop following the directions of the signs and to swim in a direction that they would prefer; which ruins any structured training plans.
This is further compounded by the lifeguards, who are unable to monitor lane discipline because they spend the majority of their time on their iPads.

There is one member of staff who really stands out and that is Scott Carr. Because of the issues I had experienced and the total lack of response from customer services, I was about to cancel my membership when I starting chatting to Scott. Even though it wasn t Scott s job, he went out of his way to help me and even escalated it to the MD.
Although the pool issues are still on-going, I ve chosen to remain a member because of the way Scott looked after me.
Scott is truly an asset to the Reebok gym!

Excellent facilities and brilliant selection and availability of classes (and at the CW gym you don't have to book which is very handy)! This has to be one of the best gyms in London. All of the other Third Space gyms across London are good too.

The best gym ever! Everytime I go there with a pleasure as I know that I will always try something new. Such a big variety of the classes, everyone could find something for their taste. Facilities are amazing. It feels like they thought of every little step the client would require. The food is great too. I can't think of any even small minus to this place. Well done!

The Third Space experience is fantastic. There is the gym with everything you want of a gym in it. There are classes in all sorts of disciplines to attend. There are saunas, steam rooms and a swimming pool. I have been able to meet people that I like. And I feel better both physically and mentally since starting this gym. I thoroughly recommend this club to everyone.

This a great place to take a break by really zoning out to a different mindset whilst doing you essential workouts. The club offers you the environment and service ; with the latest equipment, coaches and classes unlike any other to allow focus and maximize the impact of your effort.... I often finish with a martini espresso at The Pearson room just to come down !

Amazing gym! Can t rave about this gym enough. Been here for more than 2 years now and I doubt I ll be leaving. The staff, trainers and even the class teachers are amazing. Very helpful and always hands on. I go gym random times form peak to off peak times and not once have I had issues with waiting around for someone to finish due to there being enough equipment for everyone. It s a must and my happy place

i work in Canary Wharf and a few of my work colleagues mentioned that Third Space was the gym to join as I was looking for somewhere I can go in my lunch break and after work.
I met with Jamie one of the sales reps who gave me a tour of third space and I was thoroughly blown away. I have never been to a gym that was so huge, had everything you could possibly want. Variety of classes, always someone around to assist. Lovely trainers to speak with about your personal goals etc. Facilities are clean and all that is missing from Third Space is a bedroom you can basically live there!
I am not only attending classes but I have an amazing boxing coach and I have PT Sessions on a weekly basis.
This is a make you feel good gym you want to keep going
Love third space and the staff are awesome Rena

I would recommend Third Space, Canary Wharf to all.
There are some classes for those members who prefer to take exercise a little slower as well as wonderful Zumba classes that cater for everyone.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the house keeping staff work hard to keep everything clean and well organised.
All in all, a great gym!

Not only Third Space is one of the largest and luxury gyms in London, the team could not be more helpful!
Thanks to Abz who made the choice easy when my husband and I signed up! Abz has also always been there to help with any queries or just a friendly chat.
My most recent experience was communicating with Eleanor from the membership retention team and it's been a delight - ever so helpful.

A great gym with excellent equipment and facilities, knowledgeable and engaged staff and a wide range of classes throughout the week. You do pay a premium price, but I'm very happy with what they offer and the improvements they have made to the gym floor and addition of new classes in 2019. It does get a bit busy just after work, but that's to be expected of any gym really.

A spacious gym with great classes and facilities. ...

A spacious gym with great classes and facilities. It's a modern club which keeps up to date with the ever changing fitness industry. You will be spoilt with the selection of classes on offer which are suited to those new to the gym as well as regular gym goers. There is something for everyone of all abilities and one of the best things is that you don't have to book classes in advance at Canary Wharf, unless it's a tokened class. Entering the club, there is a high end feel to the place which is subsequently reflected in the membership price - however if working or living around the area (or in proximity of the jubilee line/DLR) it's an ideal location to start or maintain your fitness life. On a personal note if you are considering joining, try out the spin classes in the really cool spacious cycle studio! (favourite instructor - Channah) - you won't be disappointed, - these classes act as a catalyst for all my other work outs!

I have been coming to Third Space for a while now and I have to say I am really enjoying the gym. I started kettlebells classes around two month in the new Yard section and I have noticed a big change in my physique. I have noticed that as well as well as losing inches from my waist I have also gained muscle and there is a significant improvement in my posture. I am amazed at the noticeable improvement in such a short period. I think all credit goes to Luke B the trainer who is very motivating and and gives me the encouragement that I need.
For others who are like me and would like to lose weight and gain muscle I would highly recommend they try these classes!

The most complete gym in London (considering my personal experience with many other well known brands).

It doesn't matter what is your passion or fitness goal, at Third Space Canary Wharf you will find YOUR space.

They offer an incredible variety of classes with the best UK coaches and trainers.

The list of facilities is quite long...from swimming pool to climbing wall, from combat zone to yoga studio. A brand new Yard for CrossFit, a functional training area plus an elite level range of machines and weights. Changing rooms and showers meet the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness.

You will meet great professionals ready to help in the most friendly way, starting from the concierge team !

In addition of all that, there is a Spa, a Medical team and a cafe/lounge. The best in their fields of course.

In conclusion, becoming a member of Third Space Canary Wharf it's definitely a experience that will make you benefit from the highest level of costumer service and fitness advice.

I hardly ever write reviews - but felt compelled to write one about third space! facilities are excellent, always enough equipment to do the exercises you want and the classes are quite good too. Pool facilities are great and there is always enough space to work out.

Some of the facilities could do with a bit of an upgrade (comparing to the Tower Bridge third space), but nevertheless this is money well spent if you use regularly. opening hours on the weekend could be better, especially for the price you pay. That's the only reason I wouldn't give this 5 stars.

I recently joined third space canary after my previous gym closed and I cant recommend it enough. The team went out their way to tailor my tour to what I was looking for from the gym. The class selection and standard is unmatched anywhere in London. Trainers are fantastic and their is a real community vibe for being such a large club.

Clean & tidy with so many different workouts to choose from, it's the gym which I've always been looking for. Sports hall is great in the late mornings, as is the boxing area and the rig just after the lunch rush. I find the most difficult choice to be how many workouts I want in a day: 1 or 2.

I recently joined thirdspace following on from an injury. I love the range of classes that welcome gym novice right through to regular gym goer.

The trainers are excellent, I highly recommend Luke s spin, Danny s lift class and also David s yoga.

Also, I recently tried out the pool area which at first I was hesitant about trying as Visible from the gym area. However, had a completely relaxing 45 minute swim and I barely noticed what was happening in the gym.

I loved everything about Third Space Canary wharf! As soon as you enter the gym you can smell the flowery scent which is a good reminder that you are there to treat yourself and be fully present. There are variety of classes with excellent trainers that you could choose from based on your goals! I personally loved the swimming and aqua classes. I also really enjoyed the mediation class which helped me to become more familiar with this practice and I can now feel its positive impact on my life. Last but not the least the fitting room, which is not like any ordinary fitting room! not only its very spacious but also it has all the equipments that you will be needing to get ready after a proper workout!! Which is great in case you have a london busy lifestyle and you want to make it to gym before or after work! This gym truly deserves 5 stars

Fantastic gym in Canary Wharf. Usually quite busy but always seems to be plenty of space and equipment actually there s a real buzz around with so many people but have never had to queue for equipment of work-out space. The club is enormous! The classes are first rate, a huge variety of styles that constantly push me to my limits. My strength, fitness and coordination has come a long way in the 6 months I've been a member there. More expensive than other gyms in the area but it is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. Always full of knowledgeable, friendly and approachable instructors and trainers. Highly recommended!

I ve been a member here for around 9 months and it s by far the best gym I ve been a member of since moving to London 6 years ago. It s made me actually enjoy training and look forward to going to the gym which is an achievement. They offer a huge amount of classes with an efficient booking system so you rarely can t get into the class you want, even with reduced class sizes due to COVID. The COVID measures all work well and you feel safe when training. Even pre virus it was never too crowded. Friendly trainers, particularly Susie, Charlotte & Craig. Yes it s expensive, but it s like training in a 5* hotel. Decent hair dryers, ghd straighteners, cowshed products, you never have to queue for a shower or for equipment. Would highly recommend.

Best gym in London, being a member for over 10 years since it was Reebok and over the past few years, improvements have been made to make it more appealing. Management listens to feedback and continues to provide a better service where possible. Nice crowd and the staff is really nice.
Peak times it can be busy but hey, all the gyms in London are busy during this period. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about their fitness.

Amazing classes with instructors that give attention to everyone. Although there is no booking required, I have never had a problem with availability for a class. Amazing breath of facilities, you will never have to wait for use of equipment ie. mats/weights/ squat racks. The changing rooms and showers are all gorgeous and the spa/NFF are also really good. Definitely worth it if you want something more than what a commercial gym has to offer

My Happy place and second (more accurate first lol) home..! By far the best Gym I ve ever experienced -anywhere! Amazing and varied class schedule. The best instructors. So helpful, friendly and supportive. World class personal trainers.
Excellent equipment and an awesome New training space called The Yard! With a wonderful Boxing area. Epic Gym, facilities and immensely spacious. So worth the membership! Impossible to get bored or not enjoy going to the gym. Amazing climbing wall, pool, sauna, steam and luxury products. If you love fitness, yoga and wellbeing. You really get value for money. Rather than paying for individual classes at Boutique Gyms or budget gyms where you get no customer service. Highly recommend ThirdSpace

Great gym, very supportive staff and on site PT's who can give the occasional advice. Of course booking in a session with them pays off greatly - I got my health back within 12 month.

Facilities are awesome: sauna, climbing wall, healthy food bar, spa, state of the art equipment, variety of training classes (WOD, HIT, Cardio, Cycling, etc).

The crowd is also diverse, young to mid and late career professionals. The atmosphere alone gives you a motivational booster to get yourself back into a gym routine.

Thank you canary wharf ThirdSpace.

This is definitely the best gym I can dream of - let s be honest, I had not been a gym person before, I always thought his was for others, but all my colleagues were strongly recommending it so I gave it a try, it s been two years now and I just love it ! I go 4 times a week, either do yoga, spinning or free weights. All coaches I ve had the chance to meet were of great advice, always accessible and taking your personal needs into account. I can t picture myself going to another gym now, would prove to be difficult if I ever leave London one day...

This gym looks good when you step in but after attending for a while you be left disappointed. After a year working here I noticed they have recruited a large number of members which can result to overcrowding during peak times. It has over 8 and a half thousand members as of 2017 that number can rise by 10000 by the year 2020 and not to forget prices are continuing to rise significantly. People queuing for showers can result in people being late for work morning or in the afternoon. The men's changing room is dirty, carpets are not cleaned on the daily basis, lockers are small and are narrow, you literally have to squash everything inside, most members put there suits inside during weekdays. Be aware of tours because new members will automatically like the gym because of the facilities and every equipment it has, it makes me feel concerned. I noticed it has a toxic atmosphere where ever you go and no one is able to tackle the problem. You may encounter problems with some of the machinery and in some cases a note will be put out to tell members its out of order. All the gym cares about is profiting and not putting members first. Don't get me wrong this is a good gym but a lot of things need improving. This is my opinion and no body else's.

I have been a member of Third Space Canary Wharf for over seven years and really love this gym; it is expensive but worth it. I am not a machine user so appreciate range of classes on offer and it is one of the few places where I can escape from stresses of work and life. The only thing that has stopped me from rating is as five stars is if there were more dance classes in the evenings and yoga classes early in the mornings.

Having been members of many premium gyms in London...

Having been members of many premium gyms in London over the last 10 years I can say a few things about top end gyms. To start of with this one is very expensive for what it is, ok it's in Canary Wharf and so is Virgin Classic across the road.
The trouble with third space Canary Wharf is that the male changing room has carpets and it constantly smells of socks and urine, this is very unpleasant. Yes the idea of carpet is good, but it seems the carpet probably doesn't get cleaned on a regular basis, and given the number of clientele the place has its inevitable that the changing room with carpets will become a horrible and unpleasant place. The gents shower, toilet and general tile/wet area also seems very unpleasent as tiles missing and the whole area could do with a facelift, given people are paying top dollar. The gents steam room also smells of urine, again raises the question why the place doesn't get a deep cleansing.

In terms of equipment it seems all the free weight discs for the barbell is in Lbs rather than kg, which can be very frustrating, as all gyms in UK has kg plates. Hello third space, wake up we are in Britain and not USA. Given that third space is owned by an equity house, it seems some smarty pants at the top must have thought of importing the weight disc plates in lbs from USA in order to save costs. Who knows they have even been purchased second hand.

The bench press benches, tend to be all defective and just are not constructed accurately and are potentially dangerous, as in the pillar that holds the Babel is directly above one's head or behind his head if lying down trying to do flat bench press. Also when lying the head cannot be positioned at the top of the the bench, in fact individuals may find their head resting a bit outside of the bench which potentially can be dangerous.

It seems again someone must have purchased a lot of defective and rejected equipments, such as the flat benches and the discs in lbs.

Also for a premier gym with ample space it doesn't have a jacuzzi or a hot tub in any form.

Great location, unlimited towels, generally great staff but shame about the condition and cleanliness, and hygiene. I hope third space Canary Wharf rectify a these
