Great place to relax while you wait for your flight out of Fiji. Room was clean. The pizza was tasty. The staff was friendly. The bonus is that they run a free courtesy shuttle to the airport for specific flights so there is no guesswork on when you need to arrive to check in.

Friendly staff always availavable and attentive to greet you at foyer entrance makes you feel welcome at the hotel. New setting for dining room that served nice and healthy food is experienced to be spacious and welcoming. Catering services at conference room was prompted and on time. Overall assessment excellent service.

Nice hotel really handy to the airport. Super friendly staff, excellent food, nice bar and pool area. Would recommend for work or short transit stays. As it is not close to the beach maybe not so much for longer holiday stays. Would definitely recommend.

Adequate. A bit dated. Conveniant location close to airport...would reccomend an early morning shuttle from your accommodation rather than staying though.

Nice, comfortable hotel with good restaurants and close to Nadi International Airport

Spent the night here at Fiji Airways expense. The room was fairly basic but large and clean. Breakfast was brought promptly to my room at the requested time and was delicious. Dinner at the Japanese restaurant was good and the servers did an excellent job of attending to my needs.

Beautiful hotel with great staff that provided great customer service. Nice dining and pool area with live band in the nights. Includes airport shuttle service.

Stayed here after long flight at work for one night. Good bar and good pizza. Love the breakfast buffet w lots of fruit.

Great services and accommodation. I can't say the same for the Taxi service which seem to overcharge each time without the use of taxi meter.

Summary: Stayed here for 1 day as Fiji airlines was delayed by over 12 hours while we were in transit. The food and hospitality was outstanding and a few minor gripes aside the experience was quite positive.

Pros: Staff are incredibly friendly while being competent at their role. Moreover the hospitality felt genuine rather than simply a product of excellent training. I've stayed at a number of 5 star hotels where the service and professionalism was outstanding but they couldn't quite recreate the friendly experience I felt here. I felt this throughout Fiji so it might be a cultural thing.

Dinners by the pool in the evening were very memorable. There is always some live fijian music being played and it's very melodious and relaxing.

Cons: The gym was average at best. Many machines were dented in places and looked quite unsafe. The gym is also not air conditioned but it has fans. I think the lack of air conditioning is good in a way but it might be a deal breaker for some, especially in the hot weather. That said, it's still possible to get a decent workout if you use the gym when it is not busy.

Location is near airport but far away from everything else, especially Suva which is 3 hours away.

Rooms are quite average - bathrooms are very basic and the shower pressure was very variable leading to a poor experience.

Clean and nice rooms. Service can sometimes be slow but the team is full of very nice people.

Had a very bad experience with this hotel. Was there for a night and had my purse with full cash stolen. Reported to the front desk staff but they were not helpful enough to retrieve my money and valuable items .

Good enough hotel, comfortable and close to supermarkets and town. Had bed bugs though, so beware!

Not ideal if you're visiting Fiji for a holiday. The hotel itself is adequate, but some rooms are definitely showing their age and can be quite noisy in the evening. Food is just acceptable but reasonably priced. Facilities are aged but functional. This hotel is often used by businesses requiring low cost local accommodation for their staff.

Great place to stay near the Nadi airport. Good food, pleasent environment. It also provides shuttle services for airport pick & drop. Maintaining their standards, it provides range of budget rooms. Nice to get early breakfast before 6 am for very early morning guest drop to airport. Good hospitality & courteous staff make your day !!!

For a transit hotel it was ok. Felt as though is was a very big hotel with few people checked in. Food was ok, better then anticipated. Ordered a early breakfast because we had to check in a 06:00 and the breakfast servinge started at 07:00. Preatty weak for an airport hotel since, my guess is that, there are quite few people traveling with early flights. Have to pay for wifi.

We stayed there in 2016 . Worst place to stay . Everything is horrible except the front desk workers are friendly . There is no hand towels in the rooms and they only give you 2 bath towels . Nothing else . Room conditions are horrible . Hotel needs a major renovation .

A solid hotel close to Nadi Airport and New World shopping centre (only a 600m walk). Great pizza and tourist help desk run by Molly an extremely helpful and cheerful person. Rooms need a refurbish and upgrade. Breakfast is very good and includes local food which is excellent. Exceptional staff and service. Would recommend, plus has free WIFI a must for all hotels

The staff were really good taking care of me when I sprained my wrist. I believe their names are Esita and Aggie You guys are awesome and I really appreciate the love! As for the resturant area Salote and Naleeni were really amazing with their great service and always smiling Thank you ladies for making my experience great

Me and my friend were bunked here during a flight delay. Everything was complimentary. Got a good nap and shower in. Water pressure was insane. Then had fish n chips. It was great!

Information desk suggest Tanoa International hotel upon arrival to spend the night before flying out to Suva the next morning of Fri 25.
Staff are so friendly upon arrival. I went back to the airport to meet my husband and bring him to the hotel. We called for a shuttle from the airport 3 times and they said that it's on its way to pick us up after 1hr and 45mins. We decided to catch a taxi due to being tired from a long flight from the US. The room looks tired and needed some attention and to our surprised the bed linen were so dirty, I immediately notify the front desk and show him the pictures. He told me that they will try to change it and apologized. We woke up early to go back to the airport with the dirty sheets and towels with stains luckily i have my own towels, not too happy with their lack of service although we like the restaurant and the guy was so friendly and helpful. He needs a pay raise and he has a great customer service.

Hotel near Nadi International Airport. We stayed to go to the remote island the next day. It was a small resort style hotel. The staff is friendly and there is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious. I got tired of the trip. You may stay again if you need a transit.

The Tanoa was a dump... Water out, construction and air conditioning broken in the room, not cooling, getting hotter. For our sanity we checked out and went somewhere else. When our travel agent rang and requested a refund, they were just shut out and referred to the booking terms. When the travel agent made the same request in writing, Tanoa did not even reply.

Our family / families have stayed here various times and for many years now wekeep coming bac. 1. Staff are amazing. 2. Food is lovely 3. Very competitive prices. 4. Knowledgable reception staff. 4. Pool is well set in a relaxed atmosphere. 5. Porters go the extra mile to help. If ever staying in Nadi dont go past Tanoa.

Do not stay in Room 101. Door is difficult to open. Hope they get that fixed. Besides that, They have good size spacious rooms. Friendly service. Close to the airport.

Absolutely DISGUSTED and OUTRAGED by the service we received from Tanoa International. We arrived in Fiji on the 22nd October and were supposed to stay at this hotel for a total of 13 nights. The first night we arrived, the in-room fridge was not working. We called reception and they said we had to move rooms. So we packed up all our stuff and moved rooms to a new room. Once we got to a new room, the airconditioning was not working and was at a temperature of 28 degrees. We called reception again and they said we should move rooms again. We then moved rooms again and unpacked our stuff for a second time. Once we arrived in this room, we stayed a week with the aircon not working, we could not sleep and it was 28 degrees every single night. We woke up one morning with the aircon DRIPPING WATER on our clothes and on our phones. The general manager then spoke to us on the 3rd last night of leaving and told us 'there is nothing else we can do for you so we will give you the refund for the last 2 nights and you can find somewhere else to stay'. We were disgusted by his response to fix things.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. IT RUINED OUR TRIP TO FIJI.

It's liveable. Staff are great. Rooms are a little bit tired.

Wonderful friendly accommodating staff (know their world rugby), clean modern aircon rooms, good WIFI and stunning fijian inspired landscape and architecture and clean and smart throughout property. Great pool/s. Take your own liqour and a decent size drink bottle, alcohol ridiculously expensive. Food cooked well but lacks variety and skill. Diff menus from 3 restaurants onsite that never changes. A new world and a supermart (electronics plastics stationery etc) 1km walk away. Hotel taxis, drivers really nice accommodating and not too badly price. Tried calling local taxis 2000 ($5 cheaper) and couldnt get a word in w Fijian Indian operators so ended call. $15 hotel taxi ride to Nadi town one way for dinner. If the food was of a higher quality and variety this hotel would get 4 stars.
