Staff have great drinks knowledge, excellent service, and the venue is intimate (although the music could be a touch softer). Great for small groups or even by yourself.

Nice little cute tucked away on the back street a scooner for $12 little pricey but good selection provided.

I m all for responsible serving of alcohol... though when a friend with cerebral palsey is alienated because their coordination and speech is impaired it is offensive. The bar staff refused service and we had to leave. We find it hard to get James out of the house... this experience was crushing for him. To the girl with the brown hair behind the bar ... I hope you are proud of yourself and all the best karma comes your way.

Pleasant surprise
Food is full of flavour and interesting. They're doing a great job! Yes, it's a pub and not a restaurant, however, don't let that put you off. Definately worth a visit.

Can't wait to go back and try more dishes.... the scallops that we had tonight were incredible.

Came here on the weekend late Saturday afternoon for a drink with friends ended up staying a few more hours into the evening was really nice! Great location, atmosphere and drinks/fries were really good! The staff were very polite, attentive and very helpful. Really nice spot.

Amazing place with very friendly staff and top service. Drinks were not cheap but not should they be. Only premium drinks were offered and the staff seemed knowledgeable on both the product and their serving pairings.

Live music on Sunday when I was there. Great little hidden bar with a good range of high quality alcohol.

Wow We went to a friend's 60th last night - 20 people only of course. The food was excellent. The poached cod in a seafood broth was exceptional- the broth so delicate and well balanced. This is a dish that is difficult to get just right. Our compliments to the chef. Service and atmosphere first class too and a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Best cocktails I've had in years. Friendly staff. Get a cocktail from each bar tender and then work out your favourite! Favourite place in Perth.

What a beautiful little place in the backstreets of Fremantle. Awesome cocktails and really friendly staff. Wish I had and appetite to try the food but most definitely will be back.

Went here for dinner and really enjoyed it. Clearly a popular place but not too busy and loud. Gorgeous wine and delicious food. Service was good and the staff were so friendly.

Stylish venue off the main drag with a solid wine list. I love the chef's selection which at $69 for two is good value and being able to walk away satisfied having had a gustative adventure is fab. The service can seem little slow at times but if you go with it the slower pace makes for a relaxing evening.

Great cocktails & really friendly people who make them

Another trendy bar, this one goes for a dark, moody atmosphere. VERY expensive, lots of suits. No parking nearby. Quite small inside, probably more standing room than seating. Other than that there's nothing really special about it to justify the prices. Bar staff have no sense of urgency- it takes forever to get served. When you finally do they charge pint prices but hands out schooners.

Always a joy. Never fails to deliver. A Freo must do.

Quick business lunch cozy and quiet at that time of day. Scallops were a stand out .

Modern chic decor. Good selection of beers, rums, spirits and wines.

Toilets are dark when you first enter, but ok after your eyes adjust.

Expect everything to be spot on, kick back and enjoy the live music, atmosphere and terrific wine list that won't sear a hole in the credit card

Bar staff asked our group of 4 couples to not take up so many tables ??? The place was at perhaps half capacity. We were on the end of a big table and had some stools as well. Very "strange" request !

Brilliant moody sharp buzzing space top notch service thoughtful and adventurous bar list and kitchen on top of it's game. Must try all the bites and plates on offer impossible to be disappointed here

A dimly lit, trendy, well stocked little bar. Great fresh craft beers, excellent cocktails, live jazz music and strange company. And also, great acoustics! You can actually hear people and catchup with new and old friends.

Food is delicious, cocktails is a work of art. The building is devine, practical and ambient for a bar setting.

Hooked on herring,. Amazing food tonight as a special event to compliment the book and authors being showcased. Intimate dinner party for 20 or so people. Tom was a great host! Food stunning. Fabulous wines.

It's a pretty cool place, but I ordered 1 x martini which set me back $33 which I thought was a little steep. Bottles of wine are $40-$50 and sometimes they have Jazz Bands. It's nice to have a few places to choose from now in Freo. While this place is a tad expensive generally, it has a great Sunday Afternoon atmosphere.
