Great facility! Great night, great views. Summer at theJersey shore!

Very interesting atmosphere, a bit too loud in most parts, and singers get drowned out by the instruments.

Awesome venue for music even more room with the Summer stage.

If you don't love this place your not a music fan. Just walking through the front door brings a smile to my face. The musical acts that stroll trough with summer concerts outside. You have to go once if not twice. It just part of my DNA growing up in NJ.

Cannot beat the location, a skip to the boards and the sand... a glimpse of the boss. The Summer Stage is magical in season, the local vibe is perfect in the off season.

Security is tight I liked going there when my cousins band performed but it was deliberate that when the shows over you aren't allowed back inside if you step outside for anything

Fun venue! The open air is refreshing and the sound system is great. There just needs to be a better parking situation

This is a awesome place on a beautiful beach in an up and coming community. Beautiful works of art on the streets and great live shows all while the gorgeous sun sets behind the stage..

It s the pony! So much history. Get venue for bands of all the like. Great location by the shore. When they open the summer stage for the summers, it s gets packed and is an amazing time. You re run of the mill bar food and not a huge selection of drinks but you go for the music. Seeing bad fish and modest mouse there, I ll gladly keep going to the pony for shows.

Lived in bel mar n.j well trimming out the power greed for N.J.P.L. it was a blast 1block off the ocean 26 members from Michigan all tree trimmers enjoyed are work there and all the bars especially the Stone Poney

I went to an outdoor show of the Game Grumps. I had to stand for 2 hours before the show even began and there was little to no seating available. It was packed but the show was worth it. There was music before the show to try to keep the audience entertained as they made sure everyone only brought in what was allowed. The staff had to check roughly 4000 people to get them into the event and they did so in a quick an orderly manner even though there were 2 lines of people that wrapped the building. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes if you have an outdoor show! I have not seen what the indoor shows are like.

Great place to see a band up close and personal. Double bonus if it's a band you've loved for 25 years. Mega bonus if it's a band like the Breeders that you think should be filling stadiums rather than intimate venues like the Stone Pony. Easy parking if not at the height of the beach season, and not too bad even when it is.

Music is great but can be brutally hot. It's basically all pavement.

Love the Stone Pony, rocking outdoor next to the beach does not get any better

Worldwide landmark with great music! Bubbakoos Burritos by the back bar and a place to take home a great tee or hoodie.

Very cool music venue, historic in Asbury Park. Springsteen and many others got their start here! We went for Gary Clark Jr and were told by a local that it's always possible to just walk up and buy tix for the summerstage concerts outside. So we got there and it was sold out, bummer. BUT we found that we could go on the side on the grassy area and lay on a blanket and relax and listen to the whole show for free! It was very nice, probably nicer than having to go inside and stand for hours and hours. It looked pretty chaotic in there, so it worked out well for us.

Classic music venue that is a must-see for Asbury visitors.

Great show at Summerstage series, Violent Femmes and Echo & The Bunnymen

I've been going to shows at The Stone Pony since I was 15 years old. I'm so excited to see the thriving music culture in Asbury Park reignited by the establishments like The Stone Pony who never gave up on its triumphant return. Don't call it a comeback, we been here for years.

It has a long history in the world of rock and roll.

You'd have five stars if your bouncers didn't try to steal my Juul pods during _tourist season_.

They should know what the single most ubiquitous nicotine vaporizer on America looks like. And it's unprofessional to knowingly try to take them from customers for their own gain.

I was especially appalled to see they were letting women through with Juuls without issue and we're just harassing men.

Aside from the bouncers Stone Pony's staff is amazing and deserves 4-5stars.

This is the place to see a concert...outside summerstage is amazing. Went to The Revivalists last Friday and must say so organised, not overpriced in the least, tickets and drinks so reasonable If I didn't live in Canada I might be there way too much :) The History, original bar and whole experience was ..."And I had the time of my life" !! Thanks to all who do such a great job keeping this place alive...Can we move it to Ottawa's Capital by any chance ...pretty please:)

Great outdoor concert venue during summer, plenty of bathrooms and beer tents.

For a somewhat small club there is not a bad spot in the house and the sound is always good. One of my favorite live places !

Here's what you should know about The Stone Pony Summer Stage experience. First of all, the tickets say 5:30. The act doesn't go on until around 7:30. You can't leave once you enter so you'll be standing around for two hours in the heat. Bands played inside. You're stuck there waiting, drinking beer and eating "concert food." If this is fun for you, have at it!

The concert aspect was excellent. You can get up close to the stage fairly easily. The show we saw ran from about 7:30 - 9:30. Next time we'll come in at 7:00, grab a beer and see the show without all of the waiting around like fish in a barrel.

Great concert at a scenic venue on the beach. However the staff was very rude, security stole my ticket from me claiming it was fake, so i proceeded to buy a new ticket which was also stolen from me by security. They claimed the reason being "I had my chance to get in the first time, and I f***ed up". Ultimately I proceeded to go to the vip section where a friendly staff member had my original ticket reprinted and allowed me into the concert an hour and a half later.

Legendary venue with some really great acts. It tends to get VERY crowded, though and the beer selection is only fair. 4 stars due to the acts otherwise it'd be a 3.

What's left to say? The iconic rock club every artist wants to play, and every fan wants to visit. And rightfully so.

They have added a great big outdoor stage behind the building since the last time I have been there and it's absolutely amazing! I cannot wait to see Rise Against there in August 2018!

Went to see a Local Parlin band that was at the Stone Pony. They were great. Name of the band is Inner 5. Beer were 4 and 5 dollars, which isn't bad for a popular place like this. Asbury has done a great job of revamping the area.

Always great for upcoming bands or more popular bands.

Open space music area where you can see the band almost anywhere you are! I was surprised I didn't have to sandwich myself into the crowd to get great views. Prices are a little lighter than I've seen in other venues so that's nice. Plenty of bars and a decent amount of porter potties. For my first concert experience here, I was surprised and pleased. P.S. Bad Wolves was a great show~

Classic venue. Not much else to say. Would love to come here more often to see all the acts that come through.

One of the best venues in Jersey any concert goer knows this hands down. Good drinks and right off the boardwalk. Also I had a General Tsaos chicken burrito there that was fricken amazing go here if you havent!

Great music...the beer prices could be a lot cheaper, though.

I love this place. The bartender's are great! The management is even better. There's no other place in the world that i love more to see a good show.
