Great little bar with a nice mood, good service and good drinks.

Weekday visitor - doesn t get any better!

The owner Greg provides a personal and personable service and is almost always genuine and sincere. The old owner of the much loved and sorely missed X-Ray cafe near the Essex cinema. Another weekday victim and of the Fremantle residential black hole.

The food is impeccable and the beer is widely selected and well chosen. Attention to detail here is amazing and I especially like the proud staff, who provide not only gold graces but integrity and sincerity. I have been here many times. I am sure if they could support the local music a little more, we would also see it.

Value is equal to what you get. A beautiful quiet street away from the regular tourist crowd and the place instills a feeling of tranquility and calm; even when it s busy.

Must see local for a drink and tapas!!!

Great bar with amazing bartenders who know their stuff!

First impressions were good, the venue was well decorated and had comfortable atmosphere. I personally found some of the wait staff a little arrogant. The food was ok, the seating was uncomfortable and the prices over inflated.

Very nice bar with great atmosphere and bathrooms... a little on the pricey side for beer but you do get a great selection of craft beer and wines. The staff are amazing and friendly and they make you feel welcome. Food is also very tasty. Would definitely recommend Strange Company

What a great find this was. We had a very enjoyable Sunday evening listening to a talented blues/jazz band at this intimate venue. Beautiful decor and attentive staff too. Excellent drinks menu and small snacks/ meals menu. Definitely worth a try.

Interesting food, diverse beverages, rockin atmosphere, it's all that is good about the modern small bar scene in Perth/Fremantle

A nice bar, I loved cocktails there. Tapas dish was super small, you can find much bigger octopus dishes at the other places for this price, we've got only 4 tiny peaces of one tentacle ordering an octopus tapas for 16 $.

Potato tapas was more decent with a much better price-value offer. Octopus dish was quite disappointing from this point of view.

This is what Tapas is all about; tasty dishes, tasty cocktails, tasty bartenders and tasty atmosphere. Have no fear when ordering off of this delectable menu as it is all absolutely delicious! Well priced and worth it. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful venue, outstanding service, great drinks and super tasty food especially the crispy pork roll. So freakin' good.

Great little venue. Food was excellent had the spatchcock special today and couldn't fault it. The house made breads are supberb. Staff were excellent and they had a good craft beer range. Will be back.

Appropriate for my age group, I don't go out much any more.

Great interior design, good music but pretentious & smallest wine servings in Perth. Don't expect to get a drop over the top of the 'heel' on the glass.

Interesting small bar with a good variety of small plates to share.
Espresso Martini comes highly recommended, probably one of the best in Perth.
Toilets takes you back to natures and the decor is quite suitable for such a unique bar.

Mint cocktails, had a bourbon and liquorice concoction which went down nicely. Great crowd mostly 30+ with a fun vibe.

A must do classy bar in Freo. Great vibes with incredible bar staff who know what you want.. Will return again and again.. Cheers

Very smart. Full of well dressed people. Funky staff. Best thing is its not too loud so great place for catching up with long lost friends. Expensive but they have a wide range of interesting drinks.

Had a great time. The food is out of control good, and the drinks list is well balanced with quality high end drinks all the way to very affordable aperitif spritzers

Nice place slightly off the main drag of Fremantle. Decent small bar type food and plenty of choices drinkwise.
Definitely worth finding some friends to enjoy some time together here.

Great location and very nice interior. Nice selection of beers and friendly staff. The meat platter was delicious but the cheese platter could do without the parmesan cheese which was a solid hard block most likely for grating.
