Worst Customer service ever. 1 of 7 packages never showed up and Customer service will not answer their phones or call me back. now im stuck with 6 unusable packages with nothing i can do.

Bad work environment and terrible quality material. On a good day, 40% of the material shipped out looks bad. Chipped and scratched

Good pay, clean environment, good employee's. But poor management, bad structure.
As others have stated ... their customer service is horrible. I build spec homes, so I will be buying a LOT of closet systems. They just lost a customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Their website says they ship items within 2 days of receiving the order. NOT TRUE!!! I ordered two weeks ago and it still has not shipped. And Home Depot cannot get a hold of them either. Their voicemail (which is just a teaser, because they NEVER answer phone, and they NEVER respond to voicemails) says they will return calls within 24 hours. It's just lies to get you to think for a moment that they have any sort of customer service at all. I think their "customer service department" is literally just a series of voicemail boxes for customers to call and scream into the void.
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are for the most part friendly when you call due to 90% of all parts broken in shipping and packing. They will send you more broken stuff to replace the broken stuff. and this just goes on and on until you finally decide to install broken stuff.
This company has caused a 2 month delay on finishing a job and created a situation where I have lost the two referrals that they gave me. All over a closet organizer that should have taken a week to get and a day to install. When I explained the ongoing issues, their only response was to say that they are unique! They are obviously on the wrong side of unique.
Never again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They are sold at Home Depot under the name Martha Stewart Living and at Lowes under the name Easy Track.
This was a total loss!!!
I have tried calling for support. I have left 3 messages with no response. I've called well over 20 times, most times the phone system does a transfer then, in the middle of a recorded advertising message, the line goes dead. At best, all I''ve got is a voicemail message. When transferring to the "attendant", nobody answers and the system says call back later and hangs up. It appears nobody works here -- only a handful of voice mailboxes.
I worked here for 3 months. You never know how many hours your working until that day or maybe if your lucky the day before which was almost never. I left work because I was being picked on and then they fired me.
The WORST customer service ever. I have called for 2 weeks and no one answers the phone or calls back after multiple messages. As far as the closet system that is good . Home depot gave me a credit for missing parts and this Stow company cant even call back.
Have ordered two closets over the years. Both different brands sold from different vendors. Turns out both are subdivisions of Stow. Both kits were missing pieces and damaged. Vendors don t keep any parts on hand and do nothing to help replace parts. Terrible service and quality. Would be embarrassed to work for them. Will be making sure to not buy from this company again.
Awesome place to work great leadership and very understanding with family situations and kick ass benefits. Much better than any place I worked at.
I bought 4 closet systems from EasyCloset. Their Online Closet configurator makes it easy for you to design a system and make changes. The quality is excellent. Floor standing units are more complicated. Hanging units can be installed by anyone who is mildly handy. My 16 yr old son helped me on the first, and did the next two himself. Dmitri was very responsive, and the GM actually called when I suggested some operational improvements to make EasyCloset installation even "Easier". This is company that cares.
They will work you hard untill you hurt something, put you on restriction. Once they hear word surgery they FIRE you! Deny you workmans comp payments and say that you failed to comply with policy because you work on 3rd shift and complaint wasn't filed until the next day. GLAD I WON!
I'm a delivery driver I deliver to Stow sometime this week. They have 3 coworkers name Paul, the second guy I never got his name and Ken who work on 2 shift. They showed me so much hospitality and gave me so much respect that I left from there happy. These 3 guys work they tail off for this company. The day I delivered to them it was a cold day outside and they help me to make my job so easy they even help me fold my tarps. If you know how hard it is to fold tarps in the winter you will understand stand it take two to do it. I deliver to a lot of places were they take their time to get things off your truck Paul and the other guy (sorry I never got your name) they worked their butts off to get it done. So I got there early the night before and I had to park up to stay the night and Ken on 2 shift made me feel at home he showed me where the lunch room was and the restroom if I needed anything. The only reason I'm given them 4 stars it was one bad apple in the bunch that did not want to go over and beyond but for the 3 guys that did I like to tell them thank u. I hope they see this.
The negative reviews do not at all reflect what it's like to work here. The managers are very friendly and helpful. It is a great place to work!
Worked there back in 2012. Work atmosphere was decent. Good people. Was never late and only missed one day, and they ended my contract. Just like that. Managers didn't seem to care about their people.
I interviewed 4 times with 8 different people at Stow for over a month to only have them hire someone internally. That was one of the worst and most disappointing interviewing process I ve had for a company. Complete waste of time.
Have been working here almost two years. Great company, people and business. People do care, work hard and make a difference.
