My experience with this place was fantastic great customer service very polite, and helpful if you need subs installed dan is the man to go to very professional he did a great job with everything and it sounds fantastic thanks dan!

They always have what I'm looking for and the service is outstanding. These sales people really care about their jobs and helping the customer find what they need. The prices are comparable to other retailers, so having the friendly service really makes them a top notch place to shop. I'd much rather shop small and shop here than any big box retailer.

After talking with many companies about a security camera system I chose Stereoshop for their competitive bid, quality of products, and after the sale customer service. Alex my contact person, was very knowledgeable in choosing the right system for my needs, the installers were very professional in the installation, and quality of install. Would recommend this company for anyone that wants a great product, great customer service at a fair price.

Very glad this place exists. All of the employees were talkative about their products and seemed to enjoy the tech that they sell. Impressive home theater options for a company of this size. What is on the floor is just a fraction of what they can do for you. During my recent visit, I purchased a car stereo setup. I wasn't happy with the sound and wanted much more out of the system. The manager , installer, and other store employees were extremely helpful and spent much time to ensure that I was satisfied. Anywhere else my options would have been rather limited or non existent.

Prices - honestly, sure there are some prices that are higher. I could easily find most of their products online for 10-20% cheaper. Considering that I can purchase and carry vs waiting for shipping or a sale at a box store, is a big deal. If I have a return, it's a simple drive to their store. If I have questions about setup, configuration or have issues, again a simple drive with people that have a pretty good understanding of the product overall.

The stuff they sell here isn't box store retail. If you want something in a box that does a grade C level of performance, go to best buy ..save a few $ and be happy with mediocrity. If you want to spend a few more $ to get something that is going to be much better in the long run, go here.

Other than xmas time, the times that I've been in this store, I have been able to be waited on within a minute or so from someone with answers. I didn't have to walk 1/4 a mile to find someone watching tv, ask questions, have them get someone that might know who is usually wearing a belt full of keys only to rush off to the next question or emergency (best buy/ hh gregg). When you ask someone a question here, they generally have a good set of answers and spend the time to make recommendations.

Choices. This place has the choices you need, and they are not going to push you toward something unless what you are describing is really what should be. IE: If you say you want a home theater setup, they are going to show you what you could do first (likely pricey), if you want better they will recommend 'more'. If you want rock bottom, they will also make recommendations in that line too without judging your decisions.

I see some of the negative reviews for this store and other stores and wonder why. I can only imagine that they are taking the initial recommendation and walking out without asking for more options. Be open with the salespeople with what you are looking for and they will steer you in the right direction at this store. If you dont say anything you wont get much back from them or any other person trying to help you find answers.

Just like anything else - do your own research on products to ensure they are proper for your needs; however, I highly recommend you stop by this store to garner a good learning experience and purchase good quality stuff.

Finally - just so everyone is aware. Many of the products sold at box stores are 'dumbed' down versions of what you would find at an authorized dealer. Just like Costco/Sams club may offer products that are far cheaper, there are things that are cut from the products to keep the prices low. Spend a few $ more if you are already spending alot of money to get what you really want/need, and that will last.

Awsome place. Great people. Its sad that some people cant get a tv to work and blame everything on others. Probably as bright as your broke tv cause ive never had an issue with these people. They are very knowledgeable about products, helped and suggested things I never thought of. Thanks guys!

Had a new build for Dan. Not only did he get my stereo,sub,wiring he built a box and got my new truck on point. He put the extra time in on it so that I could get it on time and he had personal business to do but got me done at the expense of his time. I strongly recommend this place for car audio and their TV's. Best around#client4life

This place is fabulous. I called them with the great desire for a remote start for a push button /smart key entry Toyota. Two other shops told me it was a bad idea and and a bad install. Mobile department manager Wiggiy informed me there was
absolutely no problem installing and operating there system in my car. He gave me further confidence that his installer Dan was more than qualified to install the remote system in my vehicle. They squeezed me in and quickly and very professionaly did my install. Picked the car up after work and the system works
flawlessly. A perfect job all the way around. I highly recommend these guys for ur car electronic dreams. Thanks so much Wiggiy and Dan, when I climb in my warm and still reliable car I will think of you guys. The stereoshop totally ROCKS! !

This place is awesome. They have great deals, friendly staff and can meet your needs very well. They are great, friendly, fast and wonderful people.

Our son was home on leave from the Navy over the holidays and received a new head unit as a gift. He went to The Stereoshop to see if there was any way they could install it for him during his limited time home. He explained his situation with only having a few days left on leave & the guys there could not have been any nicer and accommodating. Not only did they fit him into their busy holiday schedule, they gave him a Military Discount & thanked him for his service. I would highly recommend them. Always try to support small local business.

Finally got my remote start system installed at a phenomenal price. Daniel provided excellent top grade customer service. Scheduled my appointment a couple days in advance and had me in and out within an hour and a half. There were plenty of top quality TV's and home theater systems to browse and try out during the wait. Worth the short drive from anywhere in PA!

Another good reason to hit this place up, the awesome home theater group, got my sub for the whole house speaker system! I will return when the home theater gets done!

These guys are true pros, don't waste your time getting stroked around by big box stores.

The StereoShop will be my first stop every time I'm in the market for new home audio and video equipment. I just purchased a new television and associated hardware from here. Not only did they go above and beyond in answering all my questions and making sure my requirements were met, but they saved me hundreds of dollars! $$$$$ They will match any of the major chain prices, but in my case that wasn't even needed, they were already cheaper. I am looking forward to going back next month to purchase my new surround sound setup. Maybe I'll even get that new pinball machine in the show room!

When I called Dan to install an automatic car starter for my car he was extremely helpful. The next day I called to pay over the phone and Dan realized my car already had a factory installed car starter! He was so kind and gave me options if I wanted to install something different. Wonderful customer service.

Great electronics store. Friendly staff and nice setup.

Twelve years ago, we bought a home which had a large game room in which I envisioned installing a home theater. Upon the referral from a good friend, I contacted the Stereoshop to configure a system for us. We purchased and installed an Epson projector, screen, Yamaha A/V, screen, and Klipsch speakers for 5+1 Dolby sound. We also bought four theater room recliners.

We could not have been happier with the professionals that installed the system, including routing wires through some areas that amazed me. Over the years, we have had many compliments over the setup and the sound quality of our system.

The Stereoshop has been incredibly responsive to my needs, to the point of educating me to perform my own updates on our programmable remote control. We have drawn upon their products and expertise over the years, including an upgrade of our Epson projector.

One should not think twice regarding having John Harris and his associates involved in setting up your home for an incredible home theater experience. Football season is upon us, give them a call!

Dan & Will are the best! I love my new 9in Halo and 10's under my rear seats. New door speakers and tweeters in the dash. Unbelievable!!! Thanks u guys
