Food was good, but a little pricey! Was charged 15 dollars for 1 stone crab claw! Was a extra side for a entree, wife wanted to try one...wow

We had the mahi-mahi tower something or other. It might seem expensive, but when you consider it had the fried fish, crab claws, lobster, shrimp, a bunch of other things & a collectible card of the fisherman that caught our meal, it was well worth the price. I liked their signature doing sauce. The staff was incredibly friendly, my date & I had an enjoyable evening there.

OMG... the stone crab claws tasted like cardboard... my wife and I returned them... new plate arrived tasting no better. We cancelled our order, paid for our beers and left... Waisted time and Uber ride.

Absolutely fantastic waitstaff, very friendly and accommodating hostess, seated us in a great spot, food was outstanding, definitely recommend! Spent over $200 on food and drinks, many rounds, but well worth it! Took home a bunch of food too! cocktails also taste good and fresh! Calamari was really good! I like that the seafood Tower included stone crab!

Great place with great service I really enjoyed the grilled pink shrimp dinner with coleslaw and plantains.

Service was great...food was amazing!!! My husband got the steamer pot with a bloodymary and I had the catch of the day fried in a sandwich... The atmosphere was fantastic. We will def add this into our rotation when we visit Key West.

The food was good and the atmosphere as well. We went in the evening and the wait was only 20 minutes. The service was poor at best. We had to beg for silverware, drinks, and even pay our bill. The food made up for the lack of service. Thumbs up to the chef

Not great service. Waitress talked down to our party a few times. We were also not told the market price of stone crab claws until we saw our check. $552 for 5lb of crab claws (which were a bit dry) and two dozen oysters

Couldn't have asked for a better spot to stop in on our way into Key West. Seafood tacos, sandwiches and the spicy conch soup were fabulous to start us off on the right for our vacation.

Terrible service! Food came out cold. I came here a couple of years ago and the food was awesome! I guess new management. They are doing a terrible job. I am not happy at all. I had to pay full price for everything and their slack wasn t recognized.

There is a lot of fly. Lost my appetite and food is soso.

The food and service was great.... One of the best places we ate in KW.

I rarely write reviews unless they are positive, but we had a notably negative experience here. In short, service was slow and the food was very disappointing. The lobster was actually mushy If you are set on fresh seafood for dinner, I would recommend going elsewhere.

They have a special seafood double decker tray that my daughter in law loved. Your on the water and has a relaxed atmosphere.

I would have no stars but it make out at least one. The shrimp and grits was disgusting. The grits are not grits, look and taste like sticky rice. The fried shrimp look frozen. The shrimp and lobster alfredo was ok, but not seasoned. The prices are to high for the quality of food. Would not recommend if visiting Key West.

I consider myself an expert judge of seafood being that I am a fisherman of 20 years raised on the local waters, and to say that this seafood was disappointing and terrible is an understatement. None of what I was served was fresh, I estimate 3-4 days old at least, and tasted like death. Stone crabs, lobster, shellfish and shrimp to name a few were almost inedible; and to charge premium prices for this is disgraceful. They state a commitment to freshness yet serve the complete opposite! The second disappointment was that the manager wasn t even phased when I brought this to his attention and laughed his way back to the kitchen. I hope this review helps the owners commit to making this food great again because it s a travesty to fish our local oceans and serve trash.

Poor service. The food was not worth $60, especially for over cooked flavorless fish.

Food was mediocre at best, I would not recommend this place.

One of the very few restaurants in key West that does NOT offer locals or military discount. Great view, but absolutely crazy prices. $114 for a pound of Jumbo Stone crab. Stone crab bisque was very bland, shrimp would not peel off the shell so half the shrimp ended up trashed. If you like bisque go to Hogfish Bar and grill and if you like crab or shrimp go somewhere else. We only came here to try a new place and will not come back.

Well worth the cab ride. You just dont get food seafood like that outside of south Florida. Put your bib on and get your hands dirty

Mediocre food for the price they charge. I've gotten better seafood in the ghetto with more flavor. Definitely a tourist trap. The ambiance is very nice... until the bugs start flying in.

Keys restaurant adjacent to the water. Key lime pie. That's about it. I fully agree with the other negative reviews.

Our family came in on a whim while visiting the keys. By the looks of the menu you could easily spend $150.00 on a 2 course meal for 3. If you want ocean-side dining I'd recommend McDonalds, Subway, etc and go and sit down on a beach/pier that would be "smarter" on your wallet. The vape pen guy a table over was clearly high, not family atmosphere.

My wife will eat fish flavored cardboard, she didn't like their signature 7 claw dish of cold crab. My salad was not fresh either.

Fairly expensive for what the 8 of us decided was fairly mediocre seafood. Service was so/so. To be fair I was told by others that it is usually very good.

Great food, cool location with water just right there..we had a couple of dishes, steamer pots and a couple kids things, everything was delicious and what you'd expect for fresh seafood. Get ready to get in there with all the things you gotta crack, peel and shell.
For desert, we tried them all...some kind of dark chocolate cake, key lime pie, and key lime brulee..I'd go with the traditional pie, as the choc cake was too rich and the brulee just was a little bit weird.
Price is what you'd expect for fresh seafood at market price.
They also had shark feeding, although the rain kept the sharks 'at bay'
We'll be back again when in KW next!

My husband andI went there last night 02/22/2020. We had been traveling all day and hadn t eaten. We are staying at the Parrot Hotel which is dry nice. They had recommended it. We arrived around 8:30 no one seemed to want to wait on us. There were several girls standing there doing nothing and my husband ask them if we could get a table they told him it would be a:30 minute wait and they wanted my phone number where they could text me when a table was ready. We went and set outside for 40 minutes came back in and ask how much longer. The girls still talking at each other told us to go up by bar and they would text us. We waited another good 20 minutes and I could see tables that were empty my husband went down again the girl told him sure we could set at that table and threw the menus down and left. We waited a good 15 to 20 minutes no one came and took our order. These girls were partying with another big group there. We got up and left and they were too busy playing to care. Sad. Never go there

The food is delicious. Prices are comparable to other seafood eateries in the area. It's laid back , the waitresses are friendly and accommodating.

The evening started out okay the appetizers were good however the second round of drinks took forever and we had to flag down the hostess to get our waitress to order them then they shorted us two drinks which never arrived until the meal was over. The Paella was mediocre-at-best never had paella with wings in it it was mostly calimari and rice over cooked. For $48.00 it was disappointing. The service was slow and the place wasn't that busy

The hot & cold towers of seafood were way expensive for the amount of food you get! It's better to order off the menu...

The name, sign, colors, etc make it look like just another sports bar or restaurant, but dont be fooled, its a nice, and expensive restaurant. The food is fresh, tastes great, and is presented wonderfully. Dont order stone crabs out of season, they certainly taste like they were frozen for some time!

Waitress was nice but the food is low quality both me and my friend got sick all night. We ordered the tower for 2 and the fried fish especially was weird and dry.

It was just okay. For the price it should have been spectacular.

We tried this place twice during our vacation and we got food poisoning on one of the visits. The dishes had no flavor, bread was stale, and service is poor. Also, our bill was around $100 for two people both times.

This is not a Key West must by any means. The location of the restaurant is good, it s on the way to the airport making it a great last stop location however, the food was below average.

Masks are an absolutely must and temperature checks at the door, this is something we were fine with. However we were not fine with how the staff spoke to us when being asked to take out temperature. We arrived at the door already wearing our masks.

Once at our table we had a lovely view and were instantly giving glasses of water which was great. The menu advertised fresh seafood which is great however the seafood we got was extremely over cooked.

We order the grouper bits which was really good. Our meals were the shrimp tacos, we ordered them blackened, I was very disappointed to see the shrimp chopped into very small bits. Collectively I would assume there was maybe only 3 small sized shrimp on the two tacos. The tacos were basically tortilla, slaw and a spicy Mayo based sauce. (The spicy Mayo based sauce was really tasty)

Overall in comparison to all the fabulous restaurants Key West has to offer this would not be a recommendation. There are serval better restaurants in the area with top notch quality and service.

We stopped here for an early dinner. We ve passed this place a bunch of times coming in and out of Key West. First off the cost of the food is very high compared to almost anywhere else we ve eaten in the keys. Secondly the service was horrible. Our meals came out to us misses items that were listed on the menu. When we brought this to the staffs attention they acted like it was no big deal. Really, not a big deal we are missing parts of our meal. They tried to make up for it by giving us a few bucks off one of our appetizers. I would not recommend going here. The food is way overpriced and service is not good at all,

The cornbread alone would keep.me coming back to this place!

Third steamer pots are really good as well as their coconut mojitos!

There are a bunch of nurse sharks that hang out at third docks that you can watch.

Also a ton of watersports available next door, kayaking, paddle boarding, jetskis, night paddle boarding.

Absolutely terrible experience.

We are native Floridians. Came to eat here recommended by two Lyft drivers. Ordered a seafood tower. Everything but the crab was over cooked, lobster was chewy, shrimp over cooked, mussels dried out and the sauce was dry, and the fish was totally flavorless.

A manager came and essentially said that grilled is plain and blackened is seasoned. My husband said so do you season a steak? They brought over small containers of garlic butter and old bay seasoning. There really was no fixing the food.

We ended up paying $140 for food we did not eat except I ate two crab legs. I have no problem paying for what I eat... but that was just insane.

My husband apologized to our waiter because he just refused to throw away more money. We took lyft there and back. Essentially spent $180 on two crab legs.

Did not get offered replacement food, or to just pay for what I ate. AWFUL experience!

It was okay, but, for the prices I would expect a little more.

Described as an excellence of the island, it is not worth the money spent. The main course consisted of a tasteless lobster, not very tasty prawns, while only the crab lived up to the presentation. As a condiment an unnecessary butter sauce that flattens all flavors. All pretty scenic, for heaven's sake (gag, gloves and scissors at all), but it's not worth the price also thanks to a pretty good waitress.

We ate there tonight and were very disappointed. My husband's meal was served cold and returned to the kitchen. We were advised by the waitress that the second serving was a brand new meal however it was simply re-heated and then served without the sauces which had obviously been taken off the plate. The reheated fish platter was dry and tasteless and the whole thing including service and wine was as I said disappointing at best and sub standard at worst. Certainly not worth the US 150 !!!

Got the steak which was undercooked and had no flavor. Also, my family members ordered shrimp and snow crab. The shrimp was not deveined and overcooked. The snow crab was over cooked with no flavor.
The prices were extremely expensive for this poor food quality. We were excited to try this place out, very disappointed.
Plus flies were everywhere. Which isn't their fault for an outside restaurant, but maybe get something that repels the flies to keep it down. Would not come back and would not reccomend it.

Food was overpriced for the quality, service was infrequent. My friend spilled his water and the waiter didn't put any effort forth to clean it or help him. Overall it was alright but not the #2 restaurant in Key West like advertised.

I was not impressed by drinks or menu. Dont get me wrong, I love seafood, but nothing looked good. We ended up with just a strawberry margarita, beer and calamari. The margarita was not good and calamari was rubbery

The place is nice and seem to have a good ambiance. The food was decent. The service was not so good since I waiter was not so helpful.

Wait staff was inattentive even though the restaurant only had 3 occupied tables. Slow service. Food was very pricy for what we actually received. Seafood was fresh so that s why it gets the 2nd star. Would look elsewhere for the overall price point and experience.

Chef Resigal made us feel very special when we were there. Our food was made with a carribean touch. Great food! Great service

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! The steam pot should have been an easy meal for this area. Shrimp was overcooked. Crab was overcooked. Stone claws were overcooked. Everything was OVERPRICED! Service was the worst I have had in a very long time. Just wave as you drive past this place. If you want good food DO NOT stop here.

incredibly fresh food, unfortunately the the lobster was over cooked and had the texture of a tire. overall excellent and friendly service, and terrific ambiance.

Had a very nice dinner with my boyfriend by the water. He had seafood.... A little of everything! Which he really enjoyed. I'm not so much into sea food so I had the pasta with chicken and alfredo sauce. Our waiter was Paulo and he was excellent. He was kind, helpful, and on top of things.... He kept our glasses full and kept checking on us to make sure we were alright. We definately would go back.

The receptionist ignored our group of 7 as we stood in the sweltering heat watching people arriving and being seated ahead of us. We were finally seated at a table in the heat and after 20 minutes and no waitstaff we walked away. No restaurant staff seemed to care.

Way over priced!!! Waiter preoccupied with who knows what! Not fresh seafood! Don't waste time or money! Also the flies will be all over your food and in you face!

I ordered the combo basket. The fish and shrimp were not fresh and both were over cooked. The service was good. The place seems really geared toward tourist but without any real quality. Long John Silver s has better seafood.

If I could leave zero stars I would !! We ordered grouper fritters and shrimp on salads ate a late lunch on Sat at 3:30- by 4:10 I was violently ill with food poisoning absolutely worst place to eat in Key West we were told :AFTER omg Place should be shut down!! Another person we met was sick a day before me!!!

Where should I begin.

First I was driving around looking for food with my family, it was my birthday dinner in key west for vacation from Orlando. It's was 10:50 and I called and asked if they close for dinner they where about to. But the person who I talked to told me to come, because I told her I was right their. The service was spectacular and even though they were closing it was nothing short of the best. The food was fast hot and delicious. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She was amazing. Loveed this place definitely would recommend to anyone who will listen. My family and I come to the keys a lot. I got the lobster fettuccine with alfredo sauce. Amazing

If you like over priced food and warm beer this is the place for you.

It was my first time in stoned crab restaurant and fodd was exactly what I wanted! Our party 3/we had a steamer pods and pound of stoned crab it was amazing test ! Very nice place and excellent service! Our waiter was super friendly and nice service! He was from Uzbeki name of the guy I forgot but I think his name was khassa or something lol, nice guy thx so much all of you guys and will come back for sure!!!

Went yesterday. The 2 stars given are for the atmosphere and the service.
First the cornbread...how hard is it to make good cornbread? Apparentley to much for this place. My lobster and the crab claws both tasted terrible. Lobster was overcooked for sure. Don't really know what was up with the crab, I thought maybe it was the type of crab I was eating until I cracked the second claw, which tasted nothing like the first. Not sure what they are Suppose to taste like but didn't like either.
My husband and I didn't even want to tell each other how much we both disliked it because we spent so much money, but on the way home we couldn't hold it to ourselves anymore. $$$ wasted!

Oysters were amazing but the lobster Alfredo was horrible. Lobster was like rubber and it was just horrible. Calamari was also rubbery. We won t go back.

Being my first time here I wanted to try the paella but it tasted like pure tomato sauce so the manager was nice enough to exchange it out for a steamer pot which was delicious. Being that we were are dinner for about 2 hours the chairs are extremely uncomfortable as they have no cushioning.

I went to this restaurant yesterday, and our waitress was horrible. She talked to us so horribly and didn't even smile. When we asked her what were "grits", she said grits are grits. My dad asked for water and it had tons of chlorine in it, it was like she got it out of the pool nearby. When the food came it was absolutely horrible I got pasta with chicken and alfredo sauce. We also got the grits which were pretty much oatmeal, and the fish had a horrible taste. IT DIDNT HAVE A TASTE. Than we see our waitress going over to the other table she looked happy and actually explained stuff to them, not like us. I asked an another lady could I have water my water she gave me normal water with ice not like our waitress gave us chlorine water. What it was Time to pay she said we have to give her a minimum tip of 20 dollars, WE MUST. Which was rude my mom told her the service was not good. And here's one more fact, when the food arrived lots of bugs started flying around. When we paid the waitress told us that her manager put a bush that has a smell that attracts bugs, SO COULD SHE FORGET SUCH AN IMPORTANT THING TO TELL US. When we got home around two hours later, I layers down because it was time to sleep, I felt getting my foods taste back in my mouth which was horrible. At 10 pm I felt so sick, and threw up. THIS WAS HORRIBLE AND THAT WAITRESS WANTED 20 DOLLARS OF TIPS!!!!! AND I THREW UP, NEVER GO THERE EVER EVER , INSTEAD GO FOR SOME PIZZA INSTEAD OF THIS!!

We spotted this restaurant while driving into Key West. The set up and open air concept was very festive and comfortable. Their fresh-caught by local fisherman seafood selections were extremely fresh and delicious. I had steamed shrimp on a garden salad with stone crab claws.

it was bad from the start. place was empty, we had a larger party but got seated no problem for dinner on sunday night. we got placed all the way in the back, and our server had tables up front, and us way in the back. we went often with long periods of time not even seeing our server. we had forgotten drinks, messed up orders, oysters were sold out, after half our table ordered them. my shrimp scampi was not good. it was thick and gooey without much flavor. peel and eat shrimp was about the only thing enjoyed. the fish dip was bad, skip it please. everyone complained that their cocktails were watered down or didn't tast good. the server was nice, but she was not attentive for the table or the restaurant should of not had placed here tables so far apart. we waited a long time for our food, and the bill was a nightmare. they didn't and wouldn't seperate the bill after we asked and were told it would be done that way from the beginning. my wife and her friend, calculated and broke up everyone's bill and tip and tax, did the servers job for her. then, to get it all run and paid, it was bad. took so long. anyways, this place needs a lot of work and attention to be on par with the rest of what KW has to offer. skip this place and go try the endless list of places that are better then here.

Around the country even in another's eafood restaurant in Key West. This location some how they don't have different type of sead food sauces. They sea foods also quite a bit expensive too.
